I have just spoken to a member of PlayStation support staff to request a refund as my child has used my card... She sent me details of a parental take-over via email, when I asked about how I go about refund she was really rude and telling me it's down to the parent to control the child, I asked as I know through the ombudsman that the amount he spent in one day should not be allowed but all the purchases went through!!
GetHuman-jewelzk did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
