I purchased a hard drive to transfer Minecraft maps from my PC to my PS4. I downloaded the maps onto the hard drive and connected it to the PS4. However, when I tried to copy the saved data from the USB storage device to the system storage, it said the device wasn't connected. I then switched the hard drive to be used as extended storage, but this prevented me from importing the maps. After trying to revert it back to normal storage, I am now unable to get the PS4 to recognize the hard drive, even when connecting it to my PC. I need assistance with this issue.

After a previous month-long ban, I adjusted the way I interact with the PlayStation community. However, I was recently banned again due to a lapse in manners caused by a misleading situation leading to a one-time comment. Hello, I would like to request assistance in recovering my PSN account for my PS3. The account's username is Immortaltec21Xx and it contains all my gaming achievements, records, and saved online data stats. Previously, I used a Hotmail email which has now been transitioned to Outlook, but I can no longer access it because I have forgotten the password and lost access to the email. I am unable to use the birth date method for password recovery since I used a random birth date. I have heard that it might be possible to retrieve the account using the serial number of the PlayStation the account was created on. The serial number is CL[redacted]45-CECHL01. Since the middle of February, my son has been sicker than ever. He is 10 years old and has autism. His condition worsened, so the doctor changed his medication at the end of February. Since then, he has been in a psychotic mood and is not logical at all. He has been playing Fortnite for the last eight months, but in March everything went wrong as he spent a lot of money. Previously, he always asked for permission before buying anything, but in his psychotic state, he lost all reason and didn’t realize what he was doing. I noticed $[redacted].00 has been debited from my account recently due to transactions on my 7-year-old's PlayStation 4 for the game FORTNITE. My son received the PS4 for Christmas, and my stepson assisted in setting it up, where I had to link my debit card. I expected that my card details wouldn't be stored on the system. However, after purchasing V-Bucks for FORTNITE, I had to re-enter my card information, resulting in unauthorized charges. This situation has caused a significant financial loss for me. My son normally uses pre-paid cards for in-game purchases, hence I am confused about these charges. A few years back, I created an account that got stolen when my PS4 malfunctioned. It kept shutting down, probably due to overheating. I stored it in my closet, and when I checked later, it was gone. Now that I have a new PS4, I've been trying to access the account, but the email was changed, and I can't recall most of the login details. The original account was onlinediabetes97 - yes, I agree, the username is odd. I had purchased games on that account, and it's frustrating not being able to use them. I hope to retrieve my account to avoid losing money and the enjoyment of playing with my friends on those games.

My grandson installed a Gold Headset on my TV, which has greatly helped me hear better. Unfortunately, I am facing an issue with adjusting the volume using the headset. The volume remains constant and I cannot raise or lower it. I would appreciate any assistance with solving this problem. Thank you.

On Friday, April 8, [redacted], as I returned home from school, I settled in to play some PlayStation before heading to the gym. While in my chair, I accidentally nudged my PlayStation off the entertainment center, causing it to unplug. Upon restarting it, I was prompted to update via USB as instructed by the PlayStation website. Unfortunately, my PlayStation shut off, displaying the error message (CE-[redacted]-8). Following instructions to reset it did not resolve the issue. A video suggested removing and reinserting the hard drive, but this did not work either. My eight-year-old son created his own PlayStation account using the email address [redacted], but unfortunately, he didn't write down the password. My spouse and I were surprised to learn about this account. We got him a PlayStation Plus card for his birthday, and he used it to subscribe for one year on his account. Unfortunately, he got signed out and now he can't access his account without the password. The email is not linked to any computer, so we can't reset the password. We own a PlayStation 4. I recently bought the "necromancer" pack for Diablo 3 digitally. In the store, it shows as purchased, but I cannot download the content. When I launch the game, I don't have access to the DLC, and clicking "buy now" in-game gives an error stating the content is no longer available. Yesterday, I encountered multiple unauthorized logins to my PS4 account, resulting in me being logged out. I never shared my account details with anyone. After researching how to handle a hacked PS4 account, I learned about the process of deactivating the intruder's console and setting mine as the primary user console. Unfortunately, I faced challenges in deactivating the unauthorized PS4 or switching primary users since the intruder had already set their console as the primary one. I attempted to remotely deactivate all PS4s using my account, but I couldn't proceed because it indicated I had recently performed this action (which I hadn't) and instructed me to wait for six months before trying again. On December 26, [redacted], I purchased a one-year PlayStation Plus membership. During this time, I downloaded two free PlayStation Plus games, "Batman Telltale Series" and "Dead By Daylight." I played "Dead By Daylight," but not "Batman." When my subscription expired, I did not renew until April 9th. Upon trying to play "Dead By Daylight" today, I received a message saying the trial had ended and I needed to purchase the full version. When I checked the store, it prompted me to buy the full game. In my library, it only showed "Batman" was part of my initial subscription. When I checked the "Just For You" section, it mentioned I had bought the "Dead By Daylight Special Edition." To resolve this, I would appreciate either receiving a discount for the game or having it fixed. My PlayStation name is alexgearyokeeffe.

