While playing Fortnite, I received a message indicating that I had been signed out of my PSN account. When attempting to sign back in, a message appeared suggesting that I might have been locked out. Subsequently, a friend notified me that my profile was actively playing FIFA, a game I do not own, and provided visual evidence. I suspect someone else has accessed my account and changed the password. I have attempted to recover the account through the forgotten password option, but I do not have the correct date of birth associated with the account. I kindly request the return of my account under the username Beastmode_massi. The previous password used was Zohra135. Furthermore, I ask for all unauthorized access to be revoked once the account is back in my possession.

While playing GTA 5 Online, a hacker unexpectedly dropped money in my lobby. I left as soon as this occurred but found out the next day that I was permanently banned from GTA 5 Online. Now, I can only play the offline story mode. A week later, I also got banned from PSN with an error code. When I tried to access my account on my PC, I received a message stating, "You can't access PlayStation Network." I'm unsure why this happened, but I hope this information helps to explain the situation. I had a lot of valuable items in my account that I would like to retrieve.

This morning, my PlayStation is unable to connect to the internet. I have been using the same wifi setup for days, but it suddenly stopped working. While the system can detect the SSID, it can't acquire the IP address and shows errors like CE-[redacted]-7. Until today, I haven't faced any connection issues with this system. All my other devices connect to the wifi without any problems. I have tried restarting the PS4 and rebuilding the database. I'd rather not factory reset the PlayStation due to the lack of a backup for my save files. I rent a room in a house and don’t have access to the internet router, but I can seek help from my landlord. Thank you for any assistance.

I have reached out to several companies for assistance, but none have been able to help. I am now turning to you as my final option. I pre-ordered the standard edition of DMC5 and would like to upgrade to the deluxe edition for an additional $10. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to make the upgrade or receive a refund for the difference. I even contacted Capcom directly, but have not yet received a response. I recently disputed some charges with PayPal. Initially, we made a purchase for $9.99, but later I noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my account - two for $24.99, two for $9.99, and one for $4.99. Both my daughter and I did not recognize these transactions. When I disputed the charges with PayPal, I did not specify fraud but mentioned that I had only authorized the $9.99 payment. Unfortunately, now my daughter is unable to use her PlayStation as she is receiving a message stating she has violated PlayStation Network terms, which is untrue. We are unsure how these charges occurred. I am upset that this issue is preventing my daughter from enjoying the new device I just purchased for $[redacted]. I would appreciate guidance on how to restore her access to her PS4. It's possible the unauthorized charges were made by a friend or accidentally by my daughter, who is new to PlayStation. If we cannot resolve this issue, I may have to consider returning the device.

I encountered an issue trying to purchase the HITMAN GAME OF YEAR EDITION due to repeated errors, resulting in unintended transactions. My bank alerted my mother, and only three transactions were successful, yet I still do not have access to the game. I seek assistance in resolving this matter by either obtaining the game and a refund for the additional charges or a full refund for all transactions. Ironically, amidst this dilemma, I proceeded to acquire RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2, which I intend to keep. Previous attempts to contact support were unsuccessful as they disconnected before I could fully explain my situation, now unable to access their webpage. I had a $10 gift card that I used to buy [redacted] V-Bucks for Fortnite, but it started charging my mom's debit card even though I had already entered the card details on the PS4. The purchase led to glitches and additional V-Bucks being added to my account. When I repeatedly tried to confirm the purchase due to the glitch, it ended up charging my mom $30, even though I only intended to make one purchase. Despite removing her information from the PS4, the charges persisted. My mom received an email about the unauthorized charges. Please help us resolve this issue, refund the money, and address the glitch causing these unauthorized charges.

I was enjoying the games until I suddenly received an error stating my account was blocked, without mentioning the error code. I want to clarify that this error might have occurred because my credit card had insufficient funds on my membership renewal date. I believe this led to a misunderstanding with PlayStation support, who suspected fake credit details. I have not cheated and would like my account to be unbanned. Being a long-time customer, I am familiar with the rules and would not intentionally violate them. My username is emyanmar.

Hello, I recently received a promotional email from you offering a 30% discount on Fifa 19 as a loyal customer. The email instructed me to download the game through a previously owned version on PlayStation 4 to avail of the discount. Since I'm away on a work trip, I guided my 8-year-old son through the download process via FaceTime as per the email instructions. I seem to have forgotten the password to my PSN account. I am hoping to purchase a new PlayStation console by Christmas and would like to retain my current account name and link my card to it. Unfortunately, I am struggling with the password recovery process as it requires my date of birth, which I cannot recall since I created the account 1 or 2 years ago when I was younger. I am currently 16 years old and would really appreciate any assistance in resetting my password to maintain my account and progress. I have been a PlayStation customer for two decades and a PSN member for almost 10 years. Recently, while playing Warframe, a player harassed my 9-year-old nephew through the chat system, using offensive language and even telling him to harm himself. When I confronted the player on PSN, I was unjustly suspended for 7 days after they manipulated the reporting system. Despite providing screenshots as evidence, Sony has not addressed the situation or lifted the suspension. This toxic behavior endorsed by Sony is unacceptable, especially when it involves children. I have tried contacting support with no success. Account suspensions in cases like mine should be reconsidered. If Sony does not rectify this, it will show they are tolerating online toxicity and abusive behavior, which is disheartening, especially when those trying to protect their family are the ones punished. It is time to address and put an end to this type of behavior in online gaming.

