We got my son a PlayStation * for Xmas. We have had major issues setting it up. He also gotta ** month PlayStation plus gift card which when I put the code in it accepted it. He also gotta £** wallet gift card which we loaded onto the account to pay for the ** month subscription game pass which said had been redeemed but it has used the £** wallet to pay for the PlayStation plus subscription not the wallet please can you help to switch this
