Can’t sign into PSN on PS* - When I turned on my PlayStation today, I got a notification telling me that I needed to log into my PSN account. I tried, and it failed, but it said there was a software update. I installed the update successfully, and still it failed. It doesn’t give me ANY error codes, the only messages I get are *) “error occured” (when I try to log in) and *) When I test my internet connection, it tells me “PSN connection: Failed”**I’ve used this same PlayStation for a month or two now without EVER having this issue. My internet works, and I CAN log into my PlayStation account on my phone AND computer, but I can’t log in on my PlayStation.**Troubleshooting:**) I’ve reset my console multiple times**) I’ve reset my router**) I’ve tried creating a reserved IP address for my PlayStation **) I’ve tried manual port forwarding, even though I already run on NAT Type-***) I tested the status of the Playstaion Network and it was green all across the board**) I haven’t gotten a single error code, but more importantly I haven’t gotten the Error Code that tells you your account has been banned, and I haven’t gotten any emails from Sony Entertainment telling me my account has been banned either.**I’m running out of options, idk what to do. I have well over $**** dollars invested into my account and I can’t play any of my games online. Idk if you all can help me, but if you can, PLEASE do.
