If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman3773337's own words
When inserting my password for my account it says “An error has occurred”. It is the same password as always, when testing the internet connection, PlayStation network Sign-in says Failed. I have logged in to the Actual PlayStation website on my phone, so I know that it is the right password. I was wondering how could I fix it. Also I tried restarting my password but I forgot my security answer.

How GetHuman3773337 fixed the problem
I just changed my password and it worked! Go to PlayStation.com and it should allow you to sign in. Same PSN ID and password. From there you need to head to your account, go to security questions and it should say “Change password”. Go ahead and change it. Once you go back to your PS*, put your new password in and it should sign you in! Hope this helped!
