I am new to parenting and recently upgraded from a PS3 to a PS4, primarily used for movies. My son, the sole user with a PlayStation Plus membership, bought a $50 PS Store wallet credit to purchase the Frozen Legends pack on Fortnite. Even though he added the funds to the family manager account, the pack isn't showing up in his Fortnite locker under the online ID young7327. The order number is [redacted]10. How can he access this purchase?

I recently purchased Black Ops 4 and downloaded the game successfully. However, I am unable to download the Zombies mode to play online. The multiplayer and blackout modes downloaded without any issues. Despite appearing to be downloaded, Zombies still prompts me to download when I try to access it. Checking my notifications confirms all components are downloaded, but clicking on Zombies redirects me to purchase the Black Ops Pass. This is a new system and a new game, unlike Red Dead Redemption 2, which works perfectly. I seek assistance in resolving this problem as I believe I shouldn't need to pay for additional content when I've already purchased and downloaded the game.

On December 26, [redacted], at 8:24 PM, I received two emails requesting verification of a PSN account that I did not authorize, create, and believe to be fraudulent. The account's Online ID is "Javiersito131sit," and I want it deleted or my information removed since I do not own a PS4 or any related product. Despite my efforts, reaching customer support has been challenging. I attempted to call twice, waiting over an hour each time before the call timed out. Live chat was also unavailable without the fraudulent account details. The lack of customer support is causing me significant stress. Playstation's website seems misleading, offering no real assistance for non-Playstation users like myself.

I, as a family manager, purchased Fortnite Save the World Deluxe for $29.99 with order number [redacted]56 for my son to use since he does not have permissions. Unfortunately, when I tried to use it on his account, I lost access. It appears that the purchase is linked to accounts unlike game purchases, which I was not aware of. I have not used or downloaded the game, and I am now unable to gain access. I am hoping to get a refund so I can buy it under the correct account or transfer it to the other account, nitefury813. Epic is unable to assist since the purchase was made through Sony with PlayStation bucks. Can someone help me resolve this issue? My son really wants to play the game, and I do not want to waste the money. The family manager feature seems to be causing more problems than it is worth, and I am considering deleting the current account and giving my son full permissions instead.

When I checked the PS4 Pro bundle for Kingdom Hearts, there was no release date listed. The repeated "TBA" made me upset. I expected to pre-order, and the lack of information is disappointing. I am frustrated to have found out about the pre-order only yesterday. I followed all the steps to secure my order, so why was there not enough for everyone? This has affected my plans for next year and my upcoming birthday. I am extremely disappointed with the company as it has dampened my excitement for the game. I am requesting an explanation and request the bundle. I insist on receiving the bundle as nothing else will satisfy me. Please provide details on where I can place an order in Massachusetts. Otherwise, I will switch to Xbox.

Around 6 months ago, I received an email from Sony informing me that my email address associated with my PS4 account had been altered. As a busy medical school student, finding time to deal with this matter has been challenging. Initially, I attempted to update my password, but the email to reset it was not reaching me because the email had been changed. I then tried to create a new account, only to realize that I had lost access to all the downloaded games on my console. Thankfully, I have been vigilant in monitoring my billing statements for any unauthorized charges, but so far, everything seems secure. Furthermore, I have since changed my debit card, eliminating that potential concern.

I have been banned from the PlayStation Network due to a mistaken purchase of in-game currency. I made the purchase, but my card was not funded at that time, so the system mistakenly banned me for "not paying." It turns out someone else accidentally bought the in-game content. Even though I was suspicious when the purchase was made, I waited for a week before realizing the issue. Now that I have been banned, I am looking for a way to resolve this situation without any charges or punishments. Is there a solution to get unbanned and rectify this misunderstanding?

On 12/28/18, I woke up and attempted to log into my account on the PS app but mistakenly changed the password because I used a similar email address. The account I intended to use was [redacted], not [redacted] Unfortunately, I didn't realize this error until later, and I had already enabled two-step verification without saving backup codes. I am in a bind because the phone where the verification code was saved has been reset. I desperately need help regaining access to my account as I can provide all necessary information to verify ownership. Please assist me in recovering my account.

Subject: Unauthorized Charges on Playstation Account Hi there, I am reaching out regarding a concerning issue with my recent account transaction. On 12/30/18, $[redacted] was deducted from my account between 1:30 am to 6:45 am for game upgrades, which I did not authorize. During that time, my son was sleeping next to me as he wasn't feeling well, leading me to believe his account may have been compromised for these purchases. To prevent any further unauthorized transactions, I have removed my account information from our Playstation account. While we are frequent buyers from Playstation and are familiar with our transaction history, these charges on 12/30/18 are not recognized by me. As a precaution, I have relocated my son's gaming system and am considering creating a new account. In the interim, could you kindly assist in reversing these unauthorized purchases and provide details on what was acquired? Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, Melissa N.

Since June, my credit card has been regularly charged without my authorization. It started when my son made a purchase for R100, which was fine. I provided him with the credit card details for First National Bank: card number [redacted][redacted]. He used "[redacted]" as the user ID and "ebiemoola123" as the password. As a single parent, this credit card is crucial for my earnings, but PlayStation has taken advantage, leaving me in significant financial debt. I've struggled all year, needing loans to cover these unauthorized charges. Please cancel any subscriptions to Skyrove, Fortnite, or any others I may not be aware of. Kindly refund all the deducted amounts as I did not authorize any of these transactions. I am not tech-savvy and have no knowledge of these online services. I implore you to reimburse me as I am facing financial distress solely because of these unauthorized charges.

