Earlier, while streaming Fortnite on my account, I got signed out of PSN. When trying to log back in, I got a message saying wrong password. I then received an email at my Gmail ([redacted]) which is also my login email, stating that my 2-factor authentication was disabled and my password was changed. My PSN name is ImAboutToGoHAM, and I've been a loyal customer for nearly 15 years with PS3 and PS4. I have a Discover card linked to the account for many purchases. The password I used before it was changed was Aliyah2014. I really want to regain access to my account since I have over [redacted] games there.

I had a Playstation account that was associated with my old email which I deleted. I want to know if there is a way to recover my account as I had purchased games that I don't want to lose. I am planning to buy a Playstation 4 during the Cyber Monday sales and would like to access my old games. Can anyone advise me on how to recover my account without the linked email?

I entrusted my PlayStation account to a close friend after selling my PS4 to someone on Kijiji during my summer vacation. Recently, the account got hacked. Despite waiting a few months for my friend to recover it, I've decided to take action myself as he was unable to resolve the issue. He mentioned needing the serial number of the PS4, which I no longer have since I sold it long ago. It seems the breach occurred while my friend was playing Black Ops 3 with someone who threatened to boot them off. While he claims this has happened to others, I'm at a loss for what steps to take next. Although I lack crucial details, I remember the credit card used for a game purchase, some specifics about my account activity, and my original email address. Attempts to reset the password have been ineffective, possibly due to the email change. I acknowledge my slim chances of account recovery but am eager to prevent unauthorized access and preserve the games I've invested in.

I am experiencing issues with my PS4 connection. While playing games online with my friends, using a fast internet connection and an ethernet cable, I encounter network errors after about ten minutes of smooth gameplay. This occurs across various games I have tried. Despite the fast internet and LAN connection, the problem persists. Can anyone advise on what might be causing this issue?

Good day, I urgently need help. My son created a PlayStation Network account and requested a one-month membership on Saturday, November 30, [redacted], using my Credit Card details. The payment was processed, but now we can't remove my Credit Card because we don't know the password. Despite our attempts to recover the Google account, we remain locked out and have been signed out of PlayStation Network. I'm not concerned about the membership or a refund; I just want to ensure my Credit Card is no longer linked to the account to prevent future charges. I'm unsure if it will automatically renew after the one-month period, but I want to avoid this. Could you please advise on how to either recover the PS4 account (without the password) or remove my Credit Card details from the account? On October 22nd, my debit card was charged a total of $[redacted].00 for various items from PlayStation. PlayStation declined to refund the amount because I do not have an account with them. Despite being informed it was not their doing but my bank's, I am 67 years old, facing car repossession, and rely on social security. I require a detailed list of dates and charges to be emailed to me at [redacted] Walmart denied my claim citing transaction details and account history. Kindly forward the information to the transaction department at greenfitcorp.com. Brenda Armstrong filed claim SF-[redacted]7 against Walmart. The card in question ends in [redacted], and my contact number is [redacted]. Please, return the funds unjustly debited from my card.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a complaint raised a week ago which has not been addressed yet. Recently, my son's PlayStation online service was disconnected despite being auto-renewed twice. Although I received a refund for one charge, his PlayStation online access remains unavailable, and he has been unwittingly subscribed to PlayStation Now. I specifically requested PlayStation Live only during previous calls, and after trying to rectify the issue multiple times, the situation is unresolved after a month. I am disappointed with the handling of my complaint and the lack of communication from PlayStation. I am aware that all calls are recorded, including my discussions about PlayStation Live. I urgently request a resolution as my son has been without the online service since October, which was paid for.

I set up two-step verification, but I no longer have access to the phone number associated with it. When I tried to update my online gamer ID, I got logged out of PSN. Now, I can't log back in because it keeps asking for the two-step verification code, which I can't receive. I'm unsure what steps to take next, and I'm not familiar with how the backup codes function or where to locate them.

I'm experiencing issues with my PlayStation 4 account. I was previously part of a friend's family group, however, our friendship has ended. I am unable to leave the family group, which is now preventing me from making any purchases, including on PSN. I have no means of contacting my former friend, XxSpikexx5678, for him to remove me from the family group. My account is under the username BIGGUY364. I own a PlayStation 4, and recently, someone continuously logged me out. I decided to change my account password, but I forgot to update my phone number on the account. I have two-step verification enabled, but the code is being sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I need PlayStation to assist me in updating my current phone number on my account so I can receive the verification codes and regain access to my account. Your help would be much appreciated.

I accidentally purchased a DLC for a game on the PlayStation Store that I do not own. I have not redeemed or downloaded it. I contacted my bank and they advised me to reach out to PS for a refund. I received a refund code and was instructed by the automated system to contact during business hours. I have requested a refund twice already but have not been able to speak with a representative. According to the automated message, live support is available Monday through Friday. I called at 9 am and 11 am my time but still did not reach anyone. I am hoping to get my refund processed soon.

My younger brother, who is a minor, was playing Fortnite when a kid his age offered to buy him the battle pass. Despite not knowing the kid well, my brother shared his PlayStation username and password. The other kid accessed his account, changed the email and password, and now we have a picture of the individual with my brother's PlayStation account. I urgently need to regain control of my brother's account.

I am currently signed in with an email address that I no longer have access to. I can use this email address to sign into PlayStation Network, but I no longer use it outside of PlayStation or Sony. I want to change this email address, but when I try, it says the new email address I entered (which is also my current email address) is linked to another account.

My account was suspended due to unauthorized charges, which I reported to my credit card provider. I suspect my account was hacked. I need help in unsuspending my Deacver account to update payment info for an annual membership fee. I can't access the account to make the necessary security changes. I want to ensure that only the annual fees are charged to any card I have on file with Sony Playstation network. The customer support phone line states you are closed during business hours, and the live chat is unhelpful. Please assist in resolving this issue. Thank you.

A few days ago, my girlfriend accessed my account without permission after knowing my password. She changed it, leaving me only my email, [redacted] I am worried she might have deleted some of my information. Additionally, she has been blackmailing me lately, causing further distress.

I recently bought two games through the PS mobile app, but I am unable to locate one of them on my PlayStation console. Although I successfully downloaded one game, the other title seems to be missing. It is not listed in my library under “Purchased” nor does it appear when I search for it within the PlayStation app. I own a PS4 and one of the games I purchased is COD: Black Ops 3. While the payment for the missing game went through and it shows as purchased in the app and PlayStation store, I have yet to find it on my console.

I bought two games for my PS4 using the PS mobile app. The first game downloaded fine, but I am unable to download the second one, which is COD: Black Ops 3. Even though the app shows it as purchased and it appears in the PlayStation store search results, I can't locate it on my PlayStation. The purchase was completed, but the game doesn't show up in my Library under “Purchased.” When I search for the game in the store, it's nowhere to be found. It's as if the game isn't in existence since there's no record of my purchase. I need assistance in finding and downloading the game, or I would like a refund as the transaction went through and the funds were deducted from my account.

About a month or two ago, I attempted to reset my PlayStation password, but afterwards, I could no longer log in. It appears my email is not in use, and I am unable to create a new account with the old email. I urgently need help as I have a PlayStation Plus membership and have purchased several games. I bought a Sony PlayStation card for my grandson's birthday with a value of $25. Unfortunately, when he scratched the back to reveal the code, part of it came off, rendering it invalid. I returned the card to Walmart in Lethbridge but was informed they couldn't help and suggested contacting you instead. I also bought other cards for Christmas and worry the same issue might occur. I am hoping you can assist me in either activating the card or refunding it. Thank you.
