However, I was unaware of the challenges of online gaming. His friends taunted him due to his inability to afford new games. This situation has made my son question his place in our family, as his late grandmother and I are his only support. I am deeply ashamed that I cannot provide him with the latest Spider-Man game that he desires. Yesterday, I attempted to preorder Destiny. Unfortunately, after successfully adding the initial $50 to my wallet, I encountered error messages when trying to add an additional $50. The error indicated that the site was unable to process my payment at the time and advised me to retry later. Despite numerous attempts throughout the day, even until midnight, I faced the same issue. Additionally, family management was unavailable, citing a loss of connection to the server. I was frustrated that the website hindered my purchase of Destiny with its bonus options for my family. This situation feels unfair and requires resolution. Recently, my Sony account was compromised, and although I managed to recover it and update my password, I am unable to designate my PlayStation 4 as the primary device. A notification keeps appearing, stating that another PS4 is currently set as the primary device and asking if I want to switch. However, when I select yes, an error message pops up indicating that I cannot activate this system as the primary one because another system is already set as such. I have confirmed that my other PS4 is not set as the primary device, so I suspect the hacker may have designated their PS4 as the primary one. I would appreciate guidance on how to revert this and set my PS4 as the primary device again. Thank you for your help.

My son enjoys playing your games. Recently, another child reported him out of anger, resulting in his account being suspended twice. I closely monitor my son's activities, and despite this, the other child's false reports are believed without question. It is frustrating that individuals can make baseless claims and cause such disruptions. This behavior is a form of bullying, and it is essential to verify information from all parties involved. If not addressed, this situation may continue to occur in the future. PlayStation, please reconsider how these situations are handled.

My name is Deidre J., and I recently noticed unauthorized charges totaling $[redacted].00 for games on my credit card. The purchases were made on 9/2/18 during the late night hours. I did not provide consent for these transactions, and I am concerned about how my information was used to make these purchases. The only reason my credit card information was stored by PlayStation was for setting up a game for my grandson. I did not authorize any payments to be made, and I feel uneasy about these unauthorized charges. I kindly request a refund of the full amount back to my credit card. Thank you.

On the first of September, someone gained unauthorized access to my account and altered my email address. I received an email notification from Sony about the email change, which I did not initiate. I suspect this was done by an unknown hacker. Despite my attempts to reach customer support via phone resulting in long wait times and no response, I am turning to this forum for help. The email was changed by the unknown hacker from [redacted] to another address.

I'm facing an issue with my account being suspended because of a charge I believed was a double charge. I have a new PlayStation gift card to use to pay back the $9.99, but I'm unable to access my account to make the payment. I'm eager to resolve this matter as all I want is for my son to enjoy his game. I contacted my credit card company, and they have reversed the fee, now I'm awaiting a response from you. My son is upset, and it's affecting the children who play the game. I didn't receive any email notifying me about the account suspension. I just want to repay the amount with the gift card I have. Could someone please guide me on how to proceed since I can't log in to my account? Your help is greatly appreciated. Since Christmas, I've been enjoying my PS4 with reliable wireless internet. Previously, my connection test showed download speeds of [redacted]-[redacted] mbps and 6-8 mbps upload. However, recently I've noticed a decline to 30-40 mbps download and 5.6 mbps upload. Despite hearing about issues with PSN, my internet functions well for services like YouTube, Netflix, and Spotify with no buffering. Gaming experiences are smooth without lag - even earning a blue connection bar in DBFZ. Strangely, a speed test on my laptop returned the expected results. Concerningly, I can't use SharePlay due to reported slow speeds, which contradicts my actual performance.

I recently purchased the digital deluxe edition of Spider-Man and played it on my friend's console. I received the pre-order bonuses on his console, but when I tried to play the game on my own PlayStation, I didn't get the suits, avatar, and theme bonuses that I paid for. Is there a way to transfer those over to my PS4 without having to repurchase them? I also wonder if my game progression is stuck on my friend's PS4 since I used my account on his console. Any advice would be appreciated.

