Bought a VR bundle and downloaded the games on one of our playstations (BeatSaber and Borderlands * VR) the first week of January. I DO have the codes available. I’m not sure which account my daughter downloaded them on BUT it isn’t showing on any of the other playstations that hers (or any of the other accounts) are signed into. Now the PlayStation that it was downloaded onto is broken and we have no access to any of those two games.

GetHuman-merelyju did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