My account has been permanently banned. While I was at work, my brother used my console and account to play a game. Unfortunately, he got into an argument with another user and resorted to using foul language after accusing the user of cheating. The person he argued with reported the incident to PSN, leading to the permanent ban of my account. I am frustrated as I have purchased games on that account and now have no way to access them. Although I acknowledge my brother's behavior was inappropriate, I believe a permanent ban is excessive, especially considering the other user might have been engaging in more serious misconduct. I hope PSN has investigated the other user's actions as well, not just my account.

I have been experiencing hacking issues lately, particularly on my PlayStation 4. When I tried to change my username, I was logged out and now face problems because I no longer have access to the phone number linked to receive verification codes. I should be able to request backup codes, but all my Sony accounts are logged out, making it impossible for me to access them to get the codes. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account to obtain backup codes, update the phone number for 2-step verification, and change my password. Initially, my username was aido521-LP, but now it's AidoPotatoLP.

On January 24th, my account was hacked. I did not share any information. I contacted the team after it happened, and they informed me that it was temporarily banned. They requested valid photo ID to unban it. However, a month later, Sony informed me that it was permanently banned due to "account sharing," which I did not do. I carefully read the Terms of Service when creating the account and know that this accusation is false. I am frustrated that my account was banned because of an incorrect reason. I want my account back as I am innocent. I am upset that Sony took this action and removed access to my account where I spent money and hours playing without cause. I am determined to have this resolved as soon as possible and will take further action if necessary. Sony, please reconsider and unban my account promptly.

I recently purchased a $10 PlayStation card from my local convenience store to cover the cost of my $9.99 one-month PlayStation Plus membership. I've bought $10 cards for this purpose many times in the past without any issues. However, now I'm running into a problem where I'm being charged an extra 80 cents in tax, making it difficult for me to complete my purchase. This additional tax was unexpected and is preventing me from renewing my membership with the $10 card as I have always done before. It seems unfair to impose this tax on a $10 card intended specifically for the $9.99 membership. Could someone please address and resolve this issue? My PlayStation account got suspended for a week due to alleged "Hate speech" in the message category involving images. I want to clarify that though the content I shared included a Ku Klux Klan group photo, Nazi flags, and some memes that may be considered as hate speech, they were not directed at anyone. I believe this suspension might be excessive, given that it is my first offense regarding the terms of service. I had a prior ban related to an unpaid debt. The suspended account, previously known as Gamer123055, is now Phantom__Frost. Last night, I changed my online ID, which unexpectedly signed me out and triggered the 2-step verification. However, I can't recall which number is linked to the 2-step verification due to frequently changing prepaid phones. I am now unable to sign in to my PS4 as my Vita won't let me update the phone number or disable the 2-step verification. A previous support representative was unhelpful and accused me of providing incorrect information, despite having my Vita signed in next to me. I am frustrated by the situation, feeling denied access to the service I paid for. I believe this violates policies and might be unlawful.
