Hello, my name is Ioanna Fouki. My account email is [redacted] Last night, I tried logging into my account after a period of inactivity (1-2 months). To my surprise, I received a message stating that my account has been banned. I am uncertain as to why this action was taken since I typically only play with my friends and have not engaged with random players. I have purchased several games such as GTA 5, Call of Duty, Dead by Daylight, For Honor, and have an active PlayStation Plus membership for 12 months. I suspect that the ban may be due to inactivity, but given my recent busyness, I have been unable to play. I am hoping there is a way to restore my account access. Hello, I am a PlayStation user who hasn't played for 2 years. I recently tried to sign in via the PlayStation app on my phone and discovered that my account has been banned. Despite not playing since early [redacted], I am unable to access my downloaded games, movies, and other content. I have never engaged in inappropriate behavior or shared my account with others. I am concerned about the ban and would like clarification on why it occurred. I have invested a substantial amount of money into this account and would like to either regain access or seek reimbursement. I have maintained the security of my account and PlayStation console. I recently received a notification from PlayStation stating that my cover image breached the code of conduct due to alleged sexual content, despite it being a theme I purchased from the PlayStation Store. They removed it from my profile and warned of a potential ban for a repeat offense. I suspect it was reported by another player who couldn't handle losing in GTA. The image featured an anime girl fully clothed but with a large bust. If PlayStation insists on enforcing these rules, they should ensure their themes comply as well. I am willing to escalate this issue further if necessary.

I am experiencing issues with downloading the "Year 1 Pass" for Division 2 on my PlayStation. I have two accounts set up - Kalanthil (EU) and Kalan-Who (US). While I primarily use the Kalanthil account for gaming, purchases are made on both accounts. Although games purchased on the US account are playable on the EU account without problem, the extended content for Division 2 purchased on the US account is not downloading correctly on my PS4. Consequently, when playing on my main account (Kalanthil-EU), I cannot access the purchased content from the US account (Kalan-Who). I kindly request assistance with resolving these issues. If necessary, I would greatly appreciate if the game and content package could be transferred from the US account (Kalan-Who) to the EU account (Kalanthil). Thank you for your help.

My account was suspended because my little brother played on my PS4 and unknowingly sent a message to another player. Normally, he only plays offline games like Minecraft, but this time he switched to an online game while I was away. The person he messaged harassed him with comments like "get a life" and "pathetic kid." This person threatened to report my account, causing my brother distress, and he apologized multiple times. My brother didn't understand the consequences of messaging and has since been educated. I would appreciate assistance in restoring my account, as it was an unintended mistake by my brother, and we have addressed the issue together.

Hi, unfortunately, my account was suspended for engaging in inappropriate behavior on the platform. I unknowingly joined a community where adult content with 2D characters was being shared. Despite promptly removing the content and leaving the group after encountering an advertisement, I understand the suspension. I acknowledge my mistake and assure you that I will not engage in such activities again. I kindly request a shorter suspension period, maybe around 5 days, to show my sincerity. Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with my PSN account that was permanently banned a few months ago. I won't get into whether the ban was justified or not, but I noticed a strange bug in the system that I'd like to address. The ban system is supposed to be a progressive system, starting with a one-day ban, then three days, and so on. On 11/18/18, I received a ban for three days for my "behavior." Four days later, the ban was lifted, and I started playing again. However, shortly after playing for an hour, I was hit with a seven-day ban on 11/23/18. The issue here is that I didn't have the time to violate any rules since the previous ban, so it seemed like a double sanction for the same offense. I tried reaching out to moderators with no response. This situation has escalated to a permanent ban, which seems unjust, as it bypassed the usual steps in the ban system. I believe I should have had another chance before being permanently banned. I'm hoping to resolve this issue and would appreciate any guidance or contacts to help me address this matter. I am in need of assistance recovering access to my Fortnite account, which I play under the gamertag VicAppeared. Last year, due to mistakenly logging out of my Epic Games account on my main PS4 (That_Guy6578), I created the account. Subsequently, I sold my original PS4 two or three months ago, but recently acquired a new one for nostalgic reasons. It is disheartening not being able to access my games. I am reaching out for genuine and urgent help. I own a PS4 Pro, which is less than a year old. Lately, it keeps disconnecting from the internet every 1-2 hours. The home screen flashes on and off with a "connect to the internet" message. I typically fix it by reconnecting in the network settings, but the issue persists. Despite having a [redacted]% signal strength on my 30-down, 5-up connection, the problem continues, even though the console is only 10 meters away from the router. Initially, the console experienced screen freezing and eventually crashing when playing Fortnite and Modern Warfare. Now, it consistently crashes after being powered up for 20-30 minutes. This morning, upon turning it on, a safe mode screen prompted me with the only option to initialize the PS4 (reinstall the system software). The console is placed on its own table with at least 12 inches of space surrounding all sides. I am seeking advice on potential solutions or the next best steps to resolve these issues. Regards, Alex

One morning, when I attempted to log in on my PS4, I encountered an issue with my password for my primary account "MichasClappedYou." Despite trying to reset the password and entering the verification code sent to my phone number for two-factor authentication, an error message popped up, preventing me from accessing it. Interestingly, I could reset the password for my secondary account "Michas_Is_A_Bot" without any problems. This has left me concerned as I cannot access my primary account where I play Fortnite and have invested money. I'm eager to recover access to my main account to resume playing.

