me and my son are both autistic so we had a friend set the account up on the ps* for us and I never authorised my card to be put on any account to be spent on and now my son has spent ***.** in the last **hours on there as he thought it was all free. I'm a single mum of * and have severe mental health problems on top of my problems and cant afford to pay my bills this week as you've allowed loads of money to his keep getting taken from my bank account.
GetHuman-samwigg did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
