I attempted to gameshare with my friend, and it was all going well until I logged out of my account and attempted to log back in. Once I tried to sign in again, I encountered an issue with two-step verification. Unfortunately, I have a new phone number and can't recall the backup pin for verification. Consequently, I am currently locked out of my PSN account and unable to access any games. Additionally, I would appreciate assistance in removing the two-step verification from my account.

Dear Sony support team, I was banned today at 12:30 pm for a total of 7 days without any valid reason. The ban seems completely unfair and unwarranted. The individual who reported me was the one verbally abusing me and my friend in the game "For Honor." He reported one of my messages while uttering many inappropriate messages himself. I am requesting for the ban to be removed as I believe I am the victim in this situation. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I was charged for a renewal of the 12-month subscription of PS4 Plus on Saturday. I would like to request a refund and cancel PS4 Plus for my account. I have attempted to contact support but have been unable to proceed without a refund ID. When choosing the option for not having a refund ID, I am directed to a website that prompts me to call the support number again. I have the order number, my Online ID, and my email available for reference. Thank you for your assistance.

I believe my account was suspended for an excessive period under questionable circumstances. The messages were meant to be taken lightly, and the recipient stated they only reported them for a temporary suspension. This appears to be an abuse of authority. Moreover, I have clearly shown improvement since my last suspension. While I acknowledge I may have crossed a line, I don't think a 30-day suspension is warranted. I am requesting for the suspension to be reduced as I believe the current action is overly harsh.

Hello, I recently celebrated my 18th birthday. Back on November 24, [redacted], my parents gifted me a 1-year PS4 Plus membership card. I've attempted to register it several times to my account since then, but I keep getting an error stating that I can't register it to a sub-account. Hello, I am from Azerbaijan. Recently, I purchased a PS4 Pro and have a query about region restrictions on the PlayStation network. I am aware that Steam restricts gifting games but allows gifting currency cards. However, it seems that the rules are different for the PS4, where gift cards are not global. If I were to create a US or UK account (even though I do not live there) and someone were to purchase a PS4 gift card for me which I then activate on their website and use on my console, would this result in a ban? I understand that the PS4 has restrictions on using currency from different countries, even when it's a gift card, but I am unsure if this scenario falls under that rule.

I am pursuing a report for fraudulent activity. Any user who utilized my information will face a suspension until payment is received. I currently only have three games installed on my PS4 due to space limitations. Now, when attempting to download the latest update for Call of Duty Modern Warfare, I am unable to do so as my PS4 shows that I have no available space. Even though it indicates that I have 90GB of free space and the update is only 7.9GB, it still won't let me download it. I don't understand why I can't download the update when I have more than enough space available. I really don't want to delete any additional games just to play this one.
