My PlayStation * console fell and the power button broke. When i had it looked at I was told that the console I purchased "The Last of us" console from "The Last Of Us Bundle" is a special edition and that there is no replacement parts available. *I have a FEW issues with this.*And I guess my question IS, *HOW DID I END UP WITH "A IRREPLACEABLE SPECIAL EDITION" "THE LAST OF US" console WHEN I PURCHASED A "SPECIAL EDITION" CALL OF DUTY BUNDLE?!?!?! *AND WHERE & HOW & WHY IF THIS IS TRUE, CAN SONY BE ABLE TO BE SO DECIEVING AS TO WHAT CONSUMERS ARE REALLY PURCHASING?!?!*My apologies as i know you are only customer service but please understand my concern, complaint, & disheartment to find out that i have been what i feel SCAMMED & now suffering from a MAJOR loss to me and my family & hard earned & saved dollars! *I am a single mother of * children who did everything i could to scrape and save for a family Christmas gift that i could not & barely afford, to find out in what i feel to be taken for with such a deceiving sale & purchase and what i feel is a fraudulent sale.*I'm told now, that it would be cheaper to make another purchase in something that i could not & barely afford in the first place then to have it fixed in something that is only a few years old. *Such a product and one that is at such a cost should not have to be replaced because SONY not only does not want to put out replacement parts but chooses to fraudulently sell one console in the name of another completely different console and mislead consumers as what they are currently purchasing. *Which is apparently what has happened in my case. *I am requesting that Sony take steps in this matter to assist with the parts needed to fix or replace the system i was sold with either the parts and labor needed to fix the current console or replace the current console with the console Sony CLAIMED was a CALL OF DUTY PlayStation bundle and not "The Last Of Us" irreplaceable console that i was fraudulently sold instead of what I THOUGHT I was really purchasing like I said The Plastation * CALL OF DUTY bundle.*Or further resolutions regarding these matters will have to take place. *There was a time before my single parenting of * children when we were able to enjoy more luxuries and I'm a long time fan of SONY PLAYSTATION. I'm ** and have had every console in my home that Sony has put out. And I never thought that I would have to worry about SONY putting its consumers in such a situation that i am currently experiencing. Being in the financial situation i am in now i would have of never invested with such an investment and in a product that i didn't feel confident in. *My family is HIGHLY let down & EXTREMELY disappointed regarding THIS Experience & outcome!!
