I seem to have lost access to all my accounts recently, but I am particularly worried about my main account on PS4. After resetting my console, all my accounts disappeared, and my main account is the one I am most anxious to recover. It holds sentimental value as it has been with me for years. The issue is that my grandmother's email was linked to it, and she had to reset her email address a few years ago and cannot remember the password for the old one. Unfortunately, we no longer have access to the email account associated with it, making it impossible for me to log back in. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my main account as it is very important to me. Thank you for any help you can provide.

My PS4 entered safe mode after a recent update was required for the system launch. It seems the update interrupted while in rest mode, triggering safe mode. I spent around 2 hours troubleshooting but it's stuck on a message stating the PS4 won't start without the 7.01 update installed via USB. Even after following those steps, the screen hasn't changed. I recently received an update notification for NBA2K20, but I am unable to download the update even though I have sufficient space. Usually, I leave the application open to resume gameplay, but now the download is not working and there seems to be an age restriction issue. Although I can access the application, I am unable to play online. There has been no mention of a banned account. I need assistance with resolving this matter promptly.

I recently encountered an issue with my account being banned on the PlayStation network due to a violation of the terms and user agreement (WS-[redacted]-7). I suspect this may be linked to an accidental chargeback on a yearly subscription because of an oversight on my part regarding auto-renewal. I promptly contacted my bank to address the charge. I believe I may have changed the email linked to the account. The real name associated with TODDLERS31 should be the same as my current one, xMaoriSoldier. Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my DualShock 4 controller. The left joystick constantly drifts to the left, even when untouched. This causes my gameplay to veer left despite the joystick being stationary. I'd like to arrange for a repair, however, the warranty code on the back of my controller has been worn off, making it illegible. I bought the controller on June 22nd last year. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently updated my PS4 and was completely unaware that it would result in all my WWE2K20 game data being wiped. Even though it saved at a specific time and date without my consent, I lost all my progress. I had invested countless hours and weeks completing the "Bump in the Night" mode, unlocking characters, and achieving various in-game features. Despite still having trophies to show my progress, I cannot access the content I had previously worked hard on. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed. On November 29, [redacted], I bought £31.99 worth of FIFA points, and on December 2, [redacted], the amount was deducted from my mom's credit card. Another £31.99 was charged on December 3, [redacted], both transactions attributed to PlayStation. I did not make a second purchase of FIFA points, and no confirmation email was received. I was playing MW online and had reached level [redacted], but suddenly my level dropped to 56. It's been really difficult to reach anyone for help, which has been disheartening and made me lose interest in playing. Despite my love for the game, spending hours on it only to face this issue is frustrating. I've realized that good customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Help with Blinking Blue Light Issue. I encountered a blinking blue light issue when turning on my PS4 Pro. Despite trying to reboot it in Safe Mode, the problem persists. My console is just out of warranty, and I'm unsure of what steps to take next. I have always maintained my gaming equipment well, and this sudden issue has me at a loss. I have tried to disable automatic payments multiple times, but I am still being charged for the monthly membership. I want a refund for the unauthorized charges since I have already removed the automatic payments several times. This is the third occurrence, and I am frustrated with the situation. Please reimburse me for the membership fee. Currently, I do not wish to continue with my PS Plus membership.

I am confident that I entered my password correctly because I have it written down on a paper in front of me on my desk. However, I encountered issues with my date of birth authentication and the security question did not accept my answer, despite being certain of my mother's maiden name. Hello everyone, I need to report a problem I've encountered. When I powered up my PS4 to play, I received an error message stating that the PlayStation Network is unavailable. I performed a network test which showed everything was working except for the PlayStation Network section. I checked the suggested troubleshooting steps without success. I attempted to sign back into the PlayStation Network using my password but it was unsuccessful. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I'm looking for guidance on how to connect and set up my brand-new PlayStation Vita PCH-[redacted] WiFi model with my Android phone since I don’t have a PC or laptop. I need step-by-step instructions or video tutorials to help me enable apps and get it running smoothly. The PlayStation Vita store is functional, but I'm unable to download apps or make connections. Even though the web browser on my PS Vita works, I'm still unable to download anything. I wish to know if I can do this without the need for a laptop or PC by using my Android phone.

My PS4 is displaying errors with two of my disc games, and I'm concerned about losing my saved data. I've tried researching the issue, and while some sources suggest that corrupted data should be identifiable in the saved data section, I haven't been able to locate this information for my digital games. Additionally, my PS4 has been inadvertently unplugged while in rest mode several times, leading to potential risks, although this hasn't occurred recently but did happen last month.

I rented "IT Chapter Two" two hours ago, and every 5-10 minutes, it tells me my network isn't connected, which it is. I ran a network test, and everything is fine. I've checked my Vudu, Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu, and the issue seems to be on your end. In the 2 hours since renting, I've only been able to watch 45 minutes of the movie. I would like a refund credited back to my account as this experience is not worth it. I don't have 6-8 hours to watch a movie due to technical difficulties on your end when there's nothing wrong with my network, as indicated. I've checked my internet connection and other streaming devices, and nothing seems to be wrong. I am perplexed by the recent ban I received on my PS4. I have always adhered to the rules while gaming, yet I was shocked to receive notice of a violation ban. I confess I was a victim of hacking not long ago, but I promptly changed my password to prevent further intrusion. It's my suspicion that the ban may have been triggered by repeated login attempts from the hacker, causing a misunderstanding that led to the suspension of my account.

My PS4 has been experiencing some issues for the past couple of weeks. The first problem started when I was playing an online game and the loading screen would not load. Despite having good internet, the issue persisted. After contacting the gaming company, they were unable to identify any problems. This issue occurred consistently after playing for a few hours, around 3 to 4 hours. Then, a new problem arose about a week or two ago. The main menu on the PS4 began lagging significantly, requiring me to wait for a few seconds before being able to move again. Additionally, loading times have become prolonged, and downloads that used to take 20 to 30 minutes now take forever. Despite having a wired internet connection, the problem does not seem to be related to my internet speed.