I recently obtained a refund from PlayStation for my purchase of Spider-Man amounting to $99. I used my own money for this transaction. However, instead of receiving the refund in cash, PlayStation credited my account with $99 for the PlayStation Store. I believe that refunds should be returned in the same manner as payment was made. While dealing with customer service, I was told that the transaction is final, which was not satisfactory to me. I am disappointed that despite my efforts to resolve this issue, I have not received my hard-earned money. While playing on my PS4, everything was going well until unfortunately I woke up to find my system bricked. The issue I want to address is when a game is active and the system goes into Rest Mode automatically, the game continues to run, which is great. However, if a System Update is released while a game is active and the system goes into Rest Mode, the active game gets corrupted or uninstalled. This oversight is concerning and affects the company's reputation. I'm frustrated because the uninstalled game had a large file size, requiring me to reinstall it before using the internet in my house again. I'm unsure about the software or firmware and would appreciate steps from your end to rectify this situation.

I need access to the purchased content, but I can't deactivate my primary account to switch it to my new system since I've done this within the last 6 months. This new system will be permanent, so I won't need this feature again. It's frustrating to wait months to access my games. Unfortunately, I won't be able to play the 2 preordered games next month without access. If I could be allowed to use the "deactivate all devices" feature on the website one more time, it would resolve all my issues. Thank you for your assistance.

I am having trouble playing online. After signing in, I am prompted to enter a code that should be sent via text message, but I have not received anything. I attempted to update my phone number on my account to ensure I receive the code, but the system does not allow me to do so and does not display my current number. I just want to receive the necessary code to play and also obtain some backup codes. Currently, I am waiting on hold, but the wait time could be up to 40 minutes before I speak with someone. I would appreciate assistance with this simple task. Thank you in advance. I kindly request PlayStation to either update my phone number on the account or provide me with the necessary code, along with some backup codes for future use.

Someone using the PSN ID th3thi3f6669 hacked into my account and changed both the ID and password. This person claimed to be giving away a Galaxy skin in Fortnite Battle Royale. I mistakenly trusted them and shared my private account details with him due to my loyalty. Subsequently, he changed the email and password associated with my account. I spent a day working hard to recover my account by reporting this incident to the platform. Initially, he agreed to return the account but later asked for $30. Now, he is not responding to my messages. Upon checking the Twine Cheeks community, it seems he is still attempting to steal others' accounts with the same Fortnite skin giveaway ruse. Someone using the PSN ID "th*thi*f****" has taken control of my account and changed the password. They claimed to be giving away a Galaxy skin in Fortnite and asked for my private account details. After giving them my information, they changed my email and password, leaving me unable to access my account. I have reported this person and tried to reason with them to return my account, but they have now asked for money and are ignoring me. When I attempted to log back into my account, I was prompted for the password and couldn't remember it. Despite trying to reset my password through PlayStation's email option, the email was not actually sent even though the website indicated it was. After realizing it wasn't an issue with my email, I searched for how to reset my PSN password and came across a website requesting my sign-in ID (email), which is [redacted] Upon entering this information, the site indicated that the account does not exist. My phone, internet, TV, and PlayStation account have been hacked. I always stayed signed in to my PlayStation account and noticed changes in my YouTube searches on the TV. The PlayStation 3 had trouble turning on, and I couldn't login to PlayStation Network. I suspect ongoing unauthorized access. My email linked to the PlayStation Network is [redacted] How can I resolve this issue or should I seek help? I can access some games but am unsure about playing those with downloadable characters. I recently received an email about an account created for my child, which I did not initiate. Shortly after, there was another email confirming a purchase on the unauthorized child account set up by an unknown person. My account is under the username RockinRonDenver, whereas the unauthorized child account is associated with the username pescooler. A transaction was made where $60 from my PayPal account was used to fund my wallet and a purchase for Pro Evolution Soccer [redacted] was made for $46.78. I have taken some steps by changing my password and modifying the pescooler account password in the Family Management section, also putting restrictions in place. I have not deleted the account to keep record of it. As this was the result of an account breach and an unauthorized transaction, I am seeking clarification on the possibility of a refund for the fraudulent purchase. I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with my Mafia 3 game on my PS4 Pro. I recently bought the three expansion packs, including "Faster, Baby!," "Stones Unturned," and another one. I am currently playing "Faster, Baby!" and I have encountered a problem where the game is stuck. It prompts me to do two missions - one to steal a semi-truck, which is not available, and another to steal a boat to get a weed drop. I have completed these missions multiple times, but it does not register as completed, preventing me from progressing in the game. I have been facing this issue for the past few days now.
