I bought the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 - Digital Deluxe Enhanced Edition Pre-Order for $[redacted].58 on June 22, [redacted]. My transaction number is [redacted]62 and email is [redacted] I'm requesting a refund because I overlooked upcoming bills and spent too much on this pre-order. I now realize it was a wasteful expense and need to manage my finances better in the future, a mistake I won't repeat. Kindly cancel the pre-order and refund the $[redacted].58 to my account: ReverexedHD. I will remove the beta and other items downloaded with the payment. I was playing a game called "Ark" with my friends when I received a threatening message from a player claiming to have paid someone to hack our accounts. They mentioned that they would terminate our accounts if they saw any hateful messages on PlayStation. I have been unable to reach PlayStation support over the phone, and I'm worried about losing hundreds of dollars worth of games on our accounts. My friends' accounts are YungDeag and kingeric123540, while mine is deadlyangle55. We have voice recordings and text chat evidence to support our situation. Can anyone help us out with this issue?

I am having trouble accessing my account with paid downloaded games. Since the recent update, my system won't let me log in. Unfortunately, I can't retrieve my password as I no longer have access to the original email associated with the account. I've invested both time and money into these games and now I'm unable to access them due to an update error. Please provide me with an update on my new email address so I can reset my password. Just to clarify, I don't have a driver's license or passport for identification purposes. I am Gabriel "Reakt" Marengère. There is a user named DaedraSnowz who is threatening to boot me and other players, including Ace_Enterprise, NATIVEBADKID, Tccchris, Geo_Enterprise, and PhantomXcon. NATIVEBADKID has already been booted offline, as DaedraSnowz informed me. He was supposed to be the coach for our ESL team "Radiance," but I exposed him for lying, and now he is threatening us. I have Discord screenshots of my conversations with Daedra as evidence. If necessary, kindly ban his account if he proceeds with the threats. I appreciate any help you can provide to resolve this issue. Thank you.

PlayStation enrolled me in Spotify without my consent. They promised a refund, but I am still being charged. Spotify mentions only PlayStation can cancel it. I had to cancel my card due to this incident. Despite this, PlayStation has yet to refund me. Several days have passed, and there has been no resolution regarding the unauthorized Spotify enrollment and refund process.

My sibling misused my credit card by spending over $[redacted] on Fortnite, a free game! Despite being reckless, they continued to make unauthorized purchases for PlayStation Plus and other online services using my card details. Resolving the issue, I contacted Apple, who refunded me and blocked my card from their account. His account is yo_mama_fu, unfortunately. I regret getting a PlayStation due to this situation, as I only work three hours a week and cannot afford these expenses. I fear he will overdraw my account since I'm only earning $20 weekly. To manage my spending, my username is dmjf23 with additional random letters.

I recently purchased The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion for my PlayStation 3. I was able to play other games without any issues but when I tried to play Oblivion, it kept going back to the PlayStation menu with error code [redacted]4. I attempted to fix it by restoring the file system, but it didn't work. I'm keen on playing Oblivion, so any advice on resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my debit card totaling $[redacted].10 made to PlayStation in 12 separate transactions on 8/13/[redacted]. I have reported this to my bank, and they are assisting in the refund process. I kindly request an immediate refund of the disputed amount. If the issue is not resolved promptly, my bank will proceed with a full fraud investigation.

This morning, when I logged into my PlayStation as usual, I was prompted to sign in to PSN. Despite having my password saved on my phone, it was showing as incorrect. After trying all my known passwords and unsuccessfully resetting it, I discovered my sign-in email had been changed without my knowledge. This is frustrating, especially as I had just purchased new games. My account username is MichaelaN12. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

There is a checkmark indicating "Fixed," but the issue remains unresolved. Approximately a year ago, I purchased Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen and have enjoyed playing it extensively. Recently, after deleting the game to free up space on my console, I attempted to access it from my library for re-download, as I have done with other games. However, the game is now missing from my library. Upon searching the PS Store, I was prompted to repurchase the game for $29.99. Although I lack a purchase receipt, I can confirm ownership through my saved game data that inexplicably remains on file. This discrepancy is perplexing and has not occurred with any of my other games. I am not seeking a complimentary copy but simply wish to understand how to retrieve my previously purchased game. I can assure you I am accessing the correct account, as I exclusively utilize one account for all transactions.

Hello, I’m Sabron Hall. I ran into an issue with my gamer tag, llDeathIsLongll, while playing Rainbow Six Siege. While trying to access the Ubisoft Club, my screen began to lag. After repeatedly pressing the home button to exit the Ubisoft Club, I received a message stating that I could no longer access the PlayStation Network, alleging that I had either requested my account to be closed or had been banned due to violating their terms of service. I am confused as I believe I did nothing wrong. I am reaching out to request assistance in getting my account unbanned as I have purchased all my games on that account and dedicated significant time to reaching my current status. Please help me rectify this error.

I kindly request the unbanning of my account on your platform. I believe there has been a mistake as I received a notification of a temporary ban for a month without any explanation. I have thoroughly checked my PlayStation email and found no relevant information. It is frustrating as I recently made a purchase of $[redacted] for a new game, which I am now unable to enjoy due to the ban. Please lift the ban on my account immediately. Threatening legal action is not my preferred course of action, but I feel unfairly treated in this situation. I recently bought an Auric Cell Pack for $4.99, giving me [redacted] cells for Dead by Daylight. I mistakenly used the cells on the wrong DLC character that I didn't like. I made the purchase between 9:00 to 10:00 PM EST yesterday after funding $25 on my PlayStation account - $20 for Fortnite and $5 for Dead by Daylight. My grandson, Robert Bradley, has made unauthorized charges on my credit card ending in [redacted] using his online ID coolninja. I noticed one of the orders, number [redacted]2, dated 8/21. It seems the card details were stored from a previous purchase I made for him. I have contacted support several times regarding my son's PlayStation account. Despite requesting the removal of my bank details to prevent further unauthorized charges, transactions are still occurring. My bank requires confirmation from PlayStation that this has been addressed before they can block the payments. I am frustrated as I was assured no more funds would be deducted. The games my son downloaded were supposed to be free, so these charges are unacceptable. I expect a resolution and a refund of the unauthorized payments promptly. I possess emails confirming the free downloads, showing my son does not make purchases. This must be rectified immediately, and confirmation must be emailed to me to confirm the changes. I am prepared to instruct my bank to block all PlayStation transactions until this matter is resolved. My son's account is scorpionmist09, and the unauthorized withdrawals need to be addressed promptly to avoid further issues.

I pre-ordered the game Slime Rancher and found it to be disappointing, boring, repetitive, and essentially a waste of money. I played for a maximum of 3 hours and do not intend to touch it again. I am hoping to receive a full refund for this game. If a refund is not possible, I will have to accept it, but I am truly disappointed. It was a poor decision for me on the PS4.