I completely forgot my password, and I had used a temporary email since I didn't plan to use the account much. However, after a while, I moved important data to the account and now can't verify my information. I got signed out two weeks ago, and since I forgot my password, I can't log back in. I attempted to retrieve the password through the temporary email, but no emails are being sent to me. Please assist me in recovering my account. I would like to share my experience at the store where I pre-ordered Red Dead Redemption 2. The manager's behavior when I explained my disability and inability to stand in line was disappointing. Despite my explanation and need for assistance, he provided a stool that was too high and uncomfortable to sit on. When I requested a refund, he insisted I wait. The manager argued that offering the stool was a reasonable accommodation, which I disagree with. I felt disrespected by his attitude and actions. I plan to file a complaint and seek clarification on the store's handicap policy. The manager should be trained on proper procedures for assisting customers with disabilities. I am short 96 cents for a $11.99 monthly renewal in Canada. How much is that in yen? I bought the PK Subban bundle from Best Buy on 9/18/18 and have been regularly playing the game. I qualified for the HUT Champions tournament twice and ranked around [redacted], [redacted] something, and [redacted]. Top [redacted] receive a qualification collectible, but I never received one. The last 15 games felt odd as my opponents seemed to be playing in a robotic manner, mostly having Gretzky and Lafleur. I am unable to get these players. Is Sony using fake players? I am considering returning my PS4 to Best Buy and getting an Xbox instead.

It has been almost over two years since my account was banned. After a long time, I still want to have it back. I've tried everything to reclaim it, but to no avail. I've been using my friend's account, but it's becoming frustrating for both of us when he logs in and kicks me out. I am determined to get my original account, NoobKiller1220, back. I want it back without any excuses. I believe PlayStation should provide me the email of the individual who hacked my account so I can update it with my own email. During a recent live chat lasting over 30 minutes, I spoke with an agent regarding securing my account due to concerns about potential hacking. After assurance from the agent that my account was secure with additional measures put in place, I was shocked to receive an email and text notification a few days later stating that my sign-in ID was changed and two-step verification was disabled. This has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially after being reassured about the security of my account. I am reaching out to request assistance in resolving this issue promptly. After conducting thorough research, it appears that error code np-[redacted]-8 is not a ban from PlayStation. Despite reaching out to Twitter for assistance and explaining that I had tried all troubleshooting steps, they stopped responding. Following the 6.2 update on my PS4 and renewal of my annual membership, I encountered login issues. Despite successfully adding funds to my wallet, I was unable to log in, even after attempting password changes on different devices. Using my mobile hotspot, I managed to connect to the PlayStation Network, indicating a block on my IP address or wifi. Upon further investigation, it became apparent that "prolexic" was impeding the connection. Although my PS4 is now able to connect, other devices in my home remain blocked. This ongoing issue has left me feeling unsupported by Sony PlayStation. As a basic user who follows all guidelines, the lack of assistance is disappointing. If the problem persists, I may reconsider purchasing Sony products in the future.

My PSN account was hacked, and a child account was created without my knowledge on September 30, [redacted]. The hacker used the child account to add funds and purchase games. Upon discovering this, I immediately canceled my bank card and reported the fraudulent transactions to PayPal and my bank. Subsequently, my PSN account was banned. After contacting PSN and providing proof of identity and my PS4 serial number, I was informed that I had a debt to clear. I paid the debt using a top-up card, but I remain banned. This has disrupted my son's gaming experience as well. I have paid the debt as instructed, but the ban persists, affecting both of us. I am eager for a resolution as it has been three weeks since the ordeal began. My PSN username is markleetracy.

Good afternoon, I am reaching out because my account was hacked while playing Red Dead Redemption 2. I received a notification informing me that my account was accessed from another PlayStation system. Luckily, I was online and managed to promptly re-establish my connection. Since then, I have updated my password, enabled 2-step verification, but encountered an issue when trying to set my PS4 as the primary system. The system indicated that I already have a primary PS4 linked to the account. The procedure mentioned remote deactivation, which I attempted, but the account management feature does not support this functionality. For the past week, I've been experiencing issues with notifications on my account. They don't come through normally; instead, they all show up at once when I log out and back in. However, they are always marked as "no longer available." This is preventing me from playing games with others, including in Rocket League. I've tried various troubleshooting steps like uninstalling and reinstalling Rocket League, restarting both the game and my router. My internet speed is at 30 mbps for download and 2 mbps for upload. I even entered safe mode on the PlayStation to organize my apps in hopes of improving its speed. While I can play games like Rocket League and Fortnite online solo without issues, I can't send or receive invites. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
