I renewed my sons playstation* yearly fee of £**. Since then it has asked him to sign into playstation network and he cant as the password wont work for some reason. The playstation is all set up in his dads name*email etc... and he left us this year with no way of contacting him so were totally stuck!! *My son is autistic and is freaking out because he cant get online with his friends!*Please help*Erin
