Hello, I need assistance with accessing my primary account [redacted] I forgot the password due to water damage to my phone, which led to multiple invalid password attempts and the account being banned. As a passionate gamer who is deaf, I enjoy playing both single-player and multiplayer games on Playstation. While single-player games pose no challenges, I face difficulty with multiplayer games that rely on communication and sound cues. Games like Rainbow Six Siege and Destiny 2 create barriers for me as I cannot hear my teammates or communicate effectively without disrupting my gameplay. While I can use PS Messages on my phone or Discord, it interrupts my focus during fast-paced games like Rainbow Six Siege. Text chats are rare on PS4, unlike on PC where they are more common. I appreciate games like Apex Legends and Borderlands 3 for their ping systems and closed captions that help me identify sounds and locations. Despite these features, there is room for improvement to enhance the gaming experience for deaf players like me and Ewok from FaZe Clan. Improved in-game communication tools would allow us to understand and interact with other players more effectively, leading to better teamwork and success.

I promptly made the required payment as soon as I received the email notification. Despite clearing the outstanding balance, my PSN account got charged "unprocessed fees" multiple times from my old account with minimal funds, resulting in the ban. I recently encountered a frustrating situation where I needed to update the phone number linked to my 2-step verification on my console, but was unable to receive the verification code after a system update and being briefly logged out. I was locked out of my account momentarily as a result. After reaching out to PlayStation customer service and providing various identifying information, they disabled the 2-step verification for me. I then received an email to reset my password and regain access to my account. I would recommend ensuring your phone number is up-to-date on your PSN account to avoid similar issues or consider disabling 2-step verification if it becomes more of a hindrance.

I recently regained access to my PlayStation 4. However, upon attempting to log back into my PlayStation Network account, I encountered an issue. Each time I tried to re-enter my password, an error message appeared. The email associated with the account was originally set up by my mother with the assistance of some relatives years ago. I am eager to reset the password to something more memorable to me or change the email to a personal one. My mother does not remember the password either. Although I provided the correct date of birth for the account, it still claimed it was incorrect, despite my mother confirming the information for me.

While playing a game on my PS4, I was unexpectedly disconnected. Every time I attempt to reconnect to the PlayStation Network, I receive an error message. Despite trying on another PlayStation in my home, the same error persists, unlike my family members who can log in without issues. A few years back, my account was compromised while I was in Germany. Luckily, I resolved the issue with PlayStation support and secured my account with 2 Factor authentication, which has been functioning normally. Recently, having returned to the U.S. and now stationed in Texas, I haven't updated my contact number for 2 Factor authentication. Consequently, I'm unable to access my account even from my PC. Today, I received an email from PlayStation in Arabic, despite being Italian. After using Google Translate, I discovered that someone had used my email to create an account. Deleting the account might not be sufficient, as this person could repeat the same action. I would prefer to change the password on the account to claim it as my own since I own a PlayStation4 and don't mind having an extra account. However, changing the password is challenging because I don't know the security question set by the other person and don't have access to their phone, just my email. Additionally, I may have unknowingly confirmed an email due to the language barrier. I'm unsure how this happened and would appreciate any assistance.

I purchased "Ark Survival Evolved" for PlayStation 4 a while back and recently got the "Ark Genesis Season Pass" add-on. However, when I try to download the add-on from the PlayStation Store, it loads but nothing happens afterward. I have enough storage space ([redacted] GB) and in the game library, it shows the add-on as installed. Yet, in the store, it prompts me to download. Even when I try to access the DLC content in-game, it won't work. I'm eager to get it running because it's a birthday present for my brother.

While I was at my friend's house, I logged into my account to play games. Yesterday, I got signed out suddenly and when I tried to log back in, it wouldn't accept my password. I attempted to reset my password but did not receive the email to do so. I then noticed an email had been sent informing me of a change in my sign-in email address, which I did not authorize. I am unable to access my account now and don't know the new email associated with it. I just want to regain access to my account and find out where the changes were made from to identify who might have altered it.

A couple of nights ago, while playing Call of Duty Black Ops 4 with my friends around 3:30 in the morning, we encountered some players in the Blackout mode who made offensive and racist comments towards me. Despite not responding negatively, just inviting one of the players to a private chat, I unexpectedly got banned from PlayStation. I've been a loyal member for a long time and have always respected PlayStation. I realize now that engaging in arguments online is not the right approach. While hanging out with two friends in a PlayStation party chat playing Infinite Warfare, two unfamiliar people joined, with one aggressively mentioning our addresses and threatening to disrupt our internet connection. Unfazed by the attempt due to a past experience, I calmly asked him not to proceed with the attack as I found his behavior nonsensical and intrusive. Despite my plea, a robotic distortion engulfed the chat, followed by a 15-20 minute loss of internet connectivity. Reflecting on the incident, I noted down his PSN ID, O-U-DIDNT-KNOW, and even captured a screenshot for evidence. Such malicious actions while playing games like Infinite Warfare are unjustifiable, and I advocate for repercussions such as a ban to deter future incidents of this nature.

After updating my PlayStation system, it unexpectedly went into safe mode. Following online instructions to unplug and reboot did not solve the issue, leading me to reset to default settings. A few days ago, I received an email from PlayStation indicating that my primary email address was changed on my account. I also got a fraud alert from my bank about transactions on the PlayStation Network, although I haven't used my PlayStation account in a week. When I tried to call PlayStation, I learned that they don't take calls on weekends. After trying the live chat on their website with no success, I called first thing on Monday only to hear an automated message about high call volumes. I just want to restore my account information so I can use my PlayStation again.

When I was around 16 or 17 years old, I created a PlayStation Network (PSN) account. I mistakenly registered myself as living in the US instead of Iceland to access more games. Since I have always resided in Iceland and my debit card is Icelandic, I can't make purchases on my account. Furthermore, I had an old debit card linked to my account, preventing me from updating payment information on my new PlayStation 4. The system is asking me to confirm details for a card I no longer have, and I've had multiple cards since then. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.

Hello, Yesterday at work, I received multiple emails about unauthorized purchases on my account while no one was home. My username was changed twice, resulting in a $4.99 charge on my linked card for one change and a $19.99 charge for the purchase of "God of War." Upon noticing the charges, I swiftly changed my password, disabled my debit card for future purchases, and then discovered that my PS4 was no longer the primary console. When attempting to deactivate all consoles, I encountered a message indicating this action can only be taken every six months, suggesting the change was made by another PS4 without my consent. I never share my login details, so I'm unsure how this happened. I hope to have everything reversed, especially regaining my old username. The issue of being the primary PS4 user remains.
