My cousin was frustrated playing Fortnite on my PlayStation 4, and after losing a match, he engaged in abusive behavior towards another player. Subsequently, I was banned for a specified period. During my ban, the player I was reported by reported additional instances of profanity and abuse, leading to a prolonged ban. This occurred on my PlayStation 4 console, which has numerous valuable games and in-game purchases. I have been banned since mid-October and am seeking assistance to resolve the issue. I kindly request help in unbanning my account named "aCerealBowl," associated with the email address [redacted]

I have downloaded the PS4 installation file multiple times, transferred the PUP file to the Update folder on a USB drive that was formatted beforehand, and followed the steps to enter Safe Mode on my PS4 to install the system software. However, each time I try, I keep encountering the error code SU-[redacted]-6. Even after trying this process multiple times, the same code appears consistently. Occasionally, the update download reaches [redacted]% completion, but the error persists. I'm seeking assistance with resolving this issue. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties with two out of the three PlayStations in my house when trying to play games on different profiles. This ongoing issue with game play, especially with the game "Neverwinter," has been frustrating. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including deleting the game from all profiles, without success. When I contacted customer support, I felt the representative was not helpful and did not attempt to transfer me to someone who could assist me better. It is disheartening as I feel my game has been impacted without reason, preventing me from enjoying the content I have invested in. The lack of effective support is making me consider switching to Xbox.

My friends and I were in the process of downloading and installing updates when suddenly we encountered an issue where the licenses couldn't be verified. Strangely, after installing one update, another 64GB update began downloading for the same game that previously only required a 14GB update. I decided to delete the update to prevent any potential problems, but now I'm dealing with the license problem. We were game sharing, and redoing the process resolved the issue temporarily, but I don't want to keep repeating it. PS - I realize using my actual email was not a good idea.

Hello, I recently purchased a second-hand Playstation 4 as an early Christmas gift for my nephew. However, I encountered issues connecting to Playstation online as the account is labeled as "suspended and/or permanently banned." I've attempted to contact the seller for a refund, but they have blocked my attempts to reach out. I am now in possession of a PS4 that cannot connect online, which was essential for my nephew to play with his friends on Fortnite. After some research, I suspect the ban may be due to an outstanding debt with the previous owner. Could you please provide me with details regarding the ban reason? If there is indeed an outstanding debt, I am willing to settle it myself to ensure my nephew receives a fully functional PS4. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Dexter S.

Lately, I've been encountering an error whenever I attempt to play online games on my PS4 like Rainbow Six or GTA V. The error code I receive is "An error has occurred in the system software CE-3****-0" (with varying numbers). Even after deleting and reinstalling the games, the issue persists. Surprisingly, when I attempted to play Fortnite, it indicated that the data was corrupt. Strangely, my WiFi is functioning well, as proven by my computer's connectivity. This problem has persisted for four days, and despite my efforts, I haven't been able to resolve it. Any suggestions on how to address this?

Hello PlayStation, I have been a loyal fan since childhood, just like many others. Recently, while playing Tekken 7, I encountered issues accessing the online mode that I have invested so much in. The requirement of PlayStation Plus for online play feels like a departure from the essence of the gaming experience. It used to be easier on PlayStation 3 to play online without additional fees. Now, even with PlayStation 4 games like UFC 3, the online access seems restricted. With all the extra charges for new characters and gadgets, the total cost can add up quickly. I miss the simpler times of pure gaming culture. PlayStation, is there a way to restore the wholesome and accessible gaming environment we all enjoyed?

I have only had this system for a couple of months. Now when I try to play a game, nothing shows on the screen even though the HDMI cords and port are good. I spent $[redacted] on this system, but unfortunately, I don't have the box or receipt because they were mistakenly thrown away. The store traced the purchase to Walmart but without the receipt, they can't assist us. I have been a loyal PlayStation user and have never encountered such issues before. I even still have my PS3. It's frustrating that due to a company error, my son is now left with a malfunctioning system. I just want to exchange it for what I originally paid. Thank you.

I have received a ban for using inappropriate language, specifically for telling someone to bugger off. While I acknowledge this was not appropriate, I believe that my previous suspension had already led me to improve my behavior. I am unsure why this incident occurred as I have made a conscious effort to refrain from using strong language on PlayStation. It is possible that my account was compromised, leading to an unauthorized message being sent. I urge for a resolution to this matter, as I am making an effort to distinguish between good and bad language, especially when the intention is not harmful. Additionally, I have attempted to activate privacy settings to prevent messages to others, but unfortunately, it did not work. Implementing a feature that can block inappropriate language, similar to what is available in games like Little Big Planet, would be greatly beneficial. Thank you.

