I have a PS4 Pro and a PSVR. The first time I connect both my move controllers, they pair to my PS4. However, if they power off and I try to reconnect them later without a restart, only one of them pairs to the PS4 Pro. The other blinks for a second, the light stays on briefly, and then the controller powers off. This leaves only one paired. I have only found a solution by completely restarting the console. This issue persists, and the constant restarts are frustrating. This problem has been ongoing for at least 8 months for many users without a fix being released. I have found multiple reports of this same issue online.

I am unsure of what to do at the moment. I had been saving up that money to buy a car and secure a place to live. Unfortunately, I did not notice the issue earlier because I had been away for some time. As a single mother relying on disability benefits, I am very cautious about my monthly income and usually do not check my account frequently. When I attempted to withdraw the funds for the car, I realized that $[redacted] was missing. This situation has left me without a car or a home for my 15-year-old and 12-year-old children. It is disheartening to know that a large corporation has more funds than they need while I struggle to make ends meet. Despite contacting them, I was merely given apologies with no resolution. I had planned to use a small IRS refund check along with the saved money, but now I feel lost and uncertain about what my next steps should be as a single mother with limited income. This has been very distressing for me.

After updating my PlayStation, I discovered that I had been added to 70 communities without my knowledge. Additionally, a URL was shared under my name advertising free PSN cards, something I did not do. Despite only being a member of one community, multiple changes occurred without my consent. After contacting support and receiving case number [redacted]1 for reference, I was unexpectedly suspended for 30 days. I am confused by this response as I only reported the issue that I encountered. Is there an investigative team or a legal representative I can reach out to for clarification? I feel unjustly penalized for being a victim in this situation. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am requesting the cancellation of several transactions made today with Worldpay and Playstationnetwork as I did not authorize them. My 10-year-old son and his 7-year-old cousin were playing Fortnite on our PS4, and accidentally, the cousin made these purchases without my knowledge. Due to this unauthorized activity, I am unable to afford these charges. I plan to contact my attorney. This situation is unbelievably unfair. Playstation and Sony should not be in such dire need of money. I am homeless, trying to save for a place to live and a car. The funds I saved are gone, and their lack of action is frustrating. I have managed without a home this far, and I am willing to spend another decade if necessary to address this ongoing issue. I discovered the missing money in my account in July. When I reported it then, I was told I delayed too long. It is disheartening that such scams persist unchecked. I express my disappointment to Playstation and Sony. I face homelessness and hunger, and I cannot reunite with my child who inadvertently spent this money. Prioritize people's financial responsibilities, considering the repercussions like fees, especially when some of us are homeless.

Yesterday, I purchased the game PUBG on the PlayStation Store. Unfortunately, my PS4 crashed twice in a row while it was downloading, causing some issues. The download progress paused at 21.[redacted] GB with 32 minutes left. Even after restarting my PS4, the game didn't resume downloading properly. When I checked my notifications/downloads, I noticed the game file seemed corrupted. I tried to delete it, which somewhat fixed the issue, but led to further download errors showing up as CE-[redacted]-2. I'm frustrated as I spent $20 on this game, and now I can't reinstall it from my library. Could anyone offer assistance with resolving this problem?

My account was banned after my younger brother mistakenly used it to purchase digital currency. Thinking my card was compromised, I contacted the bank for a refund. To my surprise, I discovered my ban was due to a chargeback violation. I have to wait until Monday to hear back from PS. I am willing to repay the amount. The platinum trophies, especially the God of War plat, tied to my account are valuable to me. If anyone faces a similar situation with unauthorized purchases on their PSN account, I recommend removing the linked card to prevent such incidents in the future.

Hello, I accidentally logged out of my account last night. This is an account that I haven't had to log back into since the first time I got the Ps4. Unfortunately, I forgot the password. Moreover, when I was younger, my dad never let me input my real birthday. I don't remember what fake birthday I used on that account, making it impossible to reset the password that way. I also have no recollection of what my security question is, as it seems that I provided a fabricated answer to that question as well. My PSN is "TheAlphAzoin58". Please send me my old password so I can regain access. I'm willing to answer some security questions to confirm my identity as the account owner. I have owned a PlayStation 4 for about 3 years without many issues. It has been a great entertainment system for me and my friends and family. Recently, I purchased 5 new games, one from the online store and 4 on discs. However, when I try to open the discs, I receive an error message stating that it cannot recognize the disc after about 2 seconds. I've tried troubleshooting steps like checking for disc damage, reactivating my PS4, reinstalling system software, and rebuilding the database. I'm hesitant to reinitialize the PS4 and potentially lose everything. The games affected are Spider-Man, NBA 2K14, Final Fantasy XV, and Crash Tag Team Racing. My PS3 is in great condition, and all games work well except for Saints Row: The Third. Every time I try to play it, the game freezes on the title screen. I originally thought the issue was due to a damaged disc, so I purchased a new factory-sealed copy. The new disc played fine until it started freezing the next day. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as cleaning the disc, deleting and reinstalling the game, rebuilding the system's database, and more, but the problem persists. I even bought a digital copy from the PlayStation Store, but it freezes at the start menu as well. It's strange because the console seems to keep playing the game's music even when the screen freezes. While my PS3 works fine with other games, this particular one is causing issues. I'm unable to do a full reset as I need to preserve other accounts on the system. Any advice on what the issue might be and how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

