Yesterday I contacted PlayStation support via live chat and they said that they would send me an email on my current situation and I haven't gotten the email they promised. After sorting out a problem with a $**.** fortnite purchase that I was unaware of at the time despite the fact that I didn't get an email telling me I bought something and the fact that I don't own a credit or debit card of my own just confuses me. I was locked out of my account during the date of purchase and when I logged in a few days later I was banned.
