Hello, my name is Jemiah. I am contacting you because I have an current issue with my PS* account. Just a couple minutes ago, I turn on my PS* and click on my profile. I discover that I have been signed out so I thought to myself there must be sometime of update or something, no biggie so I attempt to sign in to my account. To my surprise I read a message saying"Access to PlayStation Network by this account has been banned due to violations of the PlayStation Network term of service and user agreement." I am baffled because I have never violated anything, literally I have no idea what is going on and why this message is popping on my screen. I tried to log into my account on the psn website and it's not even coming up. I don't know what violation my account has but literally I have no clue and have no inclination to violate any type of rule you guys have. What ever violation it says I did, I assure you I've done no such thing. I was on yesterday night, put my system in rest mode and went to sleep, haven't been on since until ** minutes ago to see this message. I don't know if some one is messing with my account or what. I have been a loyal PlayStation consumer since I was ** and this is the first time I've seen a message like this. If you would please assist me in getting to the bottom of this and unbanning my account I would be much appreciative. Thank you so much!:)