I was about to start playing my PS4, but a message appeared saying it needs to check the software and will restart. This has happened before, but now it stops at 23 percent and prompts me to download software update 6.02. When I click "OK," it says nothing is attached to the PS4 USB and shuts down. I was playing online less than 12 hours ago, so I'm confused. I hope you can address this issue promptly.

I attempted to purchase Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for PlayStation 3, but unfortunately received the PlayStation 2 versions that I cannot use on my PlayStation 4. I was under the impression I was buying the PlayStation 3 versions for improved graphics. I would like a refund for the PlayStation 2 games I received so I can apply the funds toward the correct versions for PlayStation 3 to enjoy with my son. As an active user with a PlayStation Network subscription, I have purchased many games from the PlayStation Store, and this is the first time I have encountered an issue. I appreciate your assistance in processing the refund so I can make the correct purchase.

I am upset that my account was wrongfully restricted due to bullying and harassment claims. My daughter is also on the account and has been subjected to bullying, with users using offensive language and insults despite not even knowing her. It seems unfair for her to be punished for baseless accusations without hearing both sides of the story. It is disappointing that the company appears to favor one side without considering the full picture. My daughter, who has ADHD and autism, deserves to have a safe space to make friends without being targeted for simply playing the game or building things others don't like. I will not tolerate her being bullied, especially since she has already faced bullying in school and I had to remove her from that negative environment. I will escalate this matter if not resolved promptly. It's disheartening that children can't just play nicely and instead resort to harming others verbally without consequences. This behavior should not be overlooked, and I will ensure that this issue is addressed properly.

Yesterday at 11:53, I received an email notifying me of a £19.99 charge on my son's PlayStation account. Given that my son occasionally makes purchases on my card with permission, this didn't alarm me initially. However, he was at his grandparents' house that day and couldn't have made the charge without consulting me. Later on, I started receiving emails and texts confirming my acceptance for payday loans from eight different companies, of which I had no prior knowledge. Concerned, I reached out to Action Fraud. Upon picking up my son, he denied making the £19.99 purchase, which I verified as he was still asleep in a separate room at 11:53. I consulted my parents, who confirmed his whereabouts. Although my son showed me his account, the charge was not visible. I suspect someone gained access to his account, stole my details, and applied for loans in my name. I would appreciate assistance in locating the destination of the £19.99 charge.

I misplaced the receipt with my Black Ops season pass code. I'm not trying to trick anyone; I just feel the staff at GameStop didn't adequately explain things to me. They made me sign on the keypad without explaining what it was for. I thought I was only signing for the physical game, which cost $[redacted] for the pro-level edition. I'm frustrated because I just want to access my season pass and I shouldn't have to pay for it again. If I had known the receipt contained crucial non-refundable and unique codes, I would have been more careful with it. I was under the impression that buying the game automatically included the season pass without needing a separate code. I really need assistance with this issue.

Hello, my username is Solotaker865. I recently received a 14-day free trial with a game I purchased from GameStop. However, after the purchase, it created a separate account "Isis soul taker [redacted]" instead of linking it to my original account. Previously, I owned a PlayStation 4, but due to issues, I purchased a PS3 last week. I am unsure what went wrong, and I have significant funds invested in the account. Can you assist me today with resolving this issue, or should I request a refund for my account? I hope to find a solution without having to go through the refund process.

Last night, my 9-year-old son experienced harassment and threats while playing Fortnite. His username is Julian-Hunt, and his email address is [redacted] The perpetrator, with the ID BigWilly7110, forced my son to share his skins through direct messages threatening to come to our house. After complying, the perpetrator claimed to have obtained our IP address and threatened to steal and sell the account within days. When my son mentioned reporting his ID, the perpetrator dismissed it as a hacked account. This incident left my son feeling upset, sleepless, and unable to attend school today. We are deeply concerned. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you. John

I tried to transfer funds from my credit card to my boyfriend's PlayStation, but the transaction went through even though there wasn't enough money in my account. I attempted to contact PlayStation for a refund, but the process only led me in circles without any real assistance from a live person. When I finally spoke to someone, they suggested the information entered was correct and couldn't help further. My boyfriend spent the money hoping I could still get a refund, but I ended up with a $50 overdraft fee on my credit card. I'm now seeking advice on how to recover the misplaced funds urgently. Any prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

The other day, I lost access to my PS4 account. Here's what happened: a friend was at my house and attempted to log in, inputting random passcodes. I managed to input the correct passcode on my controller, but then received a message on Fortnite to sign into PlayStation Network for network features. When I tried to log in, I faced an issue with two-step verification as my old number was still linked, and I couldn't receive the code. I didn't have backup codes and couldn't create them due to the verification process. My PSN is andrewrm09. Please reach out to me urgently. You can contact me on Instagram at romanandrockfan04_yt or email me at [redacted]
