My credit card and debit cards were compromised, and unauthorized payments were made to Playstation. I mistakenly contacted the bank instead of Playstation, resulting in my son's Playstation4 Pro account being banned. I was unaware of these transactions, and my son did not make any online purchases. Due to the urgency of resolving the situation, I unintentionally took the wrong steps in attempting to stop the unauthorized payments. I am hoping to find a solution to unban the account promptly.

Unfortunately, my account was banned after four payments were deducted from my checking account instead of my linked credit card on PlayStation. I mistakenly believed I was being hacked again when the unauthorized charges occurred, leading me to block my credit card. Regrettably, I contacted the bank to stop the payments instead of reaching out to PlayStation directly. At the time of these events, I was in South Africa. I acknowledge this oversight and would appreciate assistance in having my account reinstated.

I recently renewed my son's PlayStation 4 yearly subscription for £50. However, he is unable to sign into the PlayStation Network because his password isn't working. The console is registered under his dad's name and email, but his dad is no longer in the picture, making it impossible for us to reach out to him for assistance. I recently purchased the new Call of Duty from your online service. After downloading it, I encountered an issue where I can't access the content due to missing files in the game. When checking the application information, it lists the breakdown, but I don't have the option to delete or install them. This has been frustrating me for the past week. Today, I got two emails requesting account verification. I've never had a PlayStation account, and I didn't verify them. Later, I received an email saying my Sony Entertainment Network Account sign-in ID (email) was changed. I want to ensure any account linked to my email is closed since I never created or requested one. Thank you.

Two weeks back, my PS4 froze, and I had to power it off. Since then, it wouldn't turn on properly, failing at 24% while checking system storage. I decided to initialize it, and now it can turn on, but it shuts down whenever I start a game. When restarted, the PS4 displays error code CE-[redacted]-3. I recently purchased a PS4 Pro to replace my standard PS4 which had stopped working. However, I have encountered a persistent issue where the PS4 Pro freezes every few seconds, making it impossible to play online games. After researching, I discovered that this is a common problem with this system. I am very frustrated by this situation and I believe it should have been addressed before the systems were sold. I have been a loyal PlayStation customer, owning every console released, and was planning on pre-ordering the PS5. However, due to this ongoing issue, I am considering switching to Xbox. If this problem is not resolved or if I am not provided with a functioning console, I will be making the switch. Hello, I encountered an issue with my PS4 system where I am unable to activate it as my primary system. I have not logged into my account on another system or gameshared with anyone. When attempting to deactivate all my systems through the account management website, it indicated that this action was performed in the last 6 months, although I did not initiate this. Around 1 to 2 years ago, my PS3 account was hacked, and the hacker wiped out all my games and data on the PS3 and my PS4 where I also had the same account. Consequently, all my purchased games were gone, and my account got banned. Since then, I have been using a different account. I am now attempting to reclaim my original account as I was unfairly banned due to the actions of the hacker.

I tried to update my email address on my account to my new one. However, the phone verification step requires my old number which I can no longer access. This account is my second one, as I lost my original account along with more than $[redacted] spent on in-app purchases. I hope to avoid further expenses and seek a prompt solution. I am disappointed in SONY and feel like I have been taken advantage of.

I recently created my PlayStation account for my PS3 with the ID lifeoflorac. After connecting to the internet, I have been facing difficulties downloading apps and games due to error code 800233EF for over 5 hours. I am having difficulty connecting my PS4 controller to the console. Recently, I synced it with my iPhone to use the Call of Duty app, but now I can't seem to sync it back to the console. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like turning off Bluetooth on my phone and forgetting the device in settings, I still can't get it to work. Whenever I turn on my PS4, I'm unable to navigate the home screen properly as the controller isn't automatically connecting. The light bar on the controller flashes, and I'm unable to access any features. Playing on my console helps me distract myself from depression, so I really need assistance with this issue.

I am experiencing an issue with my account being accessed by someone else, resulting in my login information being changed, including password and email, and preventing me from regaining access. While playing Fortnite on my PS4, I received an error message indicating I had been signed out or into another location. Despite attempting to restart the game, I encountered a prompt requesting me to sign in, which failed due to incorrect information. I purchased a PSN card from Walmart for $36.49, which was more than the listed price of $30.00. The card was supposed to include 5,[redacted] CoD points for Bo4. However, the activation code on the receipt, [redacted]80, did not work when I entered it on the PSN website. I contacted Walmart, and they insisted that this was the correct code, but I am certain it is invalid. They are now reaching out to the PSN company to resolve the issue. I am willing to provide a copy of the receipt or my PSN account name if necessary. Can someone please assist me with this problem?

I was banned for reversed payments by the Playstation support team. Unfortunately, I can't reach them by phone to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, all of my games now have locks on them randomly, rendering my PS4 useless. It's frustrating as someone stole my info, causing this chaos. This situation has angered me to the point where I am considering switching to the new Xbox, even though I typically dislike Xbox. If this is the state of affairs for PSN on the PS4, then count me out. I just want all my content back.

While I was busy with my university finals, someone from Shibuya Tokyo, Japan accessed my account two days ago. To my surprise, my bank informed me that significant amounts of money were spent on purchasing numerous games at 2 a.m. on my account. Additionally, the individual changed my online ID login details, barring me from accessing my own account. I believed I had implemented two-step authentication to avoid such incidents. I would greatly appreciate it if I could obtain refunds for all the purchased games and regain access to my account.

I recently ordered a PS4, but unfortunately, it was not delivered due to an incorrect address. I contacted the post office to rectify the mistake, and they directed me to Sony Playstation for assistance. After calling Sony's support line, I was informed that it could take up to 4 business days for a response. However, it has been longer than that, and my PS4 is now on its way back to the distribution center. I am eager to update the delivery address promptly to ensure I receive it in time for Christmas.