After winning a game in Red Dead Online, I got into a heated exchange with a player who resorted to name-calling and hate speech. This led to a ban on my account. I called Sony, and the representative told me both of us would be banned for a week. However, despite this assurance, the other player messaged me with offensive language after the ban was supposedly in place. I feel let down and disappointed by the situation, as it seems unfair that I faced consequences while the other player continued to harass me online. I hope for a fair resolution and appreciate the support in addressing this matter.

I am encountering an issue when trying to re-download the disc version of Red Dead Redemption 2. The download for the Data Disc completed successfully. However, I am experiencing problems with the play disc download. Each time I insert the play disc, the download gets paused and I am unable to resume it. Despite multiple attempts in the last 24 hours, I face the same issue repeatedly. The download indicates 99+ hours left right before pausing, and when I try to unpause it, I am redirected to the home screen. In the Notifications section, it shows that update 1.10 for Red Dead Redemption 2 is downloading. After a slow download time of 11 hours for 10 gigs, it prompts me to install, but clicking the button does not work. The download on the home screen remains paused and unresponsive. I have followed various recommendations to address this issue to no avail, and I would appreciate a solution as I enjoy playing Red Dead Redemption 2.

Good afternoon, I recently purchased a PS Now membership, but I am unable to stream any games. I have a LAN cable attached and am currently running at 90 Mbps. However, I can't stream any games. I would be satisfied if I could at least download games, but it seems that I can only download small games, and that doesn't seem like a service worth £12 to me. I am a loyal PlayStation customer, and I would like a refund and cancellation of my PS Now, or I would like to be able to stream the games I paid for. There was nothing that indicated that I needed a very strong internet connection, and all the information online led me to believe that I would be able to play even without one. I don't wish to be difficult, but I do feel I have been misled, and as such, I feel entitled to a refund.

Hi, I've discovered that Sony rewards customers with Platinum themes for earning Platinum trophies in certain games. For example, in Spider-Man, you can get a platinum avatar, and in Days Gone, there are special avatars and themes for achieving certain trophies. I recently realized that my promotional emails were disabled, which may be why I haven't received these themes. I have since enabled the emails but have not received anything. My PSN ID is Dark_Beemer, and I am interested in receiving the Days Gone theme and avatar as well as the Spider-Man avatar. I have platinum trophies in both games. Can a platinum theme code be sent to the email associated with my account at [redacted]? Thank you.

I am writing to express my frustration with the PS4 storage space estimate. As a long-time Playstation supporter, I have never encountered such annoyance with a product until now. I am currently trying to install Madden 20, and it's forcing me to almost delete all the games stored on my external and internal hard drives. Every time I delete something, the console keeps asking for more space. Despite deleting large games, it still demands more space, providing inaccurate estimates and leading to a perplexing cycle of deletions. The game box claims it needs 50 GB, but the console keeps asking for varying amounts of space, causing confusion and frustration. I would appreciate a more straightforward approach, with clear indications of the required space for playing games instead of this constant back-and-forth.

PSN ID: Gomorrian I was playing Monster Hunter World on my PS4 with friends when a power outage disrupted our game. After waiting for the power to come back on, we resumed playing, only to experience another short power outage in the neighborhood. Since then, I've been unable to connect to EA's servers for APEX Legends and encountered an error NP-[redacted]-8 while trying to log in to Playstation Network. Hello, I recently played Assassin's Creed Origins and tried to access my saved game. To my surprise, even though I had completed the game and purchased the addons, I was prompted to restart the game unless I repurchase the addons. Strangely, I had previously owned the addons, but after returning to the game today, they were no longer accessible. This issue arose after I had updated the game.

My 9-year-old son, who is autistic, uses the PlayStation 4 to play Fortnite. The account was initially set up by my other son using my husband's email, [redacted] Early morning on 27/7, the account was signed out, and we're unable to access it due to not knowing the password. When my son contacted support, we were informed that the account was banned for a month due to inappropriate content being sent, but no further details were provided. Hello, I have exams at school, so I couldn't play my PS4 during the week. Last Wednesday night, I tried to update my games for Thursday afternoon after school. However, I found out I was suspended when I tried to log in. I checked my email and saw a message from last Tuesday accusing me of trying to hack a community, which I didn't do.
