The problem: I would like to change my name back to my original PlayStation name.

I contacted the live chat. I would like to change my name back to my original. I tried calling them but they never answered. They asked where the account the made, name a few purchases to make it your account, they asked for the ps* orps* serial number and they asked why you wanted to change it back.
