Hello, I recently had my account banned for making purchases with a different card than my own. The card was actually my grandmother's, which was set as the default card on my PlayStation for purchasing PlayStation Plus. I would like all future purchases to be charged to my own card. This is the second time I have been banned, and I believe it was due to buying 3 or 4 items on Madden. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed to prevent further bans. Last time, it took 24 hours to resolve the ban after filling out a form. I am willing to pay any outstanding fees but would prefer not to wait for another ban. I am eager to speak with someone who can rectify this situation promptly. Although PlayStation claims to respond to emails within minutes, I have not received a satisfactory reply after sending two emails. I hope the customer support representative who contacts me can escalate the issue to their supervisor to transfer all payments to my card and lift the ban on my account. I find it frustrating to face repeated bans for an unintentional mistake. If I am banned for 24 hours without the opportunity to contact a supervisor, it raises concerns about the effectiveness of the customer support, contrary to PlayStation's advertising. Thank you

I need assistance with resetting my password. My younger brother, aged 14, changed my password while I was on holiday in Turkey for my birthday. He now claims to have forgotten the new password. I am concerned about the outdated information on my 5-year-old account, Lusterdragon, and want to link it to my current email, [redacted] The birth date on Lusterdragon is also forgotten. I tried contacting your agents, but they kept leaving the chat when I mentioned providing proof that my son accidentally purchased a game. I have the order code [redacted]13 in my emails as evidence. I also reached out on Twitter and was advised to continue trying with the chat support. However, I've been unable to explain the situation as agents keep disconnecting before I can provide the necessary information.

I am in urgent need of contacting PlayStation regarding an online player issue. While playing Red Dead Redemption 2 online, a player named "sweaty_postman" messaged me aggressively after losing. He hinted at plans to prevent other players from going online but wouldn't discuss it in messages. Following an accidental incident where I shot him again in a race, he threatened to force me offline whenever he's online. It seems like my account is being hacked by him as he disrupts my online experience consistently. I am seeking immediate help from PlayStation to address this matter, and I am prepared to escalate this further if necessary.

While playing Bus Simulator, I encountered a game crash when starting a new ride, resulting in a message about corrupted data. Unfortunately, I hastily clicked through it and upon reopening the game, I discovered my save file was missing, with no trace in the storage settings. I had significant progress saved, and I am unsure how to proceed. Is there a way to retrieve the lost data or do I need to restart from the beginning?

Our PS4 account has been hacked, and despite our efforts, we haven't been able to reach anyone for help. We received an email notification that the hackers changed our username to alhshimegamers_7 and added two-factor authentication using a mobile number ending in [redacted]. This has resulted in us being completely locked out of our PS4 account, unable to play online via our console. We are concerned because our credit and debit card details are linked to our account, which the hackers now have access to. We have changed our password twice in an unsuccessful attempt to regain access due to the two-factor authentication sending a code to the hackers' number. We have tried contacting PS4 multiple times without any success. Please assist us in resolving this issue promptly.

Upon logging into my account, I discovered that I was unexpectedly logged out. After trying to login again with two-step verification, I received an error message indicating a violation of the Playstation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement (code WS-[redacted]-7). I am contemplating that this may be due to having a Custom Firmware on my PS3, although I did not modify it. Alternatively, the issue might have stemmed from downloading games through the internet on my PS3. I am perplexed as to why this led to a ban on both my PS3 and PS4. I am unsure if this can be rectified or if it is an irreversible ban. In the event of a permanent ban, I would like a refund for all the games and in-game purchases made on the PS Store. I have a substantial collection of games and items. Is there a possibility of transferring these items to another account? Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

While playing Fortnite with my friends, I suddenly got logged out of my PS4 account and when trying to sign back in, I realized the details were changed. The next day, at my cousin's house, I found myself online and encountered the person who hacked my account. They ended up booting my cousin offline. Their voice sounded Scottish. Later, on my friend's PS4, the hacker joined in and mentioned they had sold my account on eBay. Feeling devastated as I spent around [redacted] pounds on games and more, I realized it was gone forever. I've been trying to find a solution for the past 1-2 years. If you have any assistance to offer, I would greatly appreciate it.

