I hopped on ps* this morning and it took me to safe mode and said to update the new version for the ps* so then I tired to update it and it didn’t work, I had to connect my USB to the computer and download it from there and it did and now it’s saying I have to intialize my ps* and I don’t wanna do that because it will delete all my data and games and I’ve tried other solutions and pretty much my only option is to initalize my ps* and I don’t wanna do that.

GetHuman4080807 did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
