Yesterday, I downloaded the Yakuza Remastered Bundle for $59, which contains three games: Yakuza 3 (successfully downloaded), Yakuza 4 (not downloaded), and Yakuza 5 (to be released in Feb [redacted]). I need assistance with downloading Yakuza 4. I have checked my library and the PlayStation Store for any extras or DLC, but I can't find it. Yesterday, it seemed like Yakuza 4 started downloading alongside Yakuza 3, but only Yakuza 3 finished downloading 3 hours ago. It appears that Yakuza 4 did not download at all.

I'm having trouble buying a PlayStation Plus subscription as my credit card is not from the United States. It's frustrating that I seem to be required to purchase a new PS4 Pro just to access the Plus services. I can't afford a new console, and it feels unfair that my credit card is not accepted, especially as the first console was a Christmas gift.

My PS4 is not displaying any signal on boot-up and I am unable to access safe mode. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps including changing HDMI cables, trying different TVs, power cycling, and even removing the hard drive. Everything was functioning perfectly until my son mistakenly connected the HDMI to a USB-to-HDMI converter meant for split-screen on a computer. Since then, I have not been able to resolve the issue despite multiple attempts over the past few weeks. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a PlayStation just two days ago after nearly ten years without one. I was quite young when I last owned a PlayStation, which was a PlayStation 3. I'm currently unable to access my account as I have forgotten the password and can't answer the security question. Unfortunately, when I try to input my birthday, the system claims it is incorrect. I am at a loss for how to proceed. I do have my driver's license and can provide ID verification if necessary.

I recently encountered an issue where a person I met on the game Smite has somehow managed to lock my account, preventing me from accessing it. This situation is critical to me because I have made several game purchases using that account and also have my credit card linked to it. Upon attempting to log in, I received a notification indicating an account lockout and prompting me to reset my password. The challenge I am facing is that I no longer possess the email address or phone number associated with the account, only remembering my password and email ID. The individual responsible for this, a kid from the game, should face consequences for their actions. It seems he has a pattern of disrupting others, evidenced by another incidence where he caused a fellow player to restart their PS4 to continue playing. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I am experiencing issues accessing my PS4 and other PlayStation accounts on my phone and PC. I am unable to log in as I have forgotten my password and have been blocked from all PlayStation networks through my Wi-Fi router. I have attempted to fix the problem by trying different passwords and even port forwarding my router, but the issue persists. I recently subscribed to PS Plus and am now unable to play online. I would appreciate any assistance in lifting the block on my network. Thank you.

For the past two months, my PS4 has been freezing repeatedly. Each time there's a new update, it fails to power on properly and enters a slow blinking blue light state with no display. I have to put it in Safe Mode to update. After the 7.00 update, the freezing became more frequent. With the 7.01 update, the freezing now includes system crashes, not just game freezes, sending it into the slow blinking blue light mode. I haven't found a solution yet.

On December 2nd, [redacted], I was charged $34.98 for a purchase I never made. The games were not visible on my PlayStation, with no downloads pending or in my purchase history, only the charge. I requested a refund, and it was processed on December 12th, [redacted]. However, upon turning on my PlayStation on December 14th, [redacted], at 8 a.m., I discovered that my account had been banned. I am unable to reach customer support for assistance. This is distressing as I have had this account for 14 years, starting when I was 16. Despite being a loyal customer, I find myself with a banned account and no recourse. It is frustrating that my account, which I did not use to purchase the games in question, has been penalized. I hope to have my account reinstated promptly as this situation is unjust and impacting my ability to use the platform.

I have encountered a strange issue with my PlayStation account. I was sharing games with a friend from another state, who unfortunately had his PS4 pawned by his parents during an argument. In an attempt to deactivate all devices, I used the option on the PlayStation Account management website some time ago, assuming it would have been longer than six months by now. However, I fear there may be a glitch as the deactivation didn't work as expected. Complicating matters, I do not have access to his PlayStation's system code. What steps should I take in this situation?

I have a strange issue to share. I was game sharing with a friend from another state, and unfortunately, he got into a dispute with his parents, leading them to pawn his PS4, which he may not get back. I tried the [deactivate all devices] option on The Playstation Account management website a while ago, thinking it would have been past six months, but it seems to be glitched. I don't have his PlayStation's system code. Could you please assist in shutting down his PS4 or removing my account from it? What steps should I take in this situation?

