He used some inappropriate language in a message to the other person during the disagreement. My brother is 15 years old and occasionally plays on my account. I was unaware of this incident. I have valuable data and have made significant investments in that account over the past 2 years. I contacted customer support by phone, and they provided reference number [redacted]04. Please consider reinstating my account just this once. I assure you this will not recur. This account means a lot to me, and I sincerely request your help in restoring it. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out to inquire about the ban I received on PlayStation 4. While playing a game, I encountered a message about license verification, leading me to reset my PS4. Upon logging back in, I discovered I had been banned. The email notification indicated it was due to posting inappropriate content in the communities. However, I have not posted in the communities recently and I am certain I did not post anything inappropriate since my previous suspension. I kindly request the ban be lifted as I believe I have been wrongly accused. I am the sole user of this account under the username Minibrownie1. I'm experiencing a problem with accessing my PlayStation Network account as it has been banned. This situation is frustrating as I was in the middle of playing a game when I received a notification to restore my licenses. Despite attempting to do so, I ended up resetting my PS4. My PlayStation keeps turning off suddenly when I try to play a game, and it used to give me an overheating warning before shutting down. I've had the PS4 for four years, so the warranty is expired. I decided to remove the bottom panel, clean out the dust from the fan and nearby areas, and put it back together. However, now it still turns off without warning shortly after I launch a game or app.

Recently, I, Montez Anderson, also known as Tezzo242, received an email from Sony stating that my email had been changed without my knowledge. Despite trying multiple times to access my account through PlayStation on my phone, I have been unsuccessful. Upon logging into the game, I was prompted to log into my account again, leading to further confusion. Despite numerous attempts using my email and password, I have been unable to regain access. When seeking assistance, I realized that I am unable to verify my account properly due to the unclear date of birth I inputted when creating it. I am perplexed by the fact that the email notifications for changing the password do not reach my original account email, yet immediately appear when I attempt to input a different email address. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm here to assist in recovering my boyfriend Tyler's account. He fell for a scam promising money and shared his account information with the scammer. The scammer then set up a two-step verification code, locking Tyler out of his account. The scammer is now unresponsive, and we are eager to regain access to the account.

I am having trouble connecting WiFi to my old PlayStation because the HDMI port is broken, making it impossible for me to see the screen. I have a new PlayStation but am unable to transfer the data because I can't connect the old one to the internet. Since I don't own a computer, I am not sure how else to transfer the data without the screen. Any advice on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I noticed that the 65% off deal for Battlefield 5 was supposed to end on October 29th, but on October 28th, the deal wasn't available. I decided to check online instead of going to the store and found out that the game was not available for download. After waiting for two days for the download, it turned out to be just a demo, which was frustrating because I was expecting the full game. I believe it's unfair, especially after waiting excitedly to play. If possible, could I purchase the game for around $20 or something similar? Thank you.

I'm having difficulty accessing my PlayStation account due to the 2-step authenticator. I no longer have the phone number associated with it or my PlayStation 4 because my ex-girlfriend damaged my phone and console following our breakup. Can anyone advise how I can reset the 2-step authenticator without access to the number or my PS4? My friends can verify that the "YourDahd" account is indeed mine. I really need assistance as I don't wish to create a new account.

My PS4 Pro is currently stuck in safe mode and won't let me select any options. It's continuously prompting me to initialize PS4 (reinstall system software), but I don't have access to a USB or a computer to download the necessary files. I've tried various troubleshooting steps with no success, and I'm unable to find any helpful information online regarding this specific issue with safe mode. This is quite frustrating, especially since my console will be a year old in January, and I've recently pre-ordered the new Call of Duty game for $60, which now I can't play as intended.

I'm encountering an issue with my PlayStation 4. When I try to power it on, I often face the "blue light of death." I end up having to power cycle it multiple times before it starts up correctly. Even then, sometimes it powers off and on by itself, occasionally in a loop. My software is fully updated, and I'm reluctant to reset my system to resolve the problem.

Hello, my name is Clinton and I found out that my account was hacked and subsequently banned shortly after I started playing with the PlayStation Community around 3-4 months ago. I discovered that someone gained unauthorized access to my account and £10 was deducted for a mobile bill, which was not done by me. I have been in touch with the individual who lost the £10, and they have contacted PlayStation about it. They mentioned that they are investigating the situation and working on lifting the ban. I am eagerly waiting for a resolution so that I can resume enjoying gaming.

I reside in Germany and played FIFA 20 last night, approximately 6 to 7 hours ago. At 3:25, I reported a player for insulting me. Shortly after, I received a message from PlayStation stating that my report is being processed. Following this, I continued playing normally for about 1 and a half hours before going to bed. Upon waking up roughly 15 minutes ago, I discovered that I couldn't sign into my PSN account and received a notification that I had been banned for 3 days for allegedly insulting other players. However, I haven't communicated with anyone since reporting the player last night as I was asleep. I am baffled and would appreciate clarification on the specific reason for my banishment.

I'm struggling to connect my PS4 wireless headset, the new [redacted] version. Initially, I could pair it wirelessly, but now I can't seem to get it to work. Despite charging it and utilizing the companion app and pressing the reset button on the USB, my main issue is the headset remains unresponsive. I attempted to access my account on my phone but couldn't recall my password. After resetting it, I encountered a 2-factor authentication that I don't have backup codes for. Yesterday, my younger sibling purchased a $10 PlayStation card from our nearby GameStop. The intention was to use the card to buy V-Bucks for Fortnite. Unfortunately, while trying to peel off the tab to reveal the access code on the back of the card, some of the numbers got damaged, making the first six digits unreadable. I'm now worried if there's an alternative way to retrieve the access code so we can redeem the $10 worth of V-Bucks.

Despite using the correct login details for my PayPal account, I keep receiving an error message as mentioned. It's frustrating because I can access my PayPal account without any issues. I'm 21, turning 22 in January, and can verify my age with ID if needed. Unfortunately, Bosnia & Herzegovina isn't listed in the profile creation options, making it challenging to redeem my 14-day PS Plus Code. I even attempted to use Germany as my country with my cousin's address, but it still didn't work. I would appreciate a prompt resolution as I'm eager to make the most of my vacation by enjoying the PlayStation services."

I'm having trouble with my PlayStation. Whenever I try to download something, everything else runs slow. When I go to the store to watch game or film demos, they keep buffering. Call of Duty has been downloading for seven days since the release last Friday. I feel like the problem is with the part that allows things to play. Is this a common issue with Xbox? I've already checked my internet connection, and it seems fine. I don't want to call America from England, as I've already spent a lot on PlayStation.
