I recently completed a week-long suspension, which was my first since creating my account in [redacted]. After learning my lesson, I have been behaving appropriately and refrained from sending any negative messages. However, this morning, upon accessing my PlayStation account, I discovered I am now facing a 30-day suspension. I am unsure of the reason for this latest suspension, but it seems like the moderation team is closely scrutinizing my actions and penalizing me for minor infractions.

I have a PSN account under the name MaelstromJC with the email [redacted] The account was initially created in the USA for a USA PlayStation, but I have since relocated to Germany. Recently, I rented the movie Paddington (Transaction ID [redacted]52) using this account, but I am unable to access the content in my current location. I discovered in the Help FAQs that content cannot be viewed in a country different from the registered account's location. As I now reside in Germany, I cannot watch the rented movie. I am requesting a refund of $2.99 as I will not be able to utilize the service I paid for. It is unfair that my card was charged for something that I cannot access in my current country of residence.

I encountered an issue with my PlayStation where it repeatedly went into safe mode, and I had to restore default settings, causing me to sign out of PSN. I have 2-step verification enabled, but the phone number linked to my account is no longer active, preventing me from receiving verification codes. I need guidance on updating my phone number on the account or disabling 2-step verification through an alternative method. Unfortunately, I don't have a backup code and I'm unsure how to proceed without the verification codes to generate a new one.

My two sons, 7 and 10, wanted to change their usernames and in the process, changed the users (not realizing they could simply change the usernames). As a result, all downloaded and purchased games got locked. The only way to access them again was to buy them once more. This seems unreasonable. Is there any way to retrieve our games (some we had to repurchase for peace at home)? Best regards, Jonas G., Lima.

My account was hacked, and I am trying to regain access. The hackers changed the associated Gmail and password, thus locking me out and resetting everything. The account name was "JANKYYT_" on PSN, but I cannot log back in due to the changes made. The original Gmail linked to the account is "[redacted]" I am reaching out for help regarding my Fortnite account, which had all the skins in the game, including the recon expert. I have invested over $5,[redacted] into this account, and I am desperate to retrieve all my items. Please, if possible, contact me to assist in recovering my account.

My PS4 Pro is currently stuck in safe mode, and I have attempted various solutions to fix it, but it keeps looping back to the safe mode menu. I've tried using three different hard drives, but the problem persists. When I try to install a fresh copy from a USB onto a new hard drive, it does not proceed. I suspect that the power button might be the issue, as it may be stuck and preventing me from exiting safe mode. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly. #PS4Pro #SafeMode #HelpNeeded

I experienced an issue with my PlayStation 4 about 24 hours ago. While listening to music on Spotify, my console froze and shut down by itself. After encountering error CE-[redacted]-3 repeatedly, I managed to log back into my account. However, it unexpectedly shut off again after a few hours. Today, I faced more problems with corrupted files showing up, leading to a database rebuild. Despite this, one of the applications remained corrupted, causing the system to freeze again. I attempted to fully initialize the console and ultimately had to opt for a quick initialization. Throughout this process, it froze briefly around three times for 2-3 seconds each.

Order# [redacted]: I made a purchase on November 29th at 6:30am. As of December 6th at 6:40pm, my order status remains as “Preparing to Ship.” Despite my attempts to reach out via phone, chat, Facebook, and Twitter, I have not received any assistance. The phone line prompts to leave a callback number with a 4-5 day response time. Unfortunately, the website's chat feature is consistently unavailable. I am eagerly awaiting my order and finding this lack of responsiveness frustrating.

I have been using my hotspot to connect my PlayStation to the internet without any issues until recently. Despite having unlimited data, when attempting to connect, my PlayStation shows it is linked to my phone but not to the internet. It remains on "checking network environment" for approximately five minutes, then prompts me to input a proxy server. After choosing not to use a proxy server, an error message appears stating it failed to connect within the time limit. I have successfully connected in the past, so I'm unsure why this issue is occurring now.

I am inquiring if there is any way to discuss getting a PS4 for my brother who has autism and hasn't had a new gaming system in years. It is his Christmas wish, but financially, I cannot afford to buy him one. Our family has not had a good holiday in a while and I want to change that. I suspect the issue started when my debit card information was saved on my PlayStation 4. Recently, I noticed unusual charges on my account, including two 12-month subscriptions and some game purchases. Thankfully, my bank refunded the money, but now I cannot access my PSN account. When attempting to log in, none of my usual passwords work, likely changed by the hacker. Resetting the password doesn't work either, as I do not receive the email to my account. My name is Joshua Windigo, and my PSN account is linked to the email [redacted] I deleted the account a year ago. I had purchased $20 PS points to get 1 month of PS Plus and XenoVerse for PS3 but accidentally reset my password with a bot on the PlayStation website. Now, I am unable to access my PSN account because my password was changed, and the email associated with it was deleted and cannot be recovered or recreated. I remember the old password for both the email and my PSN account, but the password reset has caused an issue. Last night, I tried buying the new game STAR WARS: Jedi Fallen Order on the Playstation Store website. After the purchase, I checked my download queue and found that the game wouldn't download due to a message stating it's waiting for previous downloads to finish, even though there are none. The game hasn't made any progress, and my PS4 doesn't show it anywhere. I'm really frustrated with the bots and lack of help from Playstation support. I just want to talk to a real person. Thank you.

I shared my game with a friend who said he deactivated it, but when I tried to activate it, I got a message saying someone was using it. I went to the PlayStation account management section online to deactivate, but it stated I can only do this once every six months, which had already been done. Is there a way to regain access without waiting for the full six months?

I was logged out of my account and was prompted to reset my password. The email associated with my account is an aol email that I created during middle school years ago. Attempting to log in, AOL required access from the original device used to log in initially, which I no longer have. I am concerned about losing my game data, progress, and my paid PSN subscription. Assistance in regaining access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

I need assistance with my account that has been banned. I'm puzzled because I believe I didn't do anything wrong. While playing my game, I suddenly got kicked out. When trying to log back in, I received a message stating my account is banned and providing a code. I have invested a significant amount of money into my account and have many games tied to it. I recently bought three $[redacted] PlayStation gift cards for a scammer who requested them along with the serial numbers. PlayStation confirmed yesterday that the cards still have the full $[redacted] balances and mentioned my purchase from Best Buy. I don't have a PlayStation account. I'm having trouble connecting my Spotify account to my PS4. When I try to set it up, it says it's linked to another PSN account, which is not the case. I've tried connecting to different WiFi speakers with no problems, so it seems specific to the PS4. I did manage to link them a few times, but it's inconsistent, and I can't figure out what's causing the issue. Can anyone offer some assistance in resolving this?

After being friends for five years, my friend, unfortunately, had a panic attack and started making alarming threats towards me. He made racist remarks, using hurtful language and threats of violence. His PlayStation IDs are AwfulSpawnz and radicaldude360.