One morning I woke up and later tried to use my PS4. It prompted me to log in to the PlayStation Network. I assumed it needed an update. However, when I entered my password, it was deemed incorrect. I proceeded to reset it. Upon receiving the email to reset my password, I followed the link. Due to 2FA, a verification code was sent to my phone. However, upon entering the code, an error message appeared. I successfully reset the password for my other account. I am concerned as I want access to my first account where I play Fortnite and have invested money. I am hoping for assistance in gaining access to my first account under the name MichasClappedYou. My second account is Michas_Is_A_Bot. If possible, could you adjust the password and email it to me? Thank you.

When I woke up today, I encountered an issue with my PS4. Upon trying to log in to the PlayStation Network, I received a message stating my password was incorrect. I attempted to reset it and encountered a problem when entering the verification code due to an error. I managed to reset the password for my second account without any issues. However, I am concerned because my first account, MichasClappedYou, is where I play Fortnite and have made in-game purchases. On Thursday, 10/24, I noticed unauthorized charges on my debit card from the PlayStation store. I contacted my bank, and the charges were canceled for being fraudulent. That night, I tried to remove my card details from my PlayStation account but found that I was logged out. When I attempted to log back in, it kept saying my credentials were wrong. After trying to reset my password and not receiving the email, I called on Friday around noon to explain. I was informed I would receive an email within 24-48 hours to reset my account, but I haven't received it yet. I did receive an email saying my password was changed, but I didn't make that change. The process for verifying my account with the text code sent to an outdated phone number is causing frustration. I cannot access the PlayStation Plus subscription I pay for. Last year, my friend switched to PC and gave me his account, LT_Rusty. However, I have been unable to sign in as the email and password provided do not work on the PlayStation Network. Despite my friend confirming he did not change the password, he used a fake email address, making it impossible to reset. I am looking to reset the email and password to link it to my account, TSM_Gazza, to access the Fortnite skins and other items he had. I encountered an online individual who made threats towards me and my friends. I have witnesses who can attest that we did not engage in any wrongdoing. This person used derogatory language, calling us hurtful names and even threatened physical harm by mentioning our IP addresses. Despite not provoking this individual, I was falsely reported by him. I merely suggested a friendly 1v1 game. He instigated a significant amount of drama by telling us to return to Mexico and made other offensive remarks. Regrettably, my account got suspended for a week. Restoring my account is crucial as I regularly post videos on YouTube and Twitch. The individual's threats and discriminatory language have caused distress, and I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, For the past two weeks, I have been experiencing issues connecting to the PlayStation Network. I keep receiving the error code NP-[redacted]-8. Although I briefly managed to connect to the PS4 network one day, I encountered the same error code the next morning. Despite trying various solutions recommended by PlayStation and forums to resolve this issue, like downloading system software updates in safe mode, restarting my router and PS4, changing my local IP address, and port forwarding the PS4 with the correct ports, nothing has worked. I even contacted my Internet service provider, but they mentioned that since my PlayStation can connect to the internet, the issue is not on their end. My son's account was hacked after I uploaded my credit card information. I tried unsuccessfully to recover it and later discovered a charge on my credit card for a transaction on 10-23-19. I would like to merge that account with his current one and update all information including email, contact details, and password. He has been in control of the account since June or July of [redacted]. I have proof of ownership through the credit card information on the account during this period. Although I updated my credit card information due to fraud, I would prefer not to change it again if the requested changes can be made. I cannot recall the email associated with the original user Id "tacos4sale22" but remember the phone number linked to it ([redacted]). I want this number switched to my recovery number ([redacted]) and email changed to [redacted] I have encountered difficulties adding my credit card to my son's new account "Medwards57" despite inputting correct information. The system mistakenly identifies my location as India despite selecting English and the United States. Please assist as I have been unable to reach anyone via phone or chat. Thank you.

I hope an investigation was conducted thoroughly, not just based on my messages. The other user initiated the use of a derogatory term towards me, and I believe both sides should be reviewed equally. Unfortunately, I cannot access my account to report him. It seems unfair that some users get away with inappropriate behavior while I face consequences. To whom it may concern, I am currently facing a 7-day suspension on my account and am inquiring whether the user who reported me faced a similar consequence. I acknowledge that an investigation occurred but am seeking clarity on whether it was comprehensive. The user directed offensive language at me first, and I am uncertain if they faced any repercussions. Regrettably, I am unable to report them back as my account is suspended. It's distressing that individuals of color are frequently subjected to derogatory terms from others. It is imperative that action is taken against the user who initiated this inappropriate behavior. I kindly request for confirmation if the other user is also facing a suspension. If not, it would be unjust for me to be the sole recipient of punishment when I was the target of abuse.
