Hello, I am very sorry to contact you like this however I feel really let down by your company at this moment in time. **Around * weeks ago, I received correspondence from my bank advising that I had gone overdrawn, thinking that it was just coming up to Christmas time, not as much spare cash as me and my partner had separated and she had moved out with my son, and the PlayStation consequently. So I though nothing of it, but since then I have extended my overdraft to an amount that I know I will never go over. However, I receive more correspondence from the bank to state that I had gone overdrawn. I was shocked and I'm not a massive advocate of online banking due to a fraud incident a few years ago so headed to the Bank to see what was going on, and they provided me with statements. That statements show an incredible amount of money coming out to PlayStation. To which I questioned my son who blarted out crying and confessed to the spending of all of this money. **My gripe is not with him as he is * and has no concept of money, but with you as not once have a been contacted to say 'We have noticed you've started spending money with us, is this something you are aware of?' Rather than leaving me in £**** worth of debt. Thus having a detrimental effect on me, my home and my credit file. **I'm not expecting a full refund however I do feel that I am due some recompense for the lack of care on your end, I feel that you have evidentally noticed this extended expenditure and have taking advantage of my situation. **Kind regards, **Liam Dalgarno
