For the past three days, I've been patiently waiting for my account ban to be lifted. I contacted customer service on Wednesday and resolved a payment misunderstanding. After being assured twice that my payment was accepted and my case was under review, I was told to expect an email confirming the ban lift within 24 hours. However, despite this reassurance being repeated twice, my account remains inaccessible. I have tried to be understanding and patient, but my patience has worn thin. I am now eager for my account to be reactivated promptly.

I recently discovered that my PlayStation Plus account was set up for automatic annual renewal without my knowledge. I received an email confirming a purchase of $59.99 for a year of PlayStation Plus, which I do not currently use. I have updated my settings to disable the auto-renewal feature. I am requesting a cancellation of my PlayStation Plus subscription from 12/12/19 to 12/12/20 and a refund of the amount charged. I intend to manually renew my account in the future. Thank you.

My sibling has updated our PSN password but cannot recall it now. I attempted to reset it by following the "forget password" link to create a new one. Unfortunately, during the process, I was asked for the birthdate used when setting up the account, which we also cannot remember. I purchased Minecraft from the PlayStation Store before getting PlayStation Plus. I had it for months, but uninstalled it. Afterward, I bought PlayStation Plus. Today, when I tried to redownload Minecraft, the store shows I never bought it and it's not in my library. I have the achievements as proof, but I can't find the receipt. How can I retrieve my game?

I haven't used my PlayStation for a few weeks. Today, when I tried to get cash back with my debit card, it got declined. Upon checking my account, I saw that there was a charge from PlayStation Plus auto-renewal. I never intended to set it up that way. I usually buy a PS Plus card from Walmart. It seems like this person has made changes to my account, and as NBA 2K20 is a significant part of my life where I hold a top position, I am deeply concerned. I subscribed to PS3 games two days ago for a 7-day free trial, but I was charged earlier than expected on December 19, [redacted]. I was looking forward to enjoying the full 7-day trial without an early charge. It would be beneficial if PlayStation could adjust the billing process to charge users after the free trial period. I am experiencing difficulty purchasing GTA V on PS4. Despite entering the correct credit card information, I receive an error message stating the numbers are wrong. I attempted to use PayPal, but encountered an error. Even accessing the PlayStation Store on my phone resulted in the same issue. I have considered purchasing a PlayStation Giftcard online but worry it may not work when I try to redeem it on the PS4. It's frustrating as I just want to buy the game, and it appears others are facing similar issues.

I purchased a $25 gift card three days ago. When I tried to redeem it on my PS4, it didn't work. Later, I noticed on both the card and the receipt that I should wait 24 hours before redemption. After waiting and trying again, I still couldn't redeem the $25. The next day, I bought a new $20 gift card, waited over 24 hours, and tried again but received the same error message. I've now spent $45 and have nothing to show for it. Please assist me in resolving this issue, as I still have both the cards and receipts. You can verify my PSN ID. While playing Madden, I encountered frequent freezing every minute lasting about 10 seconds each. After restarting the PS4, it unexpectedly led me to safe mode despite not using the power button shortcut. I decided to initialize the system, resulting in a factory reset. Upon startup, the PS4 logo displays, followed by a black screen for 5 minutes before user selection. Launching Madden takes an unusually long time, around half an hour, and the console shuts off autonomously.

I would like to address the issue regarding my banned account. I acknowledge the reason for the ban and apologize for using an inappropriate name. The timing of the ban right after Christmas is unfortunate as I had recently purchased many PlayStation games with the Visa card I had just obtained. I would appreciate it if my games could either be transferred to a different account or if my account could be unbanned so that I can access my purchased games. I understand if this is not possible. I've had my PS4 account for about 5 to 6 years now, and I constantly get banned for reasons I don't agree with. Please reconsider the bans, especially in Apex Legends. I recently played with random teammates who didn't cooperate, so I left the game. Now I'm banned for [redacted] minutes. This is frustrating and unacceptable. This keeps happening, and the ban durations are getting longer each time. If this doesn't change, I will delete the game and stop playing. Please, stop imposing bans on players. Your attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I purchased the UFC [redacted] pay-per-view and am currently streaming it on my PlayStation with friends, but it keeps crashing. We have to exit and re-enter the PPV repeatedly. We have tried restarting the internet, performing speed tests, changing hotspots from our phones, and the issue does not seem to be with our internet connection or my PlayStation. My PS4 is having trouble ejecting the current disc. I attempted the power button and the manual eject screw, but nothing has resolved the issue. Additionally, the PS4 has stopped reading the disc, preventing me from playing the game. With a collection of games on disc, I am now unable to access any except the one stuck inside. I received a PlayStation 4 as a Christmas gift in [redacted]. It was a special Battlefront ([redacted]) bundle that included the console and five Star Wars games: Star Wars: Battlefront ([redacted]), Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, Star Wars: Racer's Revenge, Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter, and Super Star Wars. Unfortunately, my little cousin deleted these games to make room for new ones, and now I am unable to retrieve them.

I'm having trouble playing my games because I can't confirm my license. I have two PS4 consoles, and I tried to share my account with my brother by making his console my primary. When he deactivated it as primary, I couldn't activate it on my console. The system says a PS4 is already set as primary, but his console shows it's deactivated. I'm hoping someone can help me manually deactivate it from their end.

Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out for assistance regarding my PS4 account (username: gsk0776). I encountered an issue with deleting a family member, Kingcastle999, from my account's family management. I followed the guideline instructions to delete the user in the "Settings" but found that Kingcastle999 still appears in the family management menu. I realized later that I should have removed the user from the family management menu directly. I no longer see the option to delete Kingcastle999 as the system does not recognize the user's existence. My account was hacked, and it has been banned, but I'm not sure why. My son attempted to play, but we couldn't access the account. It's frustrating to be banned for supposedly violating PlayStation Network terms of service when we were the ones who were hacked into. I'm baffled by how we're penalized for something we didn't do.
