Recently, a friend connected their phone to my PS4 using remote play, and ever since, I've been unable to reconnect any controllers to the console. Despite trying safe mode, resetting the PS4 and controllers, and even purchasing a new controller, I still can't establish a connection. I've attempted to use a USB charger without success, although the controllers themselves seem to be functioning correctly. I'm at a loss for what to do next since none of the controllers I own are able to connect now.

I recently tried to log into my PSN account on my PS4 after not using it for a while and was surprised to see that it had been banned. I am unsure of the reason for the ban as I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior. I occasionally allow my younger brother to use the console, so it's possible that something happened while he was using it. I have updated my payment information with a new card, as the old one on file may have expired. I am willing to resolve any issues related to payment if that is the cause of the ban.

Salve, vorrei esporre il mio problema riguardante il download di Minecraft. Quando cerco di scaricare il gioco, anziché visualizzare il prezzo, compare "Non disponibile per l'acquisto" con un link a "Altre informazioni". Cliccando su quest'ultimo, appare un messaggio che riporta: "Non si è in grado di acquistare questo prodotto poiché si possiede già Minecraft." Attualmente, riesco solo a scaricare una demo dal mio account, non la versione completa. Nel menu del gioco, mi viene chiesto di sbloccare la versione completa ma anche cliccando su "Sblocca gioco completo" riscontro lo stesso errore. Chiedo gentilmente assistenza per risolvere questa situazione. Grazie.

I'm struggling to access the PlayStation Store to become a member for playing eFootball [redacted] online. I purchased a PS4 on Black Friday and joined PayPal. I also bought a 20 euro top-up from a neighbor, but it's not working. I'm based in the Netherlands but originally from Greece, so most of my personal details are Greek. Today, I lost 30 euros (20 on the prepaid card and 10 on PayPal) with no improvement in the situation. I really want to play online for a more enjoyable experience. I'm getting errors saying my PayPal username or password is incorrect, and that the 12-digit PS wallet top-up code may be invalid or expired (WC-[redacted]-5). Hello, I currently reside in Ontario, Canada, but I was away in Nunavut, Canada, for 8 months. Upon my return, I encountered an issue while setting up my PS4. I have two external hard drives attached to it, and when I was trying to transfer games from the old hard drive to the new one, the connection was lost. Now, I am seeing a message stating, "This device cannot be used. Try disconnecting it and then connecting it again." I have followed this advice without success. I'm hoping someone here can provide me with some assistance.

When I got my PS4, I set up accounts for my brother and myself. I accidentally made his account the main one and mine the minor one. Unfortunately, my phone, which had the email for the main account where I manage PS Plus subscriptions and gift cards, broke. I need to switch the main account's email to an existing one. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I am having trouble adding funds from my debit card to my PlayStation wallet. Despite ensuring I have no special characters, avoiding pre-paid cards, and correctly entering the 16-digit number, I keep encountering error code WC-[redacted]-5. I prefer to use my debit card rather than solely relying on PlayStation gift cards. I am frustrated as I am unable to input my bank information successfully and this is preventing me from playing online.

I recently bought a new "Modern Warfare" disc from a retail store. It has been downloading for over a week, and it still shows 70+ hours remaining without any progress. I received a 3-month ban for using inappropriate language towards someone during a party although we weren't arguing. I messaged the person offensive words in a joking manner, but it was taken seriously. I understand why it was offensive and would like to negotiate to have the ban lifted or reduced to 1 month or 2 weeks. Thank you and have a good night.

I am currently having trouble logging into my PSN account. Every time I click on the sign-in button in account management on the PS4, I receive an error message stating that my account may be locked due to multiple failed sign-in attempts. However, I haven't used my PS4 in several months, and it's odd that this message appears when I haven't attempted to sign in recently. When I tried using the app to sign in, it didn't work, so I attempted to reset my password. Unfortunately, I couldn't change it because the system is asking for my date of birth, which I know is correct, but it keeps saying it's incorrect. I'm stuck in this confusing situation and would appreciate some assistance.

I encountered an issue while downloading GTA V. Initially, it showed as downloaded, but upon opening, it mentioned installation pending. After leaving it for an hour, it remained at 0%. I attempted to resolve this by signing out and back into my account. However, I faced a delay in receiving the two-step verification code via text. While playing a game on my PS4 for fun, I encountered a situation where someone I beat sent me a message with a suspicious link. Due to my console lagging, I unintentionally clicked on it, resulting in a DDOS attack that disrupted my Internet connection for about 20 minutes. Hello Sony, I hope you are doing well. A few days ago, I gave my email to a friend to use my account on his PS4. When I try to join the lobby my friend invited me to, there is an issue where one friend in the group seems to be causing a problem. Whenever I attempt to join the lobby with him, it shows a message saying "player no longer in session." Strangely, when I join the lobby and he joins afterward, I get kicked out. A few months ago, we had no trouble playing together, and there haven't been any network changes. My NAT type is 2, and his is also type 2.

I forgot the password for my account linked to [redacted] When trying to reset the password, I realized I forgot the date of birth I provided three years ago and got locked out. I purchased the digital version of Minecraft a few months ago. About a month ago, I deleted it to free up storage space. The message said to redownload the application from my library. Last week, on December 19, [redacted], I attempted to reinstall Minecraft, but it was not in my library. When I tried to reinstall it from the PlayStation Store, it showed "not available for purchase" and "you already own this product." Is there a solution to resolve this issue?

I'm having trouble accessing my PlayStation account. I received an email on December 20th stating that my ID was changed and 2-step verification was set up, which I did not do. My friend suggested creating a new account with the same details, but my games are not showing up. I'm unsure how to proceed.

I received a refund a while ago which couldn't go through because the account was closed. I do not have a PS4 anymore as I returned it within 3 days as it's not suitable for me. I prefer PS2, and as a result, the PS4 Plus is of no use to me, especially since I can't watch Hulu on it. I've been trying for days 4 to 7 to get a refund with no success due to the closed account. My account has been inactive except for the initial 2 to 3 days of use. I now have a different card on file and would like the refund to be processed to that account. I appreciate your help in resolving this and getting my money back. Thank you.

I am having trouble changing the birthdates on my PSN account, especially for mine and my brother's, as Sony Entertainment does not allow birthdate changes. I also need help removing the link from Sony Entertainment to daunting_market, which is causing inconvenience. Additionally, I mistakenly entered the year [redacted] instead of [redacted] for the PSN user named daunting_lace or lance (I can't recall). I would appreciate assistance with resolving these issues as it is challenging for me to handle on my own, especially on the PS4 platform.

My PS4 unexpectedly shut down and upon restart, an error message stating "a serious system software error has occurred" appears, prompting me to press the PS button to proceed. Unfortunately, I am unable to connect any controllers, including new ones, as they continuously flash white. This issue has prevented me from playing. It seems to be a software problem with Sony, and if unresolved, I will explore utilizing the warranty for my PlayStation.
