My PSN account has been compromised. I realized this when I received emails from Sony and PSN notifying me of changes to my login ID (email address). When attempting to log in on my PS4 and resetting my password, I did not receive the reset link in my email. Despite trying to initiate a live chat with Sony, I encountered connection issues. I'm unsure if this is related to the hack or a separate problem. I would appreciate it if my email could be reverted back to my original one.

I have had my PS4 for almost 5 years now. Recently, I had to replace the power supply and the Blu-ray to motherboard flex cable. After my laser lens stopped working, I bought the correct replacement online. I replaced it successfully, but now I'm facing an issue where the disc drive spits out discs immediately upon powering on, doesn't accept discs, and keeps making ejecting noises even without a disc inside. I carefully disassembled and reassembled the console, but the problem persists. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the sound was more pronounced near the power supply, possibly from the Insert Eject Sensor Switch Motor Board #KLD-[redacted]. I believe this might be causing the problem. Seeking advice and wondering if this part is available for purchase. Thank you for any help.

My brother used someone else's credit card without my knowledge, and my account got banned on the PS4. I need help to lift the ban, but I'm wondering if creating a new account and then adding my banned account to a new family would resolve the issue and unban me.

Hello, my kids told me that a Fortnite user named Parallel-YtFish is sending phishing links to hack accounts and taking them over. He's also booting users using these links. We've blocked him from our PlayStation accounts. Can you please address this matter? If you want to check the messages, my son's account is ightkellen-. Today, he stole the account from a user called callmeking_yt678. Thank you.

My account, "Castle_614," has been hacked. I've noticed the hacker is playing on it as they appear online. Initially, my username was different, but now it has been changed to the one mentioned above. Moreover, the hacker is making threats to harm me if I report the situation. The hack occurred on April 5th, and the username was altered on April 10th.

My account was unexpectedly banned due to a chargeback issue related to a purchase. Despite not being responsible, a family member's actions led to this situation. I recently learned of the circumstances behind the ban, and it appears to result from my family member reporting the transaction as unauthorized to their card company. Last night, December 7, [redacted], around 1 am, my friend was playing Modern Warfare 2Vs2 Gunfight. At the end of the match, players Icy_Aarron (PS4) and BryceJ (PC) started repeatedly saying inappropriate things related to "School Shooters." My friend was live-streaming at that moment, and I find their behavior completely unacceptable. I have the video evidence and their usernames. I hope that Playstation can take some action against them. It's important to address such sensitive topics seriously. My username is AngelXxMalisia77, and I've been a Playstation user for about 7 years. If no action is taken, it would be disappointing, and it might make me reconsider using this console. Bullying behavior like this should not go unpunished.

I am looking for assistance on possibly having my old PlayStation 4 account unbanned. The ban occurred when I was younger during the release of Fortnite. At that time, lacking in-game skins, I used my parents' credit card without permission. Shortly after, my parents discovered this and canceled the card, resulting in no charges being made. Essentially, I obtained the skins for free. During my last contact with support, they mentioned sending an email regarding a payment of $25-30 to reactivate the PSN account. I purchased Human Fall Flat, Goat Simulator, and I Am Bread on my account more than a year ago. Now, I am being asked to buy them again even though I already paid for them. I attempted to restore my licenses and reactivate my main account, but I have not had any success. This issue needs to be resolved soon as I believe I have been unfairly charged for these games.

I was in the middle of playing on my PlayStation when I got kicked off. I've tried to log back in, but it's not letting me. I requested a password reset via email, but I haven't received it, so I think they might have changed the email too. I have all the necessary information like my date of birth, security question and answer, old passwords, and transaction details. My account, GravyGuyJosh, was hacked today, and I urgently need to reclaim it as my debit card is linked to it, and I don't want any unauthorized purchases. About a week ago, my account was permanently banned without any warning. I logged on excitedly for the new Rocket League update, only to find I couldn't access my account. A few years back, I mistakenly shared my account details with someone who promised to help me with in-game money, but instead, they scammed me. I bought three $[redacted] PlayStation gift cards as requested but unfortunately shared the serial numbers with a scammer. PlayStation informed me that all three cards still hold the original $[redacted] value and recognized the purchase was made at Best Buy. I do not own a PlayStation account.
