You automatically charged me for a years subscription to PSN in ******** at *am for $**.**. I was not asked if I wanted to re-up my subscription and certainly wasn’t asked if I’d like to pay * month or * or the full **. Only reason I even know you charged me without asking is because I saw a strange charge on my banking app. I’m about to go on vacation for * weeks and absolutely would not have chose to re-up my subscription at this time. So I would like a full refund immediately and I will purchase PSN subscription when I decide. Not when PlayStation decides when I’m asleep and I wake up to $** missing from my account. That could’ve over drafted my account if I didn’t have the money in there. I need a refund immediately. This is ridiculous that it charged me without even asking and did it while the PlayStation wasn’t even turned on or being used.
