I purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare some time ago. I paid for the $80 version which includes add-ons, but I have not received them. When I check the PlayStation store, it shows I only paid for the $60 version. However, I have an email confirmation of my purchase for the $80 version, to be precise, I paid $85 and some change. I would appreciate receiving the add-ons I paid for or a refund of the $25 difference. Thank you.

Hello, I am having an issue with the region in my PSN account. A few days ago, I purchased a PS for the first time and while creating my account, I noticed that my country (Republic of Macedonia) is not listed. I randomly selected a country in my excitement to start playing. Now I realize I cannot change this later. Could you please update my region to United States? My online ID is Toni--M--. If this is not possible, can you advise me on how to proceed to change my region to the US? Thank you, Toni.

I was charged for a one-month PlayStation Plus subscription, even though I had previously bought a three-month subscription that had not expired. The unexpected charge resulted in a $38 overdraft fee because there wasn't enough money on my card. Despite not renewing a one-month subscription, I ended up with unauthorized charges that have caused me to go into overdraft in my bank account. I attempted to reach out to customer service via phone, but the line was inactive, leaving me no choice but to seek help here. I kindly request that the charges I did not authorize be removed from my account.

Recently, I purchased Call of Duty Modern Warfare [redacted] and Need for Speed Heat. When I attempt to load them, an error message appears, although I don't recall the specific code. I researched online for solutions and tried restoring my purchases without success. Subsequently, I deleted the games and attempted to redownload them. To my dismay, now it shows that I don't own the games at all. I am frustrated as I spent over £[redacted] on these two games and am unable to play them.

I recently received a 7-day suspension on PlayStation. However, as soon as the suspension ended, I was reported by someone and unjustly banned for 30 days. I was taken by surprise when I received an email confirming the ban, as I have not engaged in any wrongdoing towards the person who reported me. I am unsure why this person would falsely accuse me. I am hoping to have my account reinstated or at least have the duration of my ban reduced, as I am unaware of any actions that might have caused this issue.

Last night I changed my gamer ID from BlueBerryBumGum to Nuutz_On_Chin. Immediately after, my PSN account logged me out. I have two-step security active but I changed my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted] and didn't set up any backup codes. Now, I can't access my account to play games. I purchased a PS4 Bundle from Playstation Direct. After receiving a confirmation email, there has been no further communication. The order status still shows as "preparing to ship," making it impossible for me to cancel. Despite contacting them and being promised a callback within 4 business days, it has now been 7. It has been two weeks since the order was placed. This was intended as a Christmas gift, so I am anxious about its timely arrival. I am looking for assistance on how to reach a representative promptly.

I pre-ordered the Death Stranding: Collector's Edition for PlayStation 4 from Target in June. They kept delaying the delivery and eventually canceled the order without my consent. This was a gift purchase, and I needed the pre-order code. To resolve this, I bought the game from eBay instead. I'm now looking to purchase just the code for my son. Target's handling of the situation has been quite disappointing. I have all the order details and correspondence to provide if necessary. Thank you.

I recently downloaded a game that turned out to be quite different from what I expected. Initially, I tried the campaign mode which I found unenjoyable even after adjusting the controls. Upon a friend's suggestion, I downloaded the multiplayer content, but that experience was even worse. I struggled to grasp the game mechanics and felt frustrated trying to figure out what to do. Upon trying to request a refund, I received a response from a bot stating that digital downloads are non-refundable, which came as a surprise to me. I was under the impression that I could uninstall and delete the game to be eligible for a refund, similar to returning a physical game to a store like GameStop. I am not directing my frustration towards Sony, but rather the non-refundable policy for digital downloads. I would be willing to delete the game entirely if that would allow me to receive a refund. Apologies if my tone comes across as overly upset.