The FIFA Companion App is not working for me. Even though others who purchased EA Access for FIFA 20 can use it, mine is broken. Consequently, I have spent around half of my 10 hours in-game building a squad, whereas others have been able to use the app to save time efficiently. I kindly request that my account, [redacted], be granted compensation for the time lost and the inability to access the app. I am not asking for a full 10 hours but believe an additional 8 hours would be a fair reimbursement, considering the time I should have been able to save by using the application and accessing the transfer market like other players who paid the same amount.

My account was mistakenly suspended for 1 month due to a situation where my friend used inappropriate language during an argument with another player in Fortnite. After serving a 1-week suspension, I was surprised to receive another email extending the ban. I ask for your understanding in this matter as I do not appreciate being punished for my friend's actions on my account. As the Fortnite Season 10 battle pass is ending in 13 days, I am eager to complete it after investing my hard-earned money on it. I assure you that I have learned from this experience and will be more cautious in the future. I am puzzled as my account has been unexpectedly banned. The issue arose while setting up a Call of Duty account. Upon entering my details, I received a message stating my access to PlayStation Network has been banned for violating the terms of service and user agreement. This concern has persisted for two days without any communication via email or phone. Over the last 3 months, I've had to initialize my PS4 multiple times. Upon startup, I'm prompted to connect a USB hard drive for an update, even though my system is fully updated. Tech support has suggested initializing the system as a solution, which is frustrating due to the time it takes to reinstall my games. As a paying PSN member, it's disappointing to face these hardware issues affecting my playtime. This issue disrupts my gaming routine, especially when I have limited free time while caring for my infant daughter. About two years ago, my stepson's friend stayed over and used my credit card to buy V Bucks on Fortnite without permission, resulting in my bank having to investigate the charges. As a consequence, my stepson's account got suspended. It wasn't his fault as he shares the console with his siblings. I hope we can find a solution, like removing the purchased items, unsuspend his account, or allow him to create a new one since we have also spent a considerable amount on the game previously. He has learned from this situation and was naive to his friend's actions. Thank you to whoever addresses this matter.

I recently inserted the Bloodborne disc into my PS4, which I haven't used for physical games in a while due to opting for digital copies. Unfortunately, I'm encountering an issue where the disc won't eject. I attempted to eject it through the game options on the home screen but to no avail. The system seems to be stuck trying to read the disc continuously. I then tried manually pressing the eject button on the PS4 itself, and though it made noises indicating an attempt to eject, it still remained stuck. As a last resort, I turned off the PS4, unplugged all connections, placed it vertically, and restarted it, but the disc still wouldn't come out. When I tried to eject it manually once more, the eject symbol appeared on the screen for a couple of minutes, and I had to forcefully shut down the system by holding the power button.

I am unsure why I have been banned from the PlayStation network for alleged violations of terms of service. I suspect it might be related to a complaint I raised against PayPal for charging a card I had not authorized. This issue with PayPal does not involve PlayStation directly; the most severe action should have been the removal of my PS Plus. I have been a loyal PlayStation customer for years and have spent a significant amount on the platform. This situation is frustrating as I have not lodged any complaints against PlayStation. The ban seems unwarranted given the circumstances, and I am disappointed by this development. It is essential that this issue gets resolved promptly.

I am experiencing repeated unauthorized charges on my credit card from Playstation even after replacing the card. I have informed Chase to block these charges. I've been attempting to contact Playstation customer service for two weeks now. I need to discuss disputed charges on my account with a representative. Unfortunately, I have not been able to resolve the issue as every time I call, the call volume is too high prompting me to try again later. I also attempted to address the matter via online chat, but was unable to do so. This has been a frustrating experience, as I have yet to speak to anyone about the disputed charges. To add to the complication, my son's account was unexpectedly banned today for unknown reasons, creating another issue that needs a human touch to be resolved.

I purchased Skyrim on September 17th. I had enjoyed playing it on Xbox [redacted], so I decided to play it again. The game took a long time just to reach the main menu after downloading. When I selected "start new game," it crashed. Thinking it was a one-time issue, I tried again. Although it took some time to reach the menu, the new game option worked, but the game lagged terribly. The dialogue sections were prolonged due to the lag. Character creation was impossible because of the extreme lag. Even when the dragon appeared, the game lagged even more. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, thinking it was a download issue, but the problem persisted. I tried troubleshooting my internet connection, restarting the PlayStation, and letting it rest, but nothing helped. I have downloaded games before and never experienced this. I kindly request a refund as keeping the game seems like a waste of money.
