I need to change my console now. I don't have my old debit card, so I am unable to join Pan because it requires verification of my identity before allowing me to sign up. I got a new computer since my last one broke, and I have a new bank card as well. The platform is requesting my old bank card information, which I do not have. Even when trying to bypass it by using PayPal, it still prompts for the old bank details and does not allow me to remove the old card to add a new one.

On Sunday, I tried to purchase tokens on Minecraft, but the order failed with a message saying "order not processed, try again." However, after checking my bank account, I noticed that it had been charged five times. I am seeking a refund for these multiple charges. I have attempted to contact a representative for the past three days, but the phone service has been closed. Can someone please provide a working customer service number that I can call to resolve this issue? Thank you.

Hello, My account has been banned and I was instructed to pay a certain amount. After receiving an email, I purchased PlayStation cards and submitted them in one email, but the company claims to have only received 2 out of 4 cards. I have been trying to call, but it seems their business hours start at 9 am, and I have not been able to reach anyone. It is currently 10:50 am, and I am at a loss on how to resolve this issue. I am seeking assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I have had my Fortnite account linked to my PlayStation account for 2 years. Sadly, a scammer has recently altered all my PlayStation account details, including the PSN name and associated email. Consequently, I am unable to access my account on my PS4 or play Fortnite. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my PlayStation account and resume playing on my console. I am willing to answer questions to confirm my connection to Epic Games, such as the associated name, gamertag, and email. Unfortunately, I can no longer provide any details about my PlayStation account due to the hacker's interference. I miss playing Fortnite on my PS4 and other games I purchased on my account.

My PlayStation is having issues while trying to play multiplayer on Black Ops 4. The system repeatedly prompts me to delete and reinstall the game disk, even after doing so. I have always been a fan of PlayStation systems over Xbox, but considering the frequency of this problem and the amount I paid for it, I am considering switching to Xbox. It's frustrating not to be able to enjoy what I paid for. I hope Sony can address these software issues or provide a replacement for my otherwise functional PS4.

Hello, I am concerned that my account may have been compromised. When attempting to connect to the EA servers, a login verification prompt appears, requesting a code to be sent to an unfamiliar email address, zt*****@foliage.laste.ml, which is not associated with me. My name is Simen Bjelland, and my correct account email is [redacted] I would appreciate assistance in securing my account to prevent any unauthorized access. Thank you.

I received a 30-day ban on my PlayStation account even though I haven't been using it. Lately, I've been seeing messages saying I've been logged out, which I initially thought was a glitch. Now, I realize someone has been hacking into my account, leading to this ban. It's Christmas break, and I was looking forward to playing video games during this time. I'm unable to do so now due to the ban resulting from the hack. Please assist in resolving this issue so I can regain access to my account.

I purchased a physical copy of Call of Duty that Amazon said was delivered, but it took two weeks to arrive. I was informed that it was stolen, so I ended up buying the game from the PlayStation store. Recently, the physical copy showed up, and I'm wondering if I can get a refund from the online store and switch to using the disc instead. I want to avoid the large data usage that comes with the download. I'd appreciate any help with this situation. Thank you.

I recently purchased The Forest with the intention of playing it with friends, but I am encountering issues accessing multiplayer. A notification appears stating, “Cannot use the PlayStation Network features in this application due to age restrictions.” Despite having parental consent to play such games at 17, it seems access is limited until I turn 18. I adjusted the parental settings to “Allowed” but to no avail. Is there any way to enable multiplayer in The Forest for players under 18? Unfortunately, the problem persists, and I might need to wait until October to play. As a temporary fix, I created a new PlayStation account with an age over 18 to access multiplayer in The Forest, albeit not on my original account if I want to play.

I'm attempting to reinstall a game I bought on my account. I switched to a different device as my previous one is malfunctioning. However, every time I download it, the process finishes in under 15 seconds, but the game doesn't appear under the icon. This is frustrating as it's the only game I've played for the past 4 years.

Hello! I am interested in pre-ordering "KINGDOM HEARTS III Re Mind + Concert Video." I have a question about whether the DLC, theme, and concert video come with codes that I can gift to someone else. Since I am not a PS4 player, I want to avoid attaching the codes/content to a new PS4 account I would have to create for this purchase. While I know one solution is to buy a gift card, I find it inconvenient as it would require the giftee to pre-order the content themselves.

