Last month our PS* had a safe mode loop. After resetting it all * accounts could not be recovered. This has never happened before so all of our details for * accounts had been forgotten. My customer service experience was horrific...unhelpful, inconsistent and confusing. I swore I would never ever want to go through that again. I would like to give you full details of my experience and the many many many calls I had to go through to recover my accounts. Especially now that I have found out that my calls amounted to over a shocking £***!!!!!! My time and money was wasted during incorrect information, emails that were never sent to me, hold time and being told to call back. I would like this fixed by a refund.
