I have an old PSN account on my PS4 that I haven't used much for online gaming. Recently, I wanted to start using it online, but I can't remember the password or sign-in ID linked to it. These details were associated with an old Gmail account that I no longer have access to. I tried changing the email linked to the account, but it didn't work. Whenever I try to log in, I'm prompted for the sign-in ID and password that I can't recall, and I can't update network settings for this old account with my new ones. It seems like my previous account has disappeared. If there's a way to update my network settings, that would be really helpful since this is my primary account for online gaming.

Having trouble logging into PSN on my PS4 today. Initially prompted to log in when turning on my PlayStation, I attempted to do so but encountered a failure. While playing a game on my PlayStation Network (PSN) account, I suddenly got logged out and prompted to sign back in. After multiple failed attempts with different passwords, I realized that my sign-in email had been changed without my knowledge. It seems like I've been hacked as the hacker altered my password, security question, birthday, and email address associated with the account. I urgently informed my friends through another account about the hack and provided them with details. The unauthorized access originated from Saudi Arabia, a location unrelated to my friends or me in Australia. I possess purchase receipts as proof of ownership for my account and can provide additional verification if needed.

Yesterday, I let a friend use my PlayStation in my college dorm. He messaged people, and this morning I found out my PlayStation network account got suspended for a week due to hate messages. I'm hoping to get it lifted as soon as possible. I'm not sure how to prevent this in the future, but I'll be more cautious. My PlayStation username is joeblue.

Today, my internet connection was disrupted when the county was mowing our road. Unfortunately, the newly installed internet lines were not buried yet. Consequently, when I attempted to use my PS4 later, I was prompted to sign into my account. However, I couldn't recall my password, as I set up the account a few years ago. Despite trying on my phone, I was unable to sign in there as well. When I attempted to reset my password and entered my date of birth as the security question, it was deemed incorrect. I am seeking assistance to unlock my account or facilitate a password reset without relying on the security question. This way, I can regain access to my account without having to start afresh and re-download all my games to prevent losing my progress.

I am encountering an issue and I am hoping for some assistance. I have attempted every reset available, but I am still unable to get it to function properly. Upon starting at the SONY screen and following the instructions, I encounter a setback at the camera screen. I press skip as I do not possess a camera. The shape icons appear and begin to change, but when they transition from square to circle and start to shrink, the process halts, returning me to the SONY screen each time. This issue persists whether I input internet information or opt to proceed without it. I have been a dedicated PlayStation customer since the initial release, and if this predicament remains unresolved, regrettably, I may have to consider switching to X-Box, an action I am reluctant to take. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide. Thank you.

I have a credit card linked to my little brother's account; he is 12 years old. He created the account to keep his progress and added my card on the PSN network. Now, I am unable to remove my card as it requires a password we both don't have, and the account recovery only allows birthday verification, which we don't know. I have already left a message but have not received a clear answer yet. Yesterday, my PSN account logged me out for no reason, and I cannot remember the password to log back in. I clicked on the "forgot password" option and received an email to reset my password. However, I am unable to proceed past the security question asking for my birth date. It did not indicate if my answer was correct; it simply stated "an error has occurred." As my main account, I need to recover this account and can provide personal details to prove ownership, such as the serial number, model, email, and email password. My account got banned because of a dispute over a $10 purchase of VC on NBA 2K20. My younger sibling made the purchase without my knowledge, and I mistakenly reported it as fraud when I received the email notification. I had to restart my PS console with option 6, and now I'm having trouble accessing my account because I forgot my password. I tried using my date of birth and security question, but it's not working. I was debited $63.45 for a year's subscription to PSN on 10/17/19 at 9am without my consent. I did not receive any prompt to renew my subscription or choose a different plan. I only noticed the charge through my banking app. I am heading on vacation for two weeks and wouldn't have opted to renew my subscription now. I request an immediate full refund so I can renew the PSN subscription at my discretion, not when PlayStation decides. This unauthorized charge could have caused an overdraft if my account was short on funds. I demand a prompt refund as it is absurd to be charged without consent, especially when the PlayStation was idle at the time.

I encountered an issue while playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey after installing some missing DLC. My system froze after about 5 minutes of gameplay, prompting me to power it off. Upon restarting, the system ran a check but quickly jumped to [redacted]%, displaying an error message about not being able to start the PS4 without a required update via USB. I attempted to update through safe mode using the internet, but the same black screen error persisted. I then tried to rebuild the database in safe mode, but the problem persisted. I have a PIN set on my PSN account, and my younger siblings input random numbers, causing me to get signed out. My account was suspended on September 20th. I was informed that it would be unsuspended within 30 days. However, it has been the full 30 days, and my account is still suspended, preventing me from using it online. I do not understand why I was suspended, as I have not engaged in any inappropriate online behavior. The accusation of sending porn in a group chat is false, as I do not share pictures in group conversations. It is frustrating to be told there is nothing that can be done, and I must wait out the suspension. This is the second time I have been suspended without a valid reason, affecting my ability to use platforms like YouTube. I will discontinue purchasing your products if these unwarranted suspensions persist. Please respond promptly to address this issue.
