Hello, I am trying to sign into my PlayStation account, but I am encountering issues. The system is prompting me to have my family manager adjust my parental control settings, but I am unable to do this as I am not signed in, and I am under the age of 18. Yesterday, when I tried to log into my PlayStation account, I was surprised to find that it had been banned due to an alleged violation of the PlayStation Network Service Agreement. The error code WS-[redacted]-7 was shown, suggesting an issue with a payment attempt I supposedly made, which I'm certain didn't happen since I haven't made any purchases since Tuesday. My PlayStation online ID is FunnyActing, and I am seeking assistance to get my account reinstated as soon as possible.

I have recently been permanently banned due to a past "community post" violation. While I admit to using it before, it was months ago and I've refrained from using it since. I believe this ban is unwarranted as I have had no issues with Sony in recent years, even since the launch of the PS4.

I tried to use a $25 PlayStation card to download an update for a game, but accidentally downloaded the game itself. Upon realizing the mistake, I attempted to download the update, only to find there was only $0.01 left on the card after the game purchase. I proceeded to use my credit card for $7.49 to try and get the update, but the download failed despite the payment. How can I go about resolving this issue to get a refund for the attempted download that was unsuccessful?

I purchased a $25 gift card for my son, as usual. After entering the code, the funds were added to my account, but I'm unable to use them. The system keeps prompting me that my debit or credit card is not on file, although nothing has changed with my debit card since we first set up the account. I attempted to add funds to my PayPal account to make a purchase, but encountered the same issue. Can someone assist me in resolving this matter?

I believe my PS4 has been compromised. While playing FIFA 20 online, I got logged out due to suspicious activity on my account. I attempted to deactivate all devices and make my PS4 the primary one, but it didn't work because it indicated I had deactivated a device within the last 6 months (which I haven't). Hello, I purchased a 12-month membership for PlayStation 4 for my nephew on 12-21-[redacted], but I misplaced it. I recently found it, and the scratch-off for the PIN number on the back is still intact. The membership has not been used. Is there a time limit to activate the 12-month membership? I contacted Sony initially regarding resetting my password for my PlayStation 4 account. The Sony representative seemed confused and requested my PS4 serial number and a new email address to transfer some data, although I simply wanted to reset my password. I managed to reset my password on Sony's website and regained access to my account. However, within 20 minutes of hanging up with Sony, I found my account had been reset. Due to work commitments, I haven't had the chance to follow up with Sony. This incident took place on 11/15/19, and I am eager to retrieve my account due to the significant amount of purchases associated with it.

I previously purchased the deluxe version of a game and now wish to upgrade to the ultimate edition. However, when I try to make the purchase in the store, it shows as "unavailable" due to my previous deluxe edition purchase. I noticed a $[redacted] charge on my account that my bank confirmed as fraudulent. Consequently, my PlayStation network account got banned.
