Hello, I am experiencing difficulty downloading an update for "Call of Duty Modern Warfare [redacted]" on my PS4 Pro. The error code CE-[redacted]-8, displayed in the attached screenshot, is causing the issue. I had previously completed the campaign without any problems, but now when I tried to play online, it prompted me for an update which I am unable to download. Despite having a good internet connection, the update is not progressing. I have searched online and on your support website for a solution, but have not been successful. Both my PS4 and the game are from region 2. I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I have an unusual request. In the past, I allowed a friend to use my account to play a game. However, things have taken a negative turn, and now I need to kindly request an email from you stating that account sharing is not allowed due to potential misuse. This will serve as a gentle way for me to let the person know that I no longer wish for them to use my account. I prefer to handle this situation without any unnecessary drama. Since September, I noticed numerous charges from Playstation on my credit card statement. My grandson purchased a game, Madden Football, for $99.99, but we were charged multiple times for the same amount. Concerned about a possible hack, I contacted my credit card company on September 13 to stop payments to Playstation. In October, my grandson's account was banned due to an outstanding balance of $[redacted], which we paid using a gift card, thinking the issue was resolved. However, I later received a statement showing I owed about $[redacted], mostly consisting of $99.99 charges which I suspect are fraudulent. Despite not making any purchases since September 13, my credit card insists these charges were paid to Playstation. They claim I owe $1,[redacted].35, referring to payments made post-September 13. I never activated the new credit card they sent in September and have not used it. I need assistance in verifying these transactions to clarify the situation. I appreciate your help. Thank you. I have an old email linked to my account that I can no longer access because of attempted hacking. Despite numerous password reset attempts, I am continually denied access to the email. I have changed my email to resolve this matter, but it remains unchanged on my PlayStation account. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account since all my saved files are stored there.

I let a friend borrow my account, and now I received an email saying my online ID was changed. My friend allowed someone else to use it and now refuses to return it. I have the serial number of the last PS4 I used it on, the account creation date, and emails of recent purchases.

Good evening, my name is Jorge. I bought the new Call of Duty on Black Friday. I downloaded it along with other games, and they all downloaded except for Call of Duty. I just want to know if this error CE-[redacted]-2 has something to do with the hard drive. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps available online. I have the original hard drive and a terabyte external hard drive, both internal and external, and all the other games downloaded properly. I've already tried turning off the PlayStation. I just want to play Call of Duty, I'm not looking for a refund. Can you please help me get it to work? Thanks.

I made a remark calling my friend a bot in Fortnite, and he reported me for it. However, this is a common joke amongst my other friends, and they understand it as such. I feel disheartened by this situation, as I have invested a significant amount of money into my account. I am hoping to have my account reinstated, but if that is not possible, I would like to transfer a portion of the funds from my alternate account, which includes a starter pack and the Candy Axe pickaxe that I purchased with the given V-bucks from my father.

Is there any way to recover my account from two-step verification? I am willing to take any necessary steps to regain access. I understand trading accounts is against the terms of service, but I attempted to trade with someone named My meter green, with three n’s, who had two-step security enabled. I would like some form of action taken against him for using two-step verification inappropriately. I allowed my 10-year-old brother to play my PS4, which has my debit card linked to the account. While he was playing Ubisoft's The Crew 2, I stepped away briefly to help my dad move the TV. When I returned, I discovered that my brother had acquired numerous cars and credits in the game. After checking my transaction history, I realized that $30 was charged to my Visa debit card. He purchased in-game credits and then used them to buy a bundle pack within the game. I am concerned about the amount spent, considering I may not use the game much anymore since I am giving the PS4 to my dad. I am reaching out to explore the possibility of a refund for the purchases made by my brother using my bank account. I would appreciate it if Ubisoft could assist in reversing the acquired content and credits, and refunding the money back to my account.

Hello, I had my card details saved on my PlayStation while I was away from Auckland. Unfortunately, my cousins used my card to make a purchase in GTA which I did not authorize. I would like a refund for the money they spent as I do not need or want it. The transaction went through even though I had online transactions blocked on my card. Hello, I am based in Lebanon, in the Middle East, and I have been using my account for more than 10 years. During the account creation, Lebanon was not an option, so I selected UAE as my region to access redeem cards easily. However, the cost of these cards has increased, with sellers taking a significant portion of the price. I have a substantial amount of trophies and games in my account and would like to switch my region from UAE to Lebanon. This change will enable me to use my credit card directly and avoid the inflated prices of redeem cards. I understand the possible loss of some games not available in the Lebanese store but I am willing to accept this trade-off for long-term savings. Hello, my name is George and yesterday I removed my PS4 hard drive to recover lost data. When I reinserted it, the system went into safe mode, forcing me to install new software from playstation.com, causing me to lose all my data. Now, I'm trying to sign back into my PlayStation account, but I can't remember the email address associated with it. I do know my PS ID is Tefut93, but I'm unsure about the email address.

I am looking to purchase the Call of Duty Modern Warfare Battle Pass, but my account region does not match the disk region. Yesterday, my son used a PSN card to buy V-Bucks in Fortnite in the afternoon. Later that night, I used my debit card to purchase the new Star Wars game, which I added to my account and removed afterward. I noticed an extra charge of $24.99 for Fortnite on my account. The payment history displays two V-Bucks purchases in Fortnite, but my son only made one with cash from the PSN card. My PSN account is Lilmanwinsagain.

On December 10, [redacted], my account (MysticFang04) got suspended for 30 days. After receiving the email, I felt confused. I fail to see how the link was considered pornographic or obscene. Upon clicking it, I was directed to YouTube videos about a baby deer being attacked by cougars. I am acquainted with Monkeyman6245, and I even have his account on my PlayStation. I am not requesting the suspension be removed, but rather decreased in length. I believe a 30-day suspension is excessive, especially when the linked page led to the Google search bar and showed different URLs than what was mentioned. I even cross-verified with a friend regarding the content they saw when they clicked the same link.

Last year, my son unknowingly set up an annual direct debit for his internet subscription. He recently purchased a new card from Target to renew the subscription and only then realized the automatic billing. He was underage when he initially agreed to the direct debit. He has since canceled the subscription before it renewed today. I'm seeking assistance on how to process a refund for this charge back to his new card.

I suspect unauthorized access to my account. Friends mentioned activity in games I don't own. Despite changing my password and logging out of all devices, the problem remains. Can you assist in verifying this or suggesting a solution, please?

My PlayStation account got banned due to some overdue purchases on 2k. However, my system is at school where I attend college, and some of my football teammates take turns playing the game in the game room. I didn't make any of these transactions because I don't even own the game. All I want is my account back so I can watch Netflix and Hulu. You can keep the 2k game since I don't even play it. I don't have the funds to cover these charges.