After recently resetting my PS4 to factory settings, I lost all my data, essentially making it a new console. When attempting to log into the PlayStation Network, I'm prompted to input a verification code to access my account. Despite this, I haven't received any texts for verification on my current phone. I suspect the messages might be going to an outdated number. Another option was to use a backup code, but unfortunately, I don't have any record of these codes. I'm unsure how to tackle this problem without having to change my phone number for verification.

I have subscribed to The Elder Scrolls Online, but the game is not working on PS4. Many players, including myself, are experiencing crashes and high ping since the recent maintenance. I am unable to use my subscription due to these ongoing issues. Despite reporting the problems through console prompts, the developers have not addressed the widespread performance issues. This has been a recurring problem for months, and it is frustrating that microtransactions are prioritized over fixing the game. I believe Zenimax should focus on resolving these persistent issues before marketing and profiting from a flawed product on Sony consoles. The community needs better communication and action on these critical gameplay issues.

I am from Iran and using a VPN to contact you. About a year ago, I changed my password but did not receive the 2-step verification code. Despite explaining the issue to you, I was unable to provide the serial number of my past console as I had sold it. Consequently, you were unable to deactivate the 2-step verification due to the lack of information. Recently, I noticed my old account that holds sentimental value as it represents the time and memories I invested. Unfortunately, the account has been inactive for a while. Can you assist me with this matter, please?

I'm curious about PlayStation's policy regarding online features and the requirement for PS Plus on the PlayStation 4 and future consoles. It feels somewhat obligatory, and I believe it should be optional for users. Is there a possibility for the company to reintroduce an online pass system? I would prefer to have the choice of how I utilize online features, especially if I am willing to pay for them. In the past, certain PS3 games had an online pass, offering players the option to opt for PS Plus to access multiple games online or just pay for specific games without the benefits of PS Plus. Given that PS Plus is now mandatory, it would be beneficial to have a choice. It might be reasonable to price an online pass at $6, granting permanent online access to a single game, with the option to upgrade to PS Plus for broader online access. I also recognize that not everyone can afford to continually renew PS Plus. It would be fair if Sony could offer online passes at a discounted rate to PS Plus subscribers. Including online passes for upcoming games could also be a positive move. I hope to hear Sony's perspective on this matter.

Hello. I encountered an issue while trying to update my console to the 7.02 patch. After selecting the update option, the screen stayed black for about 10-15 minutes. Despite attempting manual shutdown and restart, the screen remained unresponsive after displaying the PlayStation logo. I entered safe mode to try a manual update, which seemed successful until the system restarted and the screen went black again. I followed online suggestions like adjusting resolution and rebuilding the database, but to no avail. Even after unplugging and replugging all cables, the problem persists. It seems to repeatedly prompt me to update to 7.02 without progress. I'm trying to avoid initializing my PS4 since I haven't backed up all games on my PSN account. Any assistance on resolving this issue would be appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a physical copy of XCOM2 game three years ago. As a longtime PlayStation Plus subscriber, I learned that the game was offered as a free download for members, but I didn't download it at the time since I already owned the DVD version. Recently, when I tried to purchase the game's expansion, I discovered it is only compatible with the digital version, which was disappointing. I'm hoping to receive the digital version of XCOM2 for free, which is currently priced at $15, considering it was previously offered to PlayStation Plus users at no cost. Alternatively, I would like a refund for the expansion pack that I cannot use with my physical copy of the game.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing EA games due to a forgotten password on my account. Despite reaching out to PlayStation tech support, EA games, and attempting to recover the password through Google, I have been unsuccessful. I recently bought Madden 20 and had to request a refund since I couldn't log in to play. This issue has prevented me from accessing any EA games. As a long-time PlayStation and EA player, I am frustrated by the lack of support I have received. The security questions associated with my account do not align with my email for EA, leading me to believe there might be some confusion with another individual sharing my name on the account.

My PSN account was suspended for 7 days, and I don't understand the reason behind it. The email only mentions using inappropriate language and that it was thoroughly investigated, but there's no evidence provided. I find this situation ridiculous and demand either immediate lifting of the ban or detailed information about the alleged violation so I can defend myself.

I connected the PS4 power cord to my TV because the old one wasn't functioning, allowing me to power it on. However, I can't open my PS4 and need to access it through the PC website. To do so, I require a 2FA code, but I haven't received it even after multiple resend attempts. I would like 2FA temporarily disabled on my account so I can reconfigure it later. I can confirm ownership through my username, email, password, and the last redeemed code. Just to note, I am a minor.