I am Melissa Guarino. My son, Cameron Guarino, sold his Playstation over a year ago on the LETGO app. Yesterday, my checking account was charged $65.23. It was apparently linked to an automatic annual renewal program for some membership or something that he obviously forgot to cancel upon selling the device. It is linked to my email ([redacted]), but I do not know the login information to sign on and cancel this old arrangement. I do not have time to wait on the phone for 60 minutes to talk to someone. Also, my son's old phone number is attached to that account, ending in [redacted]. He no longer has that number. I would like my checking account deleted from any Playstation records as we do not own a Playstation. I am also requesting a refund of the $65.23 to be put back into my checking account. Please assist me with this process as the unexpected charge has impacted my family's tight budget. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Melissa Guarino

My PlayStation Plus subscription renewed without my knowledge. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed the charge and was concerned someone had accessed my account. After checking my emails, I realized the subscription had automatically renewed. I promptly logged into my account, cancelled the subscription, removed my card, and disabled the auto-pay feature. Despite taking these measures, the charge still appeared on my bank statement. I am seeking a refund as I was under the impression the subscription would not renew automatically. I assumed I would have to manually renew using prepaid cards or my credit card. I was not aware this would happen and would appreciate a refund.

Hello, I have some queries about the difference between "modding" and "hacking." If I download mods from "gta5-mods.com," how can I ensure they are compatible with PSN? As a beginner, I want to avoid getting banned or causing disruptions for others. I am interested in using different vehicles, potentially changing my character to Ghost Rider, but I am unsure of the safety precautions to protect my network and whether modding is akin to hacking. I want to make sure I stay within the rules and not engage in any illegal activities. I would appreciate guidance on what is permissible and where to find reliable sources for mods. I am uncertain if modding is acceptable online. Essentially, I am seeking clarity on a topic I am unfamiliar with. Thank you. Justin

I recently made a purchase for $70 on PlayStation, and the product won't be available until January [redacted]. I prefer Sony over Microsoft and have never had issues with PlayStation services. I requested a refund to my PlayStation account, not my bank, where the money originated. The customer service response was unsatisfactory. I believe that a refund to my PlayStation account, where the funds will be spent anyway, would be beneficial for both me and Sony. I value fair treatment as a customer and hope for a more considerate resolution. My details are: Joshua S., email: [redacted], PSN: Surpremekaosking, phone: [redacted].

I bought a $25 PlayStation gift card for my son for Christmas. When he tried to redeem it for the Fortnite Frozen Legends Pack, we encountered an issue. Despite setting a $25 spending limit on his account, the purchase did not go through as expected. Unfortunately, he accidentally redeemed the card on my account instead of his, leading to confusion. Given the circumstances and our intention for the purchase, I kindly request a $25 credit to be applied to my son's account so he can enjoy the game content under his profile as intended. We rely on the family manager settings to control spending and believe there was a misunderstanding in this case. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm seeking advice on a situation with my PSN account. When I was under 18, I created an account with false birth details to access a 14-day PS Plus trial. Later, I decided to change my gamertag for free by deleting that account and creating a new one, repeating the same process. While my new account is active and I disabled auto-renew for PS Plus, I forgot to do so for the deleted account, resulting in monthly charges. However, I can't remember the password for the old account to stop the payments. When attempting a password reset, the email I received lacked instructions. The email address provided for PlayStation correspondence is [redacted], but please contact me at [redacted] I need assistance to stop the charges and access my old account. Thank you.

While my friends and I were streaming Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on Twitch, a player named Luvzei began trash-talking us due to our live notifications. After some 1v1 matches where one friend beat him 15-5, we went back to playing multiplayer when I suddenly experienced connection errors and got kicked out of the game. A friend informed me that Luvzei was posting our IP addresses in the Twitch chat, causing our connection issues. As we all faced connectivity problems and had to reset our WiFis, it became clear that Luvzei was attacking us. I reported this behavior and hope that his account gets banned for engaging in such illegal activities like DDoSing. It's crucial to stop him before he causes harm to more users.

I am reaching out because I feel disappointed with the lack of communication from your company. Approximately six weeks ago, my bank informed me that I had exceeded my overdraft limit. Given the circumstances of Christmas approaching, financial strain from my recent separation, and my son moving out with the PlayStation, I initially brushed it off. However, even after increasing my overdraft to prevent future issues, I received further notices of overdrawing. When I visited the bank for statements, I was shocked to see significant payments made to PlayStation. Upon discussing with my son, I learned he had spent all the money unknowingly. I understand my son's innocence in this matter, but I am troubled by the lack of communication from your end. I believe that you should have alerted me about the unusual spending to prevent me from accumulating £[redacted] in debt. This situation has adversely affected me, including my household and credit rating. While I am not expecting a full refund, I believe some form of compensation is warranted for the oversight on your part. I hope for a resolution that acknowledges and rectifies this issue. Best regards, Liam D.

When I turn on my PS4, it displays a neon blue light, but it never connects to my TV. I've tested it with two different TVs and cables, so I know the issue is with the PS4 itself. Despite cleaning off the dust, the problem persists. This has been happening for three months, and recently, while trying to charge my controller, the PS4 shut off when I applied a bit of pressure. I've waited five days, but it still won't work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My PS4 wouldn't turn on, as it failed to shut down properly, prompting me to switch it off manually. Upon restarting, it initiated a system software check that directed me to download the 6.20 update onto a USB stick. I followed the correct steps by creating a "PS4" file, then an "UPDATE" folder within, and placed the update file inside. Unfortunately, when I attempted to install it on the console, I received an error message (CE-[redacted]-0) stating the update file couldn't be used, despite following instructions accurately. This issue is frustrating, and I am unsure how to proceed. If you could provide a UK support contact number, it would be greatly appreciated since I've had difficulty locating it.
