If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-applecra's own words
I put in a complaint the other day as our PS* was hacked and money taken from my account had occurred. Your response was that it could possibly take until January **th to hear back. Well today I was banned from using my PS*. ?? How come I was banned after i reported that my machine was hacked. It's bad enough they took money from my bank account and not i cant use my machine at all. I havent received an email or call explaining what was gonna happen and yet my service was taken from me. Can someone please help me as I'm not happy at all.
