I gave my old account (ShahilT***) to someone * years ago, and he has been using my account as primary ( ShahilT****)on his playstation to benefit the games and ps* subscription.**I no longer talk to him or play with him.*But I've learnt that recently he used to login into my account( shahilT****) and played the games I've bought recently such as spiderman, just cause * and black ops *. Being a trophy hunter and having a channel of mine on youtube where I regularly update videos of my gaming experiences, I didn't mind him playing because he was progressing through the campaign missions when i wasnt here. But last week I got to know from my inbox that he was sending hate messages to people he played with from my account and i was even suspended * days because of that . I talked to him about it and then told him to stop. He agreed and today the same thing happened he sent another hate message*Image (I got to know from my email that you sent me). Now my account is suspended for * days **I'm on holidays right now, I play a lot. I would really like to apologise to that person who got that hate message and even offer him a psn gift card if possible. I would also really appreciate if you could look Into the matter closely and lift the ban please so that I can change my password too. It's December and i have been playing ps* for * years. Please look into the matter. Thank you
