You all have been taking **.** from my card but my son has not had his playstation since April. I dont know what the subscription is for. I would like for you all to take my info. off of the subscription and if possible i would like my money back for the past * months because like i stated earlier my son has not been using his playstation because it is broke.

GetHuman-tarashay did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
