I bought Elder Scrolls Online without realizing it required PlayStation Plus to play. It wasn't clear in the details. I already have internet connected to my PS4. I'm frustrated that I have to make an additional purchase just to access the game. PlayStation Plus only offers a 12-month or 3-month subscription, which seems limited. I need help figuring out how to play the game without PlayStation Plus or I'd like a refund. I don't want to spend an extra $25 on top of what I already paid for the game.

Hello, my grandson recently used my card on his PS4 for a $5 purchase. He accidentally made a $99.99 purchase today without my authorization, as he thought the card was removed. This has caused a substantial issue for me financially as it impacts my bill money. Being on a limited income due to disability, I cannot afford this unexpected charge. I recently bought games from an online store and received unauthorized charges on my credit card. After notifying the credit card company and cancelling the cards, I discovered ongoing fraudulent purchases. Now, I only purchase discs due to security concerns. However, my son encountered an error message WS-[redacted]-4 while trying to access an online game in NBA. I've already changed all passwords and need assistance to rectify this issue. Hello, I need help troubleshooting an issue I'm having with my PlayStation. I'm able to connect to the internet, but I can't view my online friends or access my profile. Whenever I try, I get an error message (NW-[redacted]-7) saying there may be a problem connecting to the server. I've checked PlayStation's services and they seem to be running fine. I've tested my internet connection and successfully signed in to PSN. This problem has been ongoing for 4 days now, while others in my household have no issues. I can watch Prime Video without any problems, so it seems to be related to online gaming and chatting with friends. I'd appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

We have invested a lot of money into these accounts buying games and in-game currency, reaching high levels over many months. It's frustrating that this keeps happening, and we have had to create multiple accounts to try to resolve the issue. I have four different accounts on my PS4 - one is my mom's, and three are mine. Although I have linked each profile properly, I can no longer sign in to one PSN profile. The email address associated with the profile I was using is now on one of my other accounts, and I no longer have access to the phone number for receiving the sign-in code. This account is significant to me as I have made many purchases and started playing back in season 2. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering the account or transferring the items to one of my new accounts. The Epic name for the inaccessible account is "jeebustheginger," and I would like the Epic account to be changed to "jeebustheginger2."

I returned home to discover my account has been banned, and I am unable to access the email associated with it to reset the password. The email linked to the account is [redacted] with the username XD_VG0299_XD. I am a long-time PlayStation customer who has purchased many games on this account. I am not sure why my account was banned and would like to request clarification regarding the breach of your terms of service. While playing the 2k20 demo with my son, a disturbing incident occurred. During a live party chat, someone used offensive language and threatened my son, leading to his account being suspended for 30 days. Despite calling customer support, I was told nothing could be done. The individual who harassed us seemingly faced no consequences. This experience is unacceptable considering my loyalty to PS4 for years. I am now considering switching to a different gaming console brand. The lack of action taken and the suspension of my son's account have left me frustrated and disappointed.

I used to have a PlayStation account with the username Gorlscout_killer, a homage to my time in the girl scouts. After having that username for over 12 years, it got banned recently and I am very frustrated about it. It has been 7 days since the ban, and I am seeking a refund for all the games I purchased on the PlayStation store, as well as a refund for my PlayStation Plus membership. I feel like my account is now worthless due to this situation. If my requests are not addressed, I will consider legal action. I want to mention that I have a substantial following on YouTube and other platforms and will use my influence to discourage people from purchasing PlayStation systems in the future. Thank you.

My PS4 account, username SkaflorpEggnog, got suspended for 30 days due to sharing an image deemed as "pornographic or obscene content" in a group message. I innocently shared it with friends to discuss its presence on PlayStation without realizing it violated any rules. I feel a shorter suspension or a warning would have been more appropriate. An email confirming the decision would be helpful. I have since removed all questionable photos from my console and will avoid sharing similar content in the future to prevent further suspensions or bans.

Last night, my account was compromised, and I have evidence of who did it. I have screenshots from Facebook Messenger showing the person who took over my account, changed the email and password associated with it. This account holds significant sentimental value for me as I have had it since the PS3 days. It stores my Netflix, Facebook, Spotify, game data, and more. I know the name the account was changed to, and on my profile, he has my Snapchat name listed. I can provide proof that it is indeed my account. Please assist me with recovering access as I recently purchased a 12-month online subscription as a birthday gift.