I came home from school to find a new Battlefront 2 update that's 7GB. Using my LAN cable usually gives me a fast download speed of 150mb a second, taking around 7 minutes, but the update now estimates 40 to 45 minutes. My internet connection tests fine, with everything except the download speed working well. I've tried restarting my PS4 and double-checked the LAN connection. Since my phone's internet is fine, it seems isolated to the download speed. I'm aiming to reach a download speed of at least 1GB per minute as usual with the LAN cable, but I'm unsure how to fix this issue.

My Playstation Plus subscription renewed on December 1st for $60, but my mom removed her credit card from the account after the renewal. Surprisingly, I got banned just four days later. I suspect it's because I played a game that requires PS Plus, even though the purchase wasn't confirmed. Is there a way for me to pay the outstanding amount and reinstate my account?

I recently changed my PS4 username from "OmG_ItZ_David10" to "Revisual_Vibes," but I encountered an issue when trying to log back in. The verification code was sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I don't have backup codes or access to my account on any other devices. To resolve this, I need to update my phone number on my PS4 account to [redacted] or disable two-factor authentication. My PS4 email is [redacted] if that information is required.

I recently remembered my old account from when I was younger, but I am facing an issue with the birthday I used to set it up, as it may not be accurate. This incorrect information is now the only way to verify my password reset. Although I have updated my primary email, the account’s email is still the original one I used. The account in question is under the username "DestructorMKVIII." I agree, it's quite an amusing name.

My PS4 has been experiencing freezing and lagging issues even on the main menu. I attempted to free up storage by deleting items, but the problem persisted. After cleaning and reseating the hard drive, my PS4 now reboots to a black screen with a flashing blue light. I initiated an initialization process via safe mode, but it has been stuck at 99% for over 2 hours. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

My son plays GTA 5, but some individuals are charging him and me. They are using my Facebook information and posting negative things about me, even though I don't have an account. I asked my son to have the posts removed, but instead, they uploaded another picture of my husband and son and began verbally abusing and insulting me. Now, my son has been reported for their actions, even though they are the ones responsible. What steps can I take to hold them accountable for posting my personal information without consent and defaming me online?

I recently switched from Xbox to PlayStation to play Destiny 2 using cross save. After downloading the free version, I purchased Shadowkeep for PS4 assuming I needed it along with the season passes. However, I later found out that the season passes carry over, so I ended up buying something I already had. The PSN description didn't mention this, and I feel disappointed by Bungie's lack of clarity in the purchase process. Unlike before, they no longer provide silver for extra passes. If I had known, I would have just bought the basic Shadowkeep since I already owned the other seasons. It's frustrating that there doesn't seem to be a way to reach out to them about this issue.

I encountered a problem with an online player during a Fifa match. While the incident may seem minor, it is the principle behind it that bothers me. I was winning a game when my opponent paused the match and started flooding me with messages. I chose to ignore it initially but during half-time, I attempted to block the player to stop the messages. Unfortunately, the game then claimed I forfeited the match. This behavior is frustrating as it impacted my online record and wasted my time. It is disappointing that individuals like Etnisi can behave this way without facing consequences. I have already blocked the player, but I believe some form of reprimand is necessary for this unacceptable behavior.

I purchased a PS4 game using my PlayStation Plus membership and my debit card. After downloading it, I realized the game is only for 2 players, and I can't play it alone. I am from Indonesia and looking for assistance since I am unable to contact PS Support Indonesia after 17.00 GMT+7 regarding my pre-order of "Persona 5 Royal Deluxe Edition (English/Chinese Ver.)" from the PS Store. I made the purchase assuming it was in English as stated, but I received information today that there was an error, and it's actually only in Chinese. I would like to know if it's possible to get a refund for the pre-order or switch it to the English version, given that I relied on the information provided. The receipt on my email still states "English/Chinese" as well.

Hello, I purchased a 3-month PS Plus Subscription in Bray, Ireland. My PlayStation 4 is region locked to Croatia, my home country, and I relocated to Ireland 4 months ago. When trying to redeem the code from Gamestop, I received an error stating, "This code isn't available in your region."
