I have two kids in the same house, each with their own PS4 console. Each child plays with their own username, JIJaney and chloe9040, under my PlayStation account, [redacted] They used to play Fortnite against each other. However, one PS4 got stuck in safe mode and had to be reinstalled. Now I can't get chloe9040 logged back into my PlayStation account. Every time I try, it kicks out the other PlayStation user on the other console. My youngest, who plays as chloe9040, has been crying for hours. I've been struggling to get help from PlayStation support. I hope to resolve this soon; the kids miss playing against each other. Thank you.

After I downloaded the latest software update for my PS4, I encountered an issue where it won't restart to apply the update. When it tries to restart, the light flashes white briefly and then turns off without restarting. When I manually turn it back on, it prompts me to install the update and restart again.

My PS4 is stuck in safe mode with the message to download the 7.00 update. Even after downloading it, it keeps showing the same error and won't start. I've attempted all safe mode options such as rebuilding the database or initializing, but nothing has worked. I'm at a loss and really hoping to find a solution without having to purchase a new console. Can anyone offer advice on how to resolve this persisting problem?

Every time I try to start my PlayStation, it never loads up properly. After waiting for about 10 minutes, it finally loads in, but then after about 5 minutes, I get a message saying my database is corrupted, and the PS4 needs to restart. It goes through the rebuilding process, but then I end up back at the error screen prompting me to submit my response. Now, every time I turn on my PlayStation, I'm stuck on the database corrupted screen and keep getting error code CE-[redacted]-7.

I experienced an issue with my PS4 when it tried to update to version 7.02, but it reported that the files were corrupted. I attempted to resolve this by entering safe mode and trying to update again, only to encounter the same problem. After deleting the update and retrying, I resorted to initializing my PS4 out of frustration. Unfortunately, this did not fix the issue. Now, I find myself locked out of my account since the PS4 requires the update to be completed before allowing me to log in. As a result, my PS4 is currently unusable.

Hello, I would like to address transaction number [redacted]00 where SGD $53.90 was charged to my VISA for the PSN Auto subscription renewal. I was not aware that the auto renewal was active and would like to request a refund. I mistakenly thought it was a fraudulent charge and deactivated my card with the bank. I recently purchased a Darkfire Bundle voucher code for Fortnite on Amazon. However, when I attempted to redeem it, I received a code error indicating the wrong region. I reside in the Middle East, and the code is intended for this region, but my account is set to the US. Epic Games support advised me to contact support to adjust my account's country/region settings so I can successfully redeem the code.

I bought the deluxe edition of WWE 2K20 expecting immediate access to all DLC content. Today, 12/20/19, a new DLC pack released, but I can't download it. When I look for more info, I'm getting mixed messages. One says I have the WWE 2K20 Extra Content Pass, while another says I'm missing the WWE 2K20 Backstage Pass. However, the deluxe edition should include the Backstage Pass, and the Extra Content Pass should cover it. I should automatically have access to all DLC for this game, and I don't understand why I can't get it now.

I am unable to access my PSN account. I have verified my login information, updated my system software, and confirmed my internet connection is working properly. The error message prompts me to seek assistance from the family manager, but there is no such role assigned. While there are other accounts on my PS4, none of them are designated as the family manager. I recently removed an account that also wasn't the family manager. The problematic account is categorized as under 18. The login issue extends to other devices as well. Any guidance on resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to access an old PlayStation Network account to cancel the debit card linked to it. It has been a few years, and I can't recall the email and password associated with it. I only remember the online ID and the card details. My goal is to remove the debit card from the old account so I can use it on my new account.

I accidentally logged out of my PlayStation Network account, and now I can't remember my password. After trying several passwords with no luck, I received a notification that my account is locked. I've been trying to reset my password by requesting an email on both my phone and laptop, but I haven't received any instructions yet. It's been almost two hours since I started this process around 6:30 PM Denmark time.

After turning on my PS4, I attempted to install the latest update. However, upon restart, I encountered an error message (SU-[redacted]-6). Subsequently, my attempts to connect my PS4 controllers were unsuccessful, even when using a USB cable. After unplugging the system for three minutes and restarting, the issue persisted. I also attempted to access safe mode, but the PS4 remained stuck on the same error screen.

My PlayStation Plus account got banned. A friend gifted me PS Plus early for Christmas using his credit card; we've been friends since childhood. Recently, he mentioned his ban, which worried me as I have never seen anyone banned before. We discovered his card was overused, which may have caused the issue. I just want my account reinstated so I can buy PS Plus and enjoy playing again.

I encountered an issue when trying to sign in to my PSN account online. I received an error message stating that my login information was incorrect. Upon attempting to reset my password, I discovered that the reset email was not being sent to my email address. After checking my emails, I realized that the email associated with my account had been changed without my knowledge. To make matters worse, I found out that $[redacted] worth of games were purchased on my account using the same card linked to it. Subsequently, my brother received notifications that his card had been compromised and used for unauthorized purchases on PlayStation. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my original email on the account and restore control of my PSN account.

I let someone use my school account for a school event. Unfortunately, I was deceived, and my email for signing in was changed after purchasing games. Even though I still have the original email I used for my PS4 Pro ([redacted]), I've been blocked. I've tried reporting the issue, but no action has been taken. After finishing Marvel's Spider-Man from the UK, I wanted to play its DLCs so I created a PSN account with the USA as my region despite living in Iran due to regional restrictions. Upon purchasing the DLCs using a gift card during the Black Friday sales, I encountered issues when trying to play them. After researching solutions, I discovered that DLCs do not work when the game and region do not match. Now, I'm unsure whether to seek a refund, create a new account in the UK region to share the DLCs, or if there is another option available.

On December 13, [redacted], my player profile was suspended for 7 days. I was able to play again yesterday, but this morning I was suspended again, even though I haven't done anything wrong. On December 13, [redacted], during the 7-day suspension, someone else used my account to send a message that violated the rules, resulting in the initial suspension. This happened again today. I have screenshots of the person admitting to using my account to send the message. I am requesting clarification from the PlayStation Network team.

Hello, this is Jose. I have discovered a purchase on my secondary account that I rarely use, where a 1-year PlayStation Plus subscription was bought. I typically purchase 2-month subscriptions on my main account. I am seeking a refund for this transaction, which occurred yesterday. I am uncertain if it was an auto-renewal, but I find it odd that it charged me for the yearly subscription on my secondary account instead of my main one. Hello! I encountered an issue with a PlayStation card I purchased three weeks ago. I reside in Utah, USA, and bought the card for my brothers in Mexico. Unfortunately, the card seems to be inactive as my brothers are unable to use it. I purchased the card at Walmart in Orem, UT. I am currently in Mexico and won't return to the US until January.
