I reached out to Epic Games about a purchase issue I'm experiencing with my main PSN account showing the wrong region. Although I live in Lebanon, it's listed as United Arab Emirates, leading to payment problems. In the past, I had to unlink my Fortnite account, create a new Lebanese PSN account, make purchases, and then relink everything. Now, I can't link my Fortnite account back correctly. I require assistance recovering my PSN account with the online ID jadinho97. I created this account a while back and have forgotten the email associated with it. Every time I try to retrieve it, they emphasize a security question, notably the last purchase made on the account. This information is challenging to recall due to the purchase's age, and the credit card used is no longer in my possession since I have switched bank accounts. Obtaining bank statements is not a feasible option. I can confirm the date of birth on the account and submit my ID photo to verify my name, age, and address. I believe it is unfair that these stringent security measures are limiting my access to my account, which I know is mine. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking a refund for a recent purchase on my Playstation 4. My older son inadvertently made a purchase using the funds I had added to the account. I recently lost all my PlayStation data on my console and cannot recover it. I'm having trouble accessing my PlayStation Network account as well. When I try to log in, it asks for a verification code from a phone that is no longer active. The date of birth and backup codes are also not working for me. My PlayStation Network account is wrestlingiwl, containing important download games and information. I am experiencing an issue with my PlayStation as all my data got deleted. My PS4 has stopped connecting to the controller. I tried using a different controller, but the issue persisted. I visited ubreakifix, and their technician diagnosed the problem as being the motherboard chip that connects to the controller. Since this involves the motherboard, it requires repair by Sony. I don't have the receipt as it has been over a year since the purchase, so I assume it's not under warranty. This seems like a fault in the device rather than something caused by me. Is there any support Sony offers in such cases, or is the console now unusable? It's disappointing for such expensive equipment to fail in a short time. If there's a way for Sony to repair this, I would like to know the process and associated costs.

Hello, I contacted Rockstar support yesterday regarding my issue. I have been unable to access GTA 5 online for a few days now because a modder kicked me offline. Despite creating a new account to play online, I would like to regain access to my original account. I have followed their instructions to send a screenshot of the problem, but have not received a reply yet. I have attempted to troubleshoot by restarting my PS3 and following the given steps, but I am still experiencing the issue. Although they mentioned resetting my rank and account, I am still unable to go online. I am willing to provide any additional information if needed. I recently experienced a security issue with my PSN account when it was compromised. The unauthorized user deactivated my device and linked it to their own console. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that my case needed to be escalated to a specialist. However, the process only involved submitting a service request without an opportunity to provide details of the incident. After waiting for 10 hours, my request was denied on the grounds that this action can only be performed once every 6 months. This situation is frustrating as my account was essentially stolen, granting someone else access to my games. Despite regaining control of my account, I am facing challenges in detaching the unfamiliar PS4 linked to it. I will continue to seek assistance through support requests until resolved. My PSN account, meegulzmusic, requires the detachment of the unauthorized PS4 unit associated with it.

There's a player in GTA Online named moneymakerCD who has been sexually harassing me and other female players, including sending inappropriate voice clips. I reported him, leading to a 10-day ban, but he returned threatening me and others. He targets female players, making lewd advances and threats that could potentially involve minors. Despite being banned temporarily, he continues to create discomfort for us. I've reported him numerous times, even receiving a warning about too many reports. His behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly believe his account should be permanently banned to ensure a safe environment for all players.

Additionally, I wish to view the messages he received before sending the ban-triggering ones. I'm concerned about the individuals who sent hurtful messages to him and whether they faced consequences as well. My son, due to his disability, struggled to report others being unkind and resorted to name-calling as a defense mechanism. He doesn't comprehend the offensive language he used; he merely imitates what he hears. Though I understand your ban policy, I'd like guidance on creating an account for him that restricts messaging. Furthermore, the ban affects his access to Netflix on PlayStation, which is essential for him. How can he use Netflix on the PlayStation independently from the ban? I'm aware the ban notification was emailed but I am requesting all message transcripts and confirmation that others involved were addressed. Thank you.

I attempted to reset my password, only to discover that my account was closed due to a disputed credit card charge. The resolution suggested was to purchase a $10 gift card, but upon doing so and entering the code from the $20 card purchased, I received an error stating the code was invalid. The email I received stated: "Unable to process your request (Code is Invalid)" and provided steps for code redemption, emphasizing the need for a 12-digit PlayStation Store Cash Code. I simply wish to regain access to my account.

My son's PlayStation has been hacked, and his account has been stolen. My debit card information was on the account, and it has been used twice in one day. Despite our efforts to reclaim the account, the hacker has changed the password. We have identified the individual online but they are refusing to return the account unless we pay. I have already closed my debit card, but I am eager for my son to regain access to his account, which he has had for a long time. While he knows the Gmail associated with the account, he cannot recall the password. We attempted to reset the password but are unable to remember the old phone numbers and the recovery Gmail password.

I frequently play cross-platform with a PC player, but unfortunately, we are unable to communicate in Fortnite. Even though I have voice chat enabled and create a party on PS4 to prioritize game chat, it does not work. While game chat functions properly in other games, Fortnite seems to be an exception. To circumvent this, we resort to using Discord on my phone, but this setup results in me only hearing the game from one earbud, affecting my gameplay experience. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods from both personal brainstorming and online research, the issue persists for me, contrasting with my friend's successful game chat functionality. I am unsure whether the problem lies with Epic Games or Sony, and after seeking help from Epic Games, I remain without a solution. I appreciate any advice on resolving this dilemma.

I'm having trouble downloading my tricentennial pack for Fallout 76. A few days ago, I entered my code for the pack, it redeemed successfully, but I didn't receive a prompt to download it. I realized my PlayStation Plus subscription expired right around the time I entered the DLC code (the prompt said 'continue' last). I promptly renewed my PlayStation Plus. I purchased a physical copy of the game with a paper code. Despite numerous attempts with customer service, we haven't been able to fix it. I tried renewing licenses, reinstalling the game, resetting my PS4, toggling the primary PS4 setting, checking both online and on my system for the DLC in purchases and library, but it still doesn't show up. While playing Rainbow with friends in a casual match, I outperformed a player named KA3MONOO. After the match, he initiated a chat, initially praising my skills. However, the tone quickly turned hostile with him verbally attacking me, going as far as telling me to harm myself. This behavior is unacceptable, and I believe he may have mistreated others as well. My friend forgot his PSN password because he struggles with English. This also caused him to forget his Gmail password, where he stores important information. Additionally, he has spent over [redacted] dhs on his PSN account, which he created in [redacted] when he was young and unaware of the password's significance.