I purchased the Detroit Become Human standard edition about a week ago. Now, I am interested in upgrading to the Deluxe edition. However, when I tried to do so in the store, it seems like I have to buy the entire game again. I expected to be able to upgrade without repurchasing the full game. Is there a way to get a refund for the standard edition so I can then purchase the Deluxe edition? I find this process quite inconvenient and believe there should be an option to upgrade at a discount since I already own the base game.

Early this morning, I was playing "For Honor" online when I encountered a player named ManiacalSkorpian. He defeated me and taunted me purposely to provoke a reaction. Despite feeling frustrated, I refrained from engaging in a confrontation. Later, I encountered him again and managed to win decisively, returning the disrespect. Subsequently, he created a group named "Garbage" and initiated a heated argument. He implied reporting me for unspecified reasons, causing me anger as I had not reported him despite his insults. I find it unfair that he intentionally got my account suspended during the festive season. What recourse do I have, GetHuman?

I had trouble signing into Minecraft on the Xbox network last night. Today, I can sign in but it says my Microsoft account is already in use. I need to access the store, but I can't without my account. When I try to relink, a pop-up says the Microsoft account is already in use, but it's only used on this one account, nowhere else.

I went online and noticed that most of my games were not loading, displaying error code CE-[redacted]-7. After researching, I discovered it was a corrupted data error. I deleted all data related to those games from my system. However, when I tried to reinstall, both the store and library indicated the games were still installed and prevented any action. I attempted solutions like restarting the PlayStation, signing out and back into my account, and disconnecting the external hard drive where the games were stored, but nothing resolved the issue. I am using a PS4 and seek guidance on resolving these problems so I can enjoy my games once more.

My son accidentally bought two $25 worth of v-bucks from his console, but he did not receive the 2,[redacted] v-bucks twice as expected. The bank transaction went through, but he did not get the in-game currency he purchased. He can see the two transactions in his account history, but no v-bucks were added. I kindly request a refund for the $50 and possibly some compensation in v-bucks for any inconvenience caused by this error on your end. We haven't faced any issues like this before and I'm eager to resolve this promptly. This incident occurred on December 13. Thank you for your assistance!

I was close to finishing my Black Ops 3 challenge when I logged out to let my friend help. However, when I tried to log back in, I encountered an issue with my password. My security question was originally my best friend's surname, Aftab, but now it's asking for my date of birth, which I mistakenly entered incorrectly when setting up the account.

I removed Red Dead Redemption 2 to free up space. Recently, I attempted to reinstall it, but got an error message saying it couldn't start. I left it aside for now. Today, when I tried to play PUBG, the same issue occurred. I contacted PlayStation support, received unhelpful advice to clean the disc, but I believe the problem lies elsewhere. I am unsure how to proceed.

A while back, my PlayStation account got permanently banned due to immature behavior and inappropriate messaging. I realize my mistake and want to inquire about the possibility of being given a second chance. My PSN is "Bristol-_-king." Currently, when I attempt to sign in, it prompts me to reset my password. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my email to do so. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Best regards, Kyle

I purchased a brand new console, and I have been experiencing multiple issues with it. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product quality. During a game, the console unexpectedly shut down because of a chip malfunction on the motherboard, which is interlinked with other chips that are not available for individual purchase. Additionally, the HD port at the back has been faulty for weeks. Prior to this, I encountered problems with the disc drawer that fortunately resolved on its own. This purchase was quite costly, and it is frustrating to face these issues that are not my fault. I can provide details of the purchase location and the card used for buying it. I would appreciate prompt guidance on how to proceed. Thank you.

I purchased Final Fantasy X/X-2 from the PlayStation store and successfully transferred and played the game a few days ago. However, I now see a padlock icon preventing me from accessing it. Despite attempting to restore licenses, I encountered error code NP-[redacted]-1. Even after attempting to rebuild the database, the issue persists. Notably, this problem only affects the digital version of Final Fantasy X/X-2, not my other PlayStation store game or my physical copy of Final Fantasy. The error message "Cannot use the content. Cannot connect to the server to verify the license" continues to appear when I try to launch the game.