I am M. Henderson, and you can reach us at [redacted] We have a Roku stick for each of our three TVs, but no Roku TVs. We subscribe to the PlayStation Vue Core package. Since Friday, 8-23-19, we have had intermittent issues accessing My DVR. After contacting customer service twice, we followed their instructions and re-signed into playstation-psvue/ativateroku.com. Today, 8-25-19, we had to repeat this process on only one of our TVs, while the other two TVs accessed My DVR without any problems. The last customer service representative mentioned that PS Techs are working on resolving update issues with PlayStation. We just wanted to inform you that the problem persists. Please update us on the current status and the reason behind this ongoing issue.

My account was compromised recently, despite changing my password and reactivating 2-step verification after receiving a deactivation email. The hacker took control and is pretending to be a cousin, claiming I sold them the account. A friend reported the account as banned due to an inappropriate online ID, even though it wasn't changed. Allegations of me using racial slurs in chats were also untrue. I never shared my login details and suspect the ban was unjust. Losing access to my account with years of progress and around [redacted] games is distressing after someone breached my security measures.

Hello, my account was stolen 14 days ago while I was playing Fortnite. I encountered someone with the Ikonik skin, valued at a thousand real-life dollars. Due to a weak internet connection disconnecting me from the match, I received a message from the skin holder offering to trade the skin for one of my games with the condition of deleting their Epic account. Naively excited about getting the skin, I shared my email and password with the individual. Two weeks later, my account has not been returned. The scammer changed the password, email, and disabled two-factor authentication. Additionally, they blocked all my friends. I am in desperate need of assistance as I feel helpless.

I am experiencing an issue with my PS4 Pro not reading the GTA 5 disc properly. The game is installed, the disc is in good condition, and inserted correctly, but my console makes a buzzing noise while trying to reload the game. I would like to get in touch with a representative named Brian. On Friday, I discussed my son's account being banned due to unauthorized charges on my credit card with him. Despite my son not making the charges and me having the card in my possession, charges were made. I had already informed a credit card representative after receiving a fraud alert on my phone. Brian mentioned sending an email to the relevant department to resolve the issue without me having to pay the $[redacted]+ fee. The charges were made from their system, which I find puzzling. Having expected to hear back yesterday as per Brian's communication, there has been no update. My family and I, primarily my Mom, have spent nearly $2,[redacted].00 on PS4 cards for my son. It's worrying that he may lose everything if this issue remains unresolved. It seems unjust as he isn't responsible for the charges. Can someone please assist promptly to resolve this matter and ensure my son keeps his hard-earned achievements, while my family doesn't lose the significant sum invested in PS4 cards?

My son owns a PS4 and we reside in South Africa. His username is Wolvy exe. On August 6, [redacted], we utilized one of our cards to buy the Spiderman game at a discounted price of R469. After a successful purchase confirmation, R469 was deducted from the card again two days later with no email notice and no game received. Subsequently, on August 24, [redacted], I added a new card to his PS4 and purchased a Spiderman DLC along with another game totaling R358. Once again, he got an email confirming the successful purchase. However, on August 27, [redacted], I received an SMS regarding a R899 purchase on my card with the reference Play Station Network London. No confirmation email was received, and no additional purchase was made on this date. I am concerned about these unauthorized deductions and lack of purchase confirmations. I wonder if we are falling victim to a phishing scam or if there are security issues with the PS4 network.

I have been experiencing network connection issues for the past month, causing in-game lag and constant disconnections from parties, which is impacting my streaming. I use a wired connection and have already had my internet service provider and an electrician check the connection, but the problem persists. I have also tried changing my DNS and MTU settings without success. The issue occurs on both of my PS4s, and the error code I keep encountering is nw-[redacted]-8. Please assist me. Gaming is my only form of entertainment, and I am disabled. When I try to log in, it asks for Two-Step Verification. I request the code to be sent to my phone, but I don't receive a text. I try to use backup codes, but it says I'm already logged in on another device when I'm not. I only have one PS4 for gaming, and this issue has been ongoing for nearly three days. I pre-ordered FIFA 20 and am considering requesting a refund due to this recurring problem with the PlayStation Network. I never log out, just turn the system on and off daily due to my disability.
