I had an account on PS4 for a while, but after changing the internet, everything got reset, including the email and password. Despite my efforts, I can't recall the correct login details and can't access my email since it requires a verification code from an old phone. I recall using [redacted] for the account and the PS4 Gamertag is PREDADOR_HD-_YT.

Hello, I recently sold my old PS4 without removing my account from it. The buyer redeemed codes for a PlayStation VR bundle including games like Skyrim, Astro-Bot, Rush Of Blood, Resident Evil, and VR-Worlds on my account. Is it possible to transfer these codes to them so they can access the games on their own account? If not, I may need to reimburse them, which could be difficult given they may have purchased it during a Black Friday deal. They have reached out to me on Facebook regarding this matter. I am reaching out regarding my son, AJ Charlton, who has been mistakenly blocked for 30 days. We were all using the computer together on December 7th where he was playing games like Call of Duty and FIFA 19. He did not have access to a headset at the time. He was previously blocked for a week, but we are certain he did not send any inappropriate messages. As Christmas is approaching, I have purchased him the games he wished for, and it doesn't make sense for him to jeopardize his chance to play on our PS4. Please review his account and lift the ban. My account suspension is ending today, and I'm eager to sign back into PSN. I have two-step verification enabled, but unfortunately, I'm not receiving any emails or texts for verification. It was working fine before my suspension, but now it's not. Could you kindly assist by disabling my two-step verification? I was in a lobby with someone when my game suddenly crashed. I thought it was a problem with my PS3, so I purchased a new one. However, when I tried to add my account to the new console, it said there were more than two people using it. This cannot be correct since I only intended to use it on the new PS3. Now, I am unable to deactivate my account on the website because I last accessed it three months ago.

My account was compromised, and my MasterCard details were exposed, leading to my card being deactivated. Unfortunately, the unauthorized individual used my card to purchase PlayStation cards and make transactions on my PlayStation account. As a result, my access has been restricted due to concerns raised by the bank and PlayStation. It is crucial for me to regain access as I have time-sensitive investments, such as season passes and battle passes, that are dependent on timing. Hello, I have noticed three charges on my bank account from PlayStation totalling over $40. Neither my boyfriend nor I have used the PlayStation recently due to family events, and all three charges occurred today, December 8th. When trying to review these charges, we were unable to determine what they were for. The first charge is for $25, while the second and third charges are both for $8.65. I am completely lost regarding the details of my account. Upon returning to my family home for Christmas, I wanted to play PS4 with my friends online. As I entered the saved information from my phone's notes, I discovered that the email, password, and date of birth had all been altered. Now, all I can identify is the username/gamer tag.

Yesterday, while playing Call of Duty Black Ops 4, I completed the Tag Der Toten Easter Egg before going to sleep. This morning at 8 a.m., I felt refreshed and decided to hop on my PlayStation 4 at 10:30 a.m., only to find a message stating my account has been banned for violating the terms of service. I haven't received an email explaining the reason for the ban. Although I've only purchased gift cards thus far, I have been reprimanded in the past for being rude and promptly stopped as per a PSN notification. What could be the cause for this sudden ban? My brothers are facing the same issue as well. It would be helpful to receive an email clarifying the situation.

My account got banned due to back charges. I was informed of a $60 debt, so I purchased cash cards and sent the codes to Sony. However, they mentioned an additional $25 debt for which my funds were inadequate. I wish they had disclosed the total debt initially instead of making me go through the hassle of buying multiple cash cards, turning a 1-day process into a 3-day ordeal.

I accidentally made 3 purchases of V Bucks (Fortnite) on the wrong account/screen name and need a refund or to transfer them to the correct account/screen name. I tried calling customer service but received a message saying that phone support is currently closed, even though it is 9:13 a.m. in Tennessee and the hours of operation are listed as starting at 8 a.m. This experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory. I am feeling extremely frustrated right now. On 11/28, I placed an order for a bundle from PlayStation which has not been shipped yet. Last Wednesday (12/4), they assured me that the order was ready for FedEx to pick up, but it still hasn't been shipped. Now, when I try to view my order, it says it doesn't exist. I can't talk to a live person or even reach them through chat. Calling their [redacted] number leads to a message stating someone will call back, but after leaving my number, they mention it will take 4 days for a callback. I've done this twice already, and it has been well beyond the 4-day timeframe without any response.

On the evening of December 5 and the morning of December 6, my son made unauthorized charges totaling almost $[redacted]. The charges varied in amount from 3 times $99.99 to 2 times over $30, and down to a charge of $6.xx. He accessed my PayPal account through his PS4 without my knowledge. While he is 10 years old and has mild Asperger's, he is quite clever and does not have an email address. I was shocked to see PayPal linked to my email address on his screen. I need guidance on how to remove his access. I want a human to assist me in refunding the charges and clearing any purchases from his account. Time is crucial due to the significant sum involved. I purchased a game, downloaded it, and played it, but it started crashing in the middle of gameplay. I have tried creating a new save file and reinstalling the game, but it continues to crash consistently. This issue has made the game unplayable, as it crashes after just a couple of steps. I contacted Playstation for a refund, but they informed me that I cannot receive one since I already downloaded the game. However, the refund policy clearly states that I can request a refund for a faulty game within 14 days of purchase. I believe it is reasonable to expect a refund for a game that stops working properly halfway through.

About 2 months ago, I purchased Black Ops 4 and a one-year subscription to PlayStation Plus. Last Saturday, I upgraded from the PlayStation 4 to the 4 Pro. After setting up the new console, I tried to sign in, but my PlayStation Plus subscription did not transfer over. Despite attempting to restore my licenses and manage my subscriptions, I cannot locate the Plus on the new console. I am seeking assistance to reactivate the Plus for my login. I have the transaction number for the purchase but never received an email confirmation. I have been using the Plus and playing the game for 2 months, confirming that I made the purchase.

Every time I attempt to power on my PS4 Pro, it emits a single beep, the blue light flashes for one to two seconds, then it powers down and becomes unresponsive. I have attempted various solutions such as disconnecting it from power, cleaning the interior for dust, positioning it vertically, and unsuccessfully trying to access safe mode. I also purchased new fuses for the power cable, but none of these efforts have resolved the issue.

I recently purchased a new game for my PS4 and after downloading an update, I encountered an issue where the application would not run properly. The game prompts me that there is a problem with the application. When I followed the suggested steps, it required an update. However, when I tried to update from the home screen, it stated that all necessary updates were already completed. Hello. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my PS4 account. For some reason, I received an email on Saturday stating my password was successfully changed, which I did not do. I have attempted to use the "forgot password" and "reset password" options on the website, but I am not receiving the reset email. I have contacted Norwegian customer support, and the latest communication from Sergi, a customer expert, mentioned that 2-step verification has been deactivated.
