My account (DripGodAli) was compromised on the night of Friday (12/13/19) around 10 pm. I received an email notifying me that my sign-in ID was changed without my authorization. I attempted to reach out to the Playstation Network Center, but unfortunately, it was unavailable at the time. The chatbot was unable to assist me with this issue. I tried calling today (12/16/19) at 5 pm, but the Playstation Network Center seems to be busy. Since the breach, I have been receiving numerous emails confirming changes to the sign-in ID and password, none of which I approved. Prior to the incident, my sign-in ID was [redacted] I have reached out to the individual who gained access to my account and have evidence of their confession to using it for NBA 2K20 purposes. This person even attempted to hijack my brother's account, KHANTHEGOAT, posing further threats. It is crucial that the necessary actions are taken to secure my account promptly by deactivating it, changing both the sign-in ID and password to prevent the hacker from re-entering. I am hopeful that the account can be restored with the new credentials provided to me. In addition, there needs to be accountability for the hacker's actions, and measures should be implemented to prevent such "booting" tactics in the future. I seek urgent assistance in resolving this matter and reclaiming my account swiftly.

I am having trouble accessing my account due to forgetting my password. Additionally, when setting up my account, I mistakenly used a different date other than my actual birthday. Could you kindly assist me in resetting my password via email? I have lost access to all my downloaded games due to a system restart, and most of my favorite games are tied to this account. Hello, my son studying away at university has a PS4 Slim. He tried using his USB powered Razer Kraken headphones but it seems they are not compatible. Can you suggest suitable headphones or a workaround for this issue? Thank you, Martin K.

I recently experienced two instances of credit card fraud, resulting in unauthorized transactions on two separate cards. In addition, a fraudulent child account was created under my name by the hacker. Thankfully, all erroneous transactions have been sorted out. I request the immediate unban of my account as the unauthorized payments were out of my control. I have taken steps to enhance security measures on my end, although this should have been addressed by Playstation initially to prevent such vulnerabilities in the system. Rest assured, I have taken necessary precautions to prevent such incidents from reoccurring.

Hello, my name is Leriel. I lent my account to a friend to level up my battle pass, everything was fine until recently. I can't access my account anymore; it's asking for my email and password, and even after trying to change my password, I can't do anything. I even tried playing on my cousin's PlayStation, and it showed that I was logged in. I could even join the waiting room, but I wasn't the one playing on my account. This situation worries me a lot. My son got tricked by a schoolmate who promised to give him some vbucks for his PlayStation 4 account. The classmate changed the password after getting access, but months later returned it. Unfortunately, somehow he managed to take access again. My son changed the password, but not the email associated with the account. I am furious and unsure of what steps to take next. I am considering creating a new account for my son, but seeking advice on how to prevent this from happening again.

I recently purchased a pre-owned PS3 after trading in my previous one back in [redacted]. Upon trying to activate my new PS3 as my primary console, I received a message stating that there were two active accounts. My old PS3 was factory reset and should have been deactivated. I am now unable to access my content that I had paid for. Is there a way to deactivate my old PS3 remotely so I can use my new console without any issues? Unfortunately, I no longer have the old PS3 as I traded it in back in Idaho and I now live in Texas. Any help or advice on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm facing an issue with Death Stranding on my PS4. After selecting "Continue" and loading the game, it reaches [redacted]% and prompts me with the option to "Resume Game" by pressing X. However, when I press X, my screen goes blank and remains stuck. I'm unsure why this is happening. Can anyone offer advice on how to resolve this problem?

I recently faced an issue with my PlayStation 4 console after it fell, resulting in a broken power button. Upon inspection, I was informed that since I own a special edition "The Last of Us" console from "The Last Of Us Bundle," replacement parts are not available. This has raised a few concerns for me. Firstly, I initially purchased a "Special Edition" Call of Duty bundle, and I am perplexed as to how I ended up with an "irreplaceable special edition" "The Last of Us" console. I find Sony's actions misleading and feel deceived as a consumer. As a single mother of five children who diligently saved for this family Christmas gift, I am disappointed to be in a situation where the product I purchased seems to have been misrepresented. I urge Sony to address this matter promptly by providing the necessary parts for repair or a replacement console as originally advertised. I have been a loyal Sony PlayStation fan and did not expect to encounter such a predicament due to a misleading sale. My family and I are profoundly disheartened by this turn of events.

After discovering fraudulent charges on my account, I contacted the bank and received a refund for the unauthorized $[redacted] spent on games. However, now my account is banned, preventing me from downloading any games from my library. This is likely due to the fraudulent games still being associated with my account. I would like assistance in removing these unauthorized games and restoring access to my purchased content. Thank you.

I have been banned without being informed about the reason for weeks. I recently discovered that my brother allowed me to use his card for a game purchase, and you continued to charge it without my knowledge. There are hundreds of pounds worth of games on the account that I would like to access as I have paid for them, but I am unable to do so without an explanation.

Hello, I was banned after sending a message to someone in Rainbow Six Siege. I realize my message was inappropriate, and I accept the ban. However, I believe the other user who team killed me should also face consequences. I would appreciate it if my ban could be lifted or if the other user could be banned as well. Good morning, I received an email yesterday informing me that my account has been banned due to a violation I did not commit. I have been unable to access my account or my PlayStation for the past 6 weeks as I have been away on my honeymoon. During my absence, my younger brother and the internet gaming cafe I own had access to my account for necessary updates and gaming purposes. I previously received a suspension a year ago, which I abided by and have since followed all policies carefully as a long-standing user. I am disheartened by the ban as I believe it is unjust since I have not been involved in any wrongdoing. I can provide evidence of my whereabouts during the time in question with flight tickets, hotel stays, and pictures. I have been a loyal and contributing member of the PlayStation community for years, operating a gaming cafe with numerous PlayStation consoles and actively participating in events and competitions. I have invested significantly in my account for games and add-ons. I kindly request a review of my case and I am willing to provide any necessary proof for your consideration. I purchased a PlayStation about two weeks ago and have been enjoying playing Call of Duty recently. However, starting yesterday, whenever I try to join an online lobby, the game freezes and then kicks me out with error code CE-[redacted]-0. I initially thought it might be an issue with the disc, so I downloaded Fortnite to test if the problem persists, and unfortunately, it does. I have a physical disc of a Dragonball game and purchased DLC online. After downloading it, I encountered an issue where the DLC content could not be found for installation. I attempted to resolve this by deactivating and reactivating my account, restoring licenses, and checking the Library downloads section where it appeared but was labeled as not installed. When I tried to install it, it redirected me to the digital game.

I recently wanted to update the email associated with my PSN account. However, after making the change, when I tried to log in, I received an error message stating that the account already belonged to another user. Upon investigation, I found that my new email was linked to another user, while my old account was left without an email. I placed an order for the Need for Speed Deluxe edition on 11/22/19 and my order number is [redacted]09. I was expecting a physical disk, but since I have not received anything, I am now wondering if it was a digital download. I have not received any instructions on how to download the game. Earlier this month, I achieved The Last Guardian Platinum Trophy on December 7th. On December 9th, I received a congratulatory email from [redacted] with a code for an exclusive theme. However, upon trying to redeem the code in the Store the next day, I discovered it had expired on December 3rd. I reached out to @AskPlaystation on Twitter a week ago but received no response. I recently received information from a PlayStation representative stating that someone accessed my account and prompted me to change my password, which I did. Now, I am encountering the same error code as before despite not making any recent purchases aside from the free PlayStation Plus games. I was assured that the issue was resolved, but I currently cannot access my account. Can you please assist me by sending another password reset email or providing further guidance on resolving this issue?
