I logged on to play my favorite games with friends, only to discover my account, AlexArkhalis, has been banned. This is the second account affected by fraudulent charges, forcing me to repurchase all my games. I believe this is unjust, as I suspect the same issue has recurred. I seek clarification on the ban reason and a solution as I cannot bear the cost of repurchasing all my games.

I have been enjoying my PlayStation since I purchased a year pass in February [redacted]. I took a break in early September due to school commitments. When I tried to access my account this week, I was surprised to find it banned. I have reviewed your guidelines and can confirm that I have not violated any of them. Ever since I moved, my network connection has been behaving strangely. Certain features have suddenly stopped working properly. For instance, I can no longer locate players through the "players met" feature and have to search for them manually. Additionally, I experience disconnections from Tekken online matches right after a match ends. Strangely, there are no overall speed or consistency problems with my connection; it's just these peculiar issues. Is there a solution to address these specific problems I am facing?

I discovered a glitch with my PlayStation, and I was advised to "initialize" it in the settings. However, in the process, I unintentionally logged myself out and now I am unable to log back in. Despite my attempts to reset my password, I seem to be getting the security question incorrect consistently. I am unsure of the next steps to take, as I am locked out of the account associated with the username "WavernGame." I am concerned about the significant amount of money invested in that account and would appreciate prompt assistance.

My PS4 is stuck on the Safe Mode screen. I can't choose different options, it just tells me to connect the DUALSHOCK 4 using a USB cable and press the PS button. I've followed these steps but nothing changes. I've tried turning the console off and on, unplugging it for 20 minutes, and even removing the HDD, but it's still stuck. I've followed all the suggestions on the PlayStation website, including trying to turn it on in safe mode and normal mode, but it always goes back to the same screen.

I am currently locked out of my PlayStation account. I need to reset my birth date as I cannot remember the one I used when I created the account when I was younger. I had to input an older age to access all the features, and this has caused me multiple issues in the past. Despite reaching out to Sony for password changes previously, the problem persists. This time, I am unable to access my account at all due to the forgotten birth date.

I am disappointed that my account was banned for sending a picture of my game stats to someone who was being aggressive and toxic towards me in the game chat. This is the second time this has happened, and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I believe the ban was unnecessary and unfair. It saddens me to have to deal with this situation. I would like to request for my account to be unbanned.

I am disappointed to report that my account got banned. The ban resulted from sending a screenshot of my game stats to a player who was being hostile and aggressive in the game chat. I feel the ban is unjustified, especially since this is the second occurrence. As a dedicated customer of over a decade, I find it disheartening to be treated in this manner. I am seeking assistance in having my account reinstated.

I encountered a screen instructing to connect a USB storage device with an update file for reinstallation of version 7.01 or later on my PlayStation. I attempted to download the update multiple times via USB and in safe mode through the internet. Although the internet download completed twice, upon restart, it reverted to the same screen without updating. Updating via USB prompted a message to initialize the PS4, warning that all data would be deleted. Realizing something was amiss, I am seeking a solution to regain access to my account. Additionally, my PlayStation won't power off using the button, requiring me to unplug it.

Approximately 11 months ago, I was exploring rare Fortnite accounts on a community platform to potentially trade with others. I engaged in a trade with an individual who insisted I go first to obtain his account with the Black Knight skin. Regrettably, he deceived me and took my account, preventing me from accessing it. The current username on my account is QUEST_SPEED, with the original email linked to [redacted] now changed to [redacted] I am seeking assistance in recovering my account so I can combine it with my new one to enhance my Fortnite collection. Losing access to my account has impacted my gaming experience, including losing items on GTA. To validate my situation, I used to share Fortnite content on a YouTube channel associated with that account.

I received a three-month subscription card as a gift, but after just two days, I got a message saying I need to purchase PlayStation Plus again. Even though the icon is still next to my name, I can't access the benefits. In the account management section, it shows that I still have the subscription, but when I try to buy anything that requires PlayStation Plus, it prompts me to renew.

I encountered an issue when starting my PlayStation 4. A message appeared instructing me to connect a USB storage device containing an update for reinstallation of version 7.01 or later. I acquired a new 32GB USB and a computer to procure the PS4UPDATE.PUP file. Following the download, I correctly created the file and attempted to install it on my console. Unfortunately, I encountered an error code and am still unable to access my PlayStation 4. I have been troubleshooting this for several days and it seems that initializing the PS4 may be my last resort to break out of this cycle. I am hesitant to proceed with this step due to the risk of losing my data. If anyone has any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue without initializing the console, your help would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed two charges on my bank statement from PlayStation Network on November 10th and December 10th, but I haven't made any purchases using my Sony account. Could you please verify if these charges are linked to my account? If not, is it possible to get a refund for these unauthorized transactions? I go by the name M.R., and my PlayStation ID is Mollyeryan94. I haven't used it for any purchases. Additionally, I've been receiving text messages with verification codes, even though I didn't request them. Do you think my account has been compromised?

I connected my Microsoft account to my PlayStation for crossplay. I purchased items from the Minecraft Store like The Island of the Fierce. I shared my account with my cousin, causing issues reconnecting our accounts. After deleting saved data, I lost items bought from the PlayStation store, including tokens. I want my purchased maps restored. I can provide receipt details for the tokens and identify the missing worlds. A clear explanation is needed if the restoration is not possible, as I paid for the items.

My PS4 kept booting in Safe Mode, so I attempted numerous restarts and even tried rebuilding the database. Ultimately, I decided to initialize my PS4, only to find that all data, including my log-in ID (email for PSN Account: Amazingly_Awful), was gone. Is there a way to retrieve the email address linked to the PSN ID (Amazingly_Awful)? Unfortunately, I can't remember the email I used to set up the PSN Account. I purchased the new Call of Duty game for my boyfriend last Tuesday and it was running smoothly. However, this Sunday morning, the game suddenly became locked and prompted me to restore my license. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for 8 hours now, with no success. My primary account is my main one, and as a result, my access to YouTube, Netflix, and other services is also restricted. I'm frustrated as I spent £60 on a game that is now not functioning. How can this be rectified?

I returned home to find my PlayStation turned on but not displaying anything. Attempts to power it off were unsuccessful, leading me to unplug it. Although I managed to start it in safe mode once, I received a "serious error" message when trying to download the latest software update. Since then, accessing safe mode has been problematic. Occasionally, I can make it beep once by lightly tapping the power button, but holding it down yields no response. This is frustrating, especially as I only purchased the PS4 two days ago.

I am having trouble connecting my PS4 to the internet. When I go to network settings, it loads very slowly when selecting "easy" or "custom," sometimes taking 10-30 minutes to proceed. Even after waiting, when I finally test the internet connection, the IP fails. I have tried resetting the router and factory resetting the PS4, but the issue persists. I don't think it's an internet problem since the settings page loads slowly before reaching the WiFi network selection.

On Thursday, I received an email notifying me that my sign-in ID had been changed. While playing Final Fantasy 14 on my PS4, I unexpectedly got signed out. I contacted Sony to address this issue and reset the passwords for all my email accounts and PSN profile. I also implemented two-step verification for added security on all my accounts. However, the intruder managed to bypass these measures multiple times by accessing my account, disabling two-step verification, and changing the linked phone number. Despite numerous password resets and removing the unauthorized phone number, the situation persists. I am currently unable to access my PSN account, and the intruder has taken control, potentially engaging in activities like unauthorized game sharing. I seek a resolution and hope to secure my account promptly.
