Yesterday was Black Friday, and I wanted to take advantage of the 25% off deal on a year of PlayStation Plus with my Visa Debit Card. After a few failed attempts to purchase it directly, I followed advice from the forums to add money to my wallet first. I added $25 and then tried to add $10 more, but I kept receiving an error message stating my card information was not valid, despite it being correct. After noticing a discrepancy in my zip code, I updated it to match my card, but the error persisted. Now, I just want my $25 refunded back to my card, as I am quite frustrated and annoyed by the whole situation.

Last night, my PS4 was fine, but when I returned from school, it was in safe mode. I've tried everything except a factory reset because I have a 1-year PS Plus subscription, which I got just 3 months ago. When I turn on the console, it prompts me to insert a USB with an update file for version 7.00. I attempted updating via WiFi through the menu, but it only returns me to the same screen. Any advice on how to exit safe mode would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was locked out of my account due to having 2-step verification enabled. Unfortunately, my phone screen broke after setting it up, and now I can't access the verification code to log back in. I am unable to play because I'm logged out and have no other devices currently signed in. A few months ago, I had an account named Qwikz-Shotz. While creating a new PSN account, there was an issue with PlayStation, and I couldn't remember my password or Gmail. My PlayStation 4 logged me out of my PSN account, and without any information, I am struggling to recover it. I encountered error codes CE-[redacted]-0 and CE-[redacted]-5 while playing my game as usual. This issue occurred a month ago, and after contacting PlayStation support on November 10th, I followed their advice to initialize my PS4 from the system settings. Despite doing so, the errors have resurfaced. Upon visiting the PlayStation support page, I noticed the Live Chat feature has been replaced with a less helpful robot that redirects me to a repair request page lacking the necessary options for my current problem. My system is still within warranty, but with only 9 days left, I am unsure how to proceed and resolve this issue promptly. Your immediate assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone, I am facing an issue. I am from Montenegro, and since we do not have a PSN region for our country, I had to create an account in the UK region. Everything was working fine for the past three years - I played games and made purchases without any problems until yesterday. I received an email stating: ''This email confirms that your Sony Entertainment Network sign-in ID has been changed successfully'', although I did not make any changes. Now I am unable to log in to my account. Can someone assist me in resolving this issue?

I have two PlayStation 4 consoles in my house, one upstairs and one downstairs. Initially, we had two controllers paired with the upstairs console and one with the downstairs console. After reconfiguring one controller to the downstairs console using pairing mode, none of the controllers can pair with the upstairs console anymore. Despite trying several methods, such as resetting the controllers and unplugging the PS4, none of the three controllers will connect to the upstairs console. The two controllers originally paired with the upstairs console now only flash white briefly before turning off. Without a controller to navigate the PlayStation 4 settings, I am unable to reconnect any controllers. Since linking them to the downstairs console, I have been unsuccessful in syncing them back to the original upstairs console. I hope to resolve this issue without having to buy new controllers. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with my system overheating. It previously had repairs through PlayStation services for the HDMI port and worked well for about two years. When playing games or watching movies for a long time, it randomly shuts off after approximately six hours with electrical noises. Sometimes I can restart it by unplugging it for a few minutes. I have it set up on its side in front of a fan to help cool it down. I am unsure if spending $[redacted]-$[redacted] on repairs is worth it, especially considering the upcoming release of the PS5. I have an Xbox One as a backup, but I prefer my PlayStation. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

For the last 2 months, the online games on my account have been lagging badly, causing frustrating latency issues. It's becoming a real bother. Interestingly, my brother's PS4 right next to mine and my Nintendo Switch work perfectly with no hitches. I've reset my internet connection multiple times with no improvement. Even after rebuilding my PS4 database twice, the issue persists. If this problem isn't resolved soon, I might have to consider switching to a different platform altogether. Since the 7.0.0 update, I've been experiencing issues with my party chat. When I enter a party, there is a 15-20 second delay before I can hear or speak to my friends due to all mic icons flashing. Today, I woke up unable to hear anyone speaking in the party chat, although the mic was still flashing. I've tried various troubleshooting steps like checking ports, NAT type, router, modem, resetting my PlayStation, and even contacting my ISP to ensure the internet and ports are open. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I'm unsure of the next steps to take and would appreciate any guidance or assistance with resolving this issue.

My PlayStation is showing the error code (CE-[redacted]-0) on multiple apps, except Youtube and Modern Warfare. Despite attempting to update the system software and apps, which are already up to date, the issue persists. Following guidance from PlayStation support, I initialized the PlayStation. However, now it prompts me to "Connect a USB storage device with an update file for reinstallation for version 7.00 or later." I formatted the USB to exFAT, created the "PS4" file with the "UPDATE" file containing the reinstallation update file, obtained from PlayStation.com. Unfortunately, the system continues to reject the file.

My younger brother, who is 12 years old, was playing Fortnite when a kid around his age offered to buy him the battle pass. Despite barely knowing the kid, my brother shared his PlayStation username and password. The other child then accessed his account, changed the email and password, and now I have a screenshot of this person using my brother's PlayStation account. I urgently need to regain access to my brother's account as soon as possible.

I reside in Belgium and accidentally set up a UK PSN account, which I now realize is causing issues as I can't use the wallet top-up I purchased. I'd like to transfer my games to a new Belgium account. I bought two games before considering this switch, and I want to have them on my new account. What steps do I need to take to cancel the UK account and move the games to the new one? Is there a way to change the region on my PSN account from UK to Belgium? Thank you.

I recently downloaded three new games from the store, and since then, my PlayStation has been running slowly, lagging often, and won't even allow me to open one of the purchased games to play. I tried buying a new HDMI cable, thinking it might be the issue, but I still can't play the game. I also deleted some old games I no longer play to free up storage space, restarted the system, but unfortunately, the issue persists. Additionally, I discovered a software error message. Upon checking for system updates, it indicates that my system is up to date.

Hello, I recently bought a PS4 $[redacted] bundle that included God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition, and The Last of Us. After unintentionally creating a PS4 account that wasn't the family manager, I redeemed the codes for God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition. I then deleted this account and created a new one to become the family manager. However, upon deleting the old account, the purchased games were deleted as well. Consequently, my new account cannot access the games from the bundle because the codes were already redeemed. What steps should I take to regain access to the games that were part of the bundle I purchased?

I suspect I have been hacked on my PSN account and believe the player "alexbruno71" is involved. They stole items like 4 keys, a lime Octane, pink Infiniums, and sky blue Pyrrohs. Sony sent me emails notifying password changes and account activity when I wasn't home, matching the time this player added me. I would appreciate any help in recovering my lost items. It may not seem like a lot, but these belongings were important to me.

I returned home from Chicago and discovered my PS4 account (BlameNintendo) was banned without any apparent reason. While my games are still accessible, I am concerned about the ban as I have invested a significant amount of money in BO4 and have extensive saved data that I prefer not to lose and redo, which could take around 2 months. Recently purchased Grand Turismo Sport. However, after downloading the necessary update, I encountered issues rendering the game unplayable. The only functional feature is the Arcade mode. When attempting to access the garage by clicking the Home icon, nothing happens.
